Hi Nathan. I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay as planned. I am having troubles understanding some of your reported issues. -We have a welcome team onsite to assist you with check in. I also always have a follow up call with guests they arrive, as I did with you to walk through the house. It is a big house and does take some time to learn how it all works. I did provide you an additional guide as you seemed to being having issues. -Taxi's and Ubers have never had issues finding the house before. I'm not sure what your group did to have these issues.The house is in local community minutes from downtown. -There was an issue in the community with the gas & water. We quickly resolved this issue. -Hot water was checked numerous times by our staff when reported. they did not find issues. -The hot tub was adjusted as per your request and set to 98 degrees. This is warmer than our normal settings but adjusted as requested for your stay. -The rooftop BBQ is a charcoal bbq. The amount of heat is controlled by you. We do appreciate your feedback on this and are going to add a gas bbq on the roof to provide and additional method of cooking. -The rooftop is lit by 6 strings of patio lighting and side motion lights. It it an open roof patio. Lower patio areas have full lighting. -The pool is a lower level lap pool as advertised. It is 4 feet deep and 40 feet long. Cabo is a dessert and does have a lot of dust in the air. We provide weekly pool and hot cleaning service as well as having filters on both units to prevent as much of this as possible. -There are 2 ovens in the house. After your check out, we tested both ovens and do not see any issues with either of them. They are both brand new. Once again, we dealt with numerous issues from your group on your trip including your guests locking themselves out of interior doors and anything you required to be addressed in a timely manner. We have had no complaints in the past from people on AirBNB using the house for any of these items. The house is brand new and completed mid year 2023.
