Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The villa was beautiful, spotless, and even better than the photos. Everything was well-maintained, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. The hospitality was exceptional, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the cook—the meals were incredible! We will definitely be booking the cook again every time we visit. If you’re looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and worry-free getaway, I highly recommend staying here. The house is very spacious. Multi-level, pool and terrace with excellent view of the bay to spend time, pool table and enclosed garage for one car. Highly recommended for vacations with friends and family

The views were breathtaking!! We hired a cooking lady referred by the host, which was very delicious and helpful because we didn’t rent a car and it’s not easy to walk to restaurants. Although early morning or evening walk to the beach or marina is a must ! Lots of hills. Elena, The house keeping lady was always there to assist us. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools to the fullest.

The house is beautiful! We had a great time, the view is the best, it will 🫰🏻 always be a great recommendation for my acquaintances. The only thing that is not so comfortable (but is understandable due to the height) is going up and down stairs for everything, whether to go up to eat and/or go down to the pool. Everything else is perfect. 👌 Clean beds and pillows and the best, very comfortable.

This home is beautiful and the views incredible. The manager Rosa attended to all our needs going above our expectations with arranging a wonderful chef and providing quick deliveries of needed groceries and supplies. The pool area was amazing and large enough for our group to enjoy. As mentioned in other reviews, there is much stair climbing to do on a daily basis - especially to and from the pool area but there is also a wet bar and small refrigerator available at the pool to use which helped reduce the trips up and down. We would definitely return to this home again!

The house was amazing! There were 5 of us staying here so we had plenty of room to ourselves. Everything was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The infinity pool was a super fun place to hang out, and the view was incredible. Juan Carlos is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Manzanillo!

This is my second time staying at Juan Carlos's place. It was as always an amazing experience. Best host :) I am looking forward to staying next time at his place

The house and the view are excellent, recommended. One thing that stands out is that Juan Carlos reacted quickly to a problem with the air conditioning, this is appreciated and should be considered in a host.

We had a nice vacation, the terrace with the pool is super comfortable and excellent view, all the spaces are super spacious, the kitchen is super equipped and there are internet repeaters so the wifi is excellent everywhere, Rosy is super friendly and attentive.

Very nice house and the place, too, the host was very accessible, that was the best super fast that sent us all the instructions to enter the house and very easy to communicate with him and the person in charge of the beautiful views and the house super comfortable thank you very much !!

Great place with outstanding facilities. It was worth the trip. My only recommendation would be to fix the heater for the pool inside the house.

The stay in La Alcazaba was relaxing, spacious and beautiful for a family weekend. Beautiful view of the bay. The only drawback was the spiral-shaped stairs that all four floors communicate, an element to consider if they are old as in the case of us. Everything else is an excellent place to have a vacation. Thank you Juan Carlos for allowing us to enjoy your home this weekend.

This is such a beautiful home and our family had a wonderful time during our stay. It is easy to get to and could not believe how close to the main road it is. The views are incredible and we had the opportunity to swim outdoors a few nights, and just couldn't believe how beautiful it all was. We would definitely stay here again!

This is such a beautiful home with great views! There were 12 family members in our group, including teenagers and children, and we never felt crowded. The large dining area, game room, pool, and patio gave us enough room to spread out but also spend time together as a group. Juan Carlos is a great host! He was accomodating, responsive, gave clear instructions, and provided recommendations for food and activities in the area. Our family is already making plans to come back to Manzanillo and stay here again. Thank you Juan Carlos and Rosy for contributing to a great weekend in Manzanillo!

The place is super spacious. It has quite a few stairs, so if you have people with mobility issues, keep that in mind. The outdoor pool is super convenient, the view is extraordinary, and the house and beds are super comfortable! 10/10

Amazing property. We had a great time.

This place is better than the pictures show; particularly the pools! I took many pictures of the views and would share them gladly with Juan Carlos and future guests. We had so much time enjoying the views poolside and eating outside. Such a great way to have a calm and recharging vacation. If you have a large group, like we did, there are plenty of bathrooms (5 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms. One of the 1/2 is by the pool and came in handy a lot!). Rosy, our local contact was very attentive and responsive to our requests. We had a very late request one night and she has Octavio stop by to help us out of a tight jam. Top notch attention. I myself would personally love to come back, but since my whole family likes to not repeat trips, it would be too much house for just me. If you have a large family and want to have some quality time in a relaxed setting, La Alcazaba is just what the doctor prescribed.

Fabulous place, lots of room for our family (8), had plenty of amenities, of course the pool area was amazing! The view was spectacular and met my expectations.

A great home, in a great location. The views from the pool are amazing. Best night was on New Year’s Eve due to the fireworks show. Only negative, there’s a bar/nightclub across the street. The music was loud Thursday through Sunday night. On New Year’s Eve the music went until 6am. Not an issue if you’re there to party/vacation, but 6am could be a bit much for people looking for tranquility. Not a home for people with mobility issues due to so many stairs. It was a workout…which most of us needed. There is a Kiosko and Oxxo near by to purchase items. Overall, worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Juan Carlos was excellent and responded quickly to all of my questions and needs. This home is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful view of all of Manzanillo. It is in a excellent location to beach and restaurants. There is a nice rooftop bar almost directly across the street with delicious drinks. I will definitely be booking soon. Do not hesitate to book this awesome home!

We had an awesome time in Manzanillo. The house, the pool, the view was incredible. Too bad we only stayed for 2 nights. Me and my family enjoyed it and we will probably stay here in the future

Beautiful home, very spacious and clean, and with all the necessary amenities. Everything was as described. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would've loved to stay longer with my family! The stairs were quite the workout so wouldn't recommend it for elderly people and kids. But overall it was a wonderful stay!

This has been our best stay to date. We had an excellent experience in this beautiful house that has a very elegant yet beachy style. Beautiful view from any point in the house, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the beach. It has everything you need to cook and have a great time. Whether on the main floor or downstairs. The two pools are dreamy, and the rooms are very clean. Most of them have their own bathroom. Perfect for 12 people. The only bad thing is that the days go by very quickly. But we would gladly love to come back.

My family and I absolutely loved this place! BEAUTIFUL views, stunning interior design & touches, and very spacious. It’s really close to a few beaches (both public and private) and easy access to the Main Street. Juan and Rosy were excellent hosts, and very quick to respond to any questions we had. If we could have, we would’ve stayed longer. I highly recommend this home to anyone considering it! It will exceed your expectations!! I hope to come back again!

Very good option for large families and the view is spectacular. The service and communication from Juan Carlos and Rosy was always immediate and honest.

The view of the house & terrace was amazing. They provided all the things we need: soap, shampoo, towels, pool towels, dishes, paper towels, etc... The host gave us an amazing service and he replied soon. We all loved and enjoyed our time in the house. Also, we were amazed that the house is like the pictures and the view of Manzanillo looks even better there than in the pics. I really recommend this house. The only thing is that the house has too many stairs (from the main room to the terrace they have 5 floors), so I don't recommend the house for elderly people.

The outside patio is great for intimate get togethers and sets a perfect mood and has everything you could possibly need to make an evening a successful one. I loved staying here and would be remised in saying I would love to come back.

Nice and clean place to stay. Great views from every floor . Just a small problem the pool tiles were damage so we had to be careful both 2 of our kids had small cuts on their feet because of it . Besides that great place for a quick getaway.

Beautiful house has everything you need for a great vacation! The kitchen has everything you need to cook in other houses that I almost never use the kitchen because I am not impressed with a lot of cleanliness, but in this house if I feel very comfortable, it was really clean. Everything is tastefully decorated to me personally. I loved the decoration. It makes you feel totally relaxed. Juan Carlos was always on top of all our questions. He answered him super quickly! There were a couple of details during our stay, but they were immediately. I personally like a lot of cleanliness and this property meets my requirements I feel truly at home, we will definitely return..

The house is spacious,but what we enjoyed the most was the privacy,the outdoor pool we can use until at night,the bar,the music equipment, the cousin that has the most necessary food preparation

This place was absolutely beautiful just breathtaking views the pictures do not capture the sheer essence of this place. This place is pure beauty and peace! I was in a group of 7 people and everyone loved the place and there’s Breathtaking views from every room all of us just loved Rosa she is the housekeeper and she keeps things spotless she is sweet and kind and helpful we also used there chef the food was just delicious this place is literally a jewel it’s nestled in close to food like the blueberry cafe great breakfast lunch or brunch place.this was one of many places we ate close to the house, the beach is also very close I would give this place a 10 but I’m going to give a strong 9 because the ants are a bit off a Nuisance.
