Great location and very nice pool on the roof!

The house has a perfect location for visiting Playa del Carmen , walking the 5th avenue , Chedraui 5 minutes away . The kitchen has everything to stay at home and rest . The pool is very nice and hot . Loved it thank you

great, spacious apartment. is opposite the soccer stadium so you look far away and not against a building. quiet but close to the center of Playa Carmen and close to the beach

Place was fantastic. Photos are representative and it's even better. The condo is very spacious. The living air is pleasant and there are many seats. The bedrooms are cozy and each has an air conditioning unit. We had hot water at all times, even if we took 4 consecutive showers. The Rooftop Pool is nice. We can have aperitifs while watching the sunset! We loved the public stadium in front of the house. We went for a run and we enrolled our daughter in a children's race class. The condo is very well located, literally 30 seconds from a grocery store (CHEDRAUI). Fifth Avenue is a 2-minute walk away, so restaurants and shops are close, but far enough away that we are away from noise and all tourists. The host is kind, helpful, proactive and responds quickly to messages. 100%, in all aspects!

Place was great, beds were comfy, plenty of space, walking distance to everything. While this is an airbnb, there is a front desk for the building. Don’t hesitate to ask them for help or recommendations on anything, especially Jonathan! Alfonso was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, as others noted and the staff is very helpful. WiFi was a little spotty at times which I only noticed because I was working during the day.. nothing I couldn’t live with. Alfonso was very kind and accommodating as well.

Amazing place, location, view, and hosts! They went above and beyond and the apartment is better than expected (and we expected it to be great)! Walkable to almost anywhere in Playa that you’d like, and just a block or so away from 5th ave, enough to be quiet. The beds are comfy, bathrooms great, kitchen is wonderful, and the pool deck is better than it looks in the pictures. 100% would come back the next time in Playa Del Carmen.

Everything is good, the beds are very comfortable, the pool is excellent! Same as the little gym. A comfortable place and close to the tourist area.

We had a brilliant time. Sparkling clean, lovely staff, great location (lovely restaurant right nearby) and beautiful roof pool.

Alfonso & Dana’s place at Marea 34 is a great place to stay in Playa. It is less than 5 minutes walking to 5th Avenue . The location is also great for the proximity to many restaurants nearby. The beach is also a 10 minute walk. I was here for 7 weeks and did nit want to leave. The condo is exactly as pictured modern, comfortable and very clean. Best of all the rooftop pool and seating area with views to the ocean and Cozumel! Rooftop also has a grill and an exercise room. Amazing place would highly recommend it! Bob

Note 100!!! Perfect and impeccable place. Hospitality upon arrival and during our stay was very very consistent and proactive. The apartment was better than we expected and the location too, just 2 blocks from 5th Avenue , no noise but close to everything. Our 3 time in Cancun and this has been the best place without a doubt, we will be back!!!

We loved staying at Alfonso's condo! It's modern, super clean, very well appointed kitchen, and the rooftop pool is just delightful! Location is also perfect: a couple blocks from 5th Ave and tons of restaurants, a quick walk to the beach. Alfonso and his property manager were very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
