It's a very nice house; it had everything we needed to be comfortable and at ease. I brought my family, and everyone had a great time. The only things that could be improved are having a working kitchen fan, a fan in the playroom, and cable TV, since the only TV with cable is in the master bedroom. I mention this because my grandparents, who were traveling with me, couldn't go up to the master bedroom. Otherwise, everything was great. Mr. Toño was always very attentive and very kind. The town is very close, and we were able to get to everything we needed. I would definitely come back :)

Paco's place was perfect for our family stay; it has everything you need for your stay. The hosts were always attentive. For work reasons, I asked to check in earlier and check out later, and they were very responsive to my request. Don Toño and Mrs. Flor were very attentive and took care of our every need. We paid for the kitchen service, and everything was perfect. The seal temperature was very pleasant. As for the location, within a 10-minute drive, you can find everything you need: there are OXXO stores, tortillerias, pharmacies, fruit shops, and other local businesses. Didi and Uber are also available. The only issue we had was with one bathroom where the hot water didn't work, but since the house has several bathrooms, it wasn't a problem. The barbecue area is a plus, as it allows you to enjoy the pool and the gardens, and to prepare and eat your food.

Paco's country house is very good; his employee Toño is very helpful and attentive. The only downside is the access, as the streets are in very poor condition; a small car would have a hard time.

The house is very nice, super comfortable and just as described in the listing! The arrival is complicated since it is a dirt and stone area; low cars or with small tires will suffer a lot, I didn't like that at all; but once you arrive at the house and if you are not going to leave much there is nothing to worry about; there is an Oxxo super close which makes it convenient in case you need to bring something.

Paco's house is wonderful, you enter a paradise. You will be welcomed by an assistant (Don Antonio) who will assist you with anything you need. The pool was very nice and the garden is so well maintained and in harmony with the place. The balcony of the house overlooks the beautiful city, ideal for watching the sunset or in the mornings for a coffee. Its rooms are pleasant.

The house is identical, if not better, than the photos. It's very large and has enough space for a group to spend a few pleasant days. It has everything you need to spend several days, all the essentials including enough cutlery, plates, glasses and cooking items. My nephews had a lot of fun both in the pool and in the games. The pool was always 31 or 32 degrees, which makes it very pleasant to enjoy at any time. It also has an amazing view. The only drawback I could find is the access to the house, especially the last few meters, other than that I would definitely book this house again. Special note for Toño's attention, always attentive.

The house has very spacious areas both inside and outside. It is very convenient that it has a full bathroom for each bedroom. The master bedroom is huge and has a dressing room. It has everything you need (towels, shampoo and bath gel). The outdoor area is very nice, the garden is very well maintained and arranged, which makes it very pleasant to be there. Next to the barbecue there is a large dining room so it is very convenient and comfortable. It even has a small play area for toddlers. The pool is small but enough to enjoy Cuernavaca's weather. The house also has a multipurpose area, where there is a basketball hoop and it can also be used to play soccer, badminton, etc. Very useful when traveling with older children. We were very happy and really enjoyed the days there.

This is our first time staying in this house and it probably won't be the last. The house is better than what you see in the photos. Toño's help is spectacular, always attentive and willing to help. The internet of the place quite acceptable, the kitchen is prepared with everything you need. The pool is something to note because it always had a temperature of 30 degrees. The house has good maintenance. Something that could put as areas of opportunity would be the table pin pon you need maintenance, the baths irraderas come out with little water pressure. It is necessary to take a car, we tried to order Uber since we were going to a wedding, and they canceled us several times because they told us that the cars could not go up.. in the end we ended up carrying the car.

It was a super nice and quiet stay. The house is just like the photos. Around you are not going to find noise nuisance, just some farm animals but nothing disturbing. The heated pool is super well so you can get in at night or in the morning. The house is spacious and the kitchen has all the utensils so you can prepare food. We would definitely come back. Just a bit of maintenance on the kitchen table but nothing that won't let your stay be pleasant since it has a separate dining room inside and outside the house and more terraces than you can use. We felt right at home; everything was excellent; the house is very nice and clean. Very well equipped we had everything in the kitchen.

The house is very nice. The rooms are large. it is very comfortable to have 4 bathrooms especially if you are traveling with children. Mrs. Zoila is very kind to every request. Paco responded quickly every time I contact him. My only drawback was the road to get there, it's a dirt road, which doesn't invite you to go out. Luckily UBER if it's arriving.

This house is lovely and is perfect for a family stay. It has all the comforts possible and super equipped, the pool was never very hot or very cold. The lady who allowed us access was very friendly and clear, always with a smile. The outdoor areas were perfect for our two girls, who were never bored. The only details were in the kitchen where the fan doesn't work and given the heat becomes a little awkward to be in the kitchen/dining area; and the breakfaster could be renovated as its base is a little unstable. On the other hand, Paco very direct, clear and friendly. I would definitely recommend this house. For those who complain about rooster noises or dogs in the morning, closing the windows and turning on the fan is more than enough.

The house is beautiful and ideal for relaxing with friends or family. The pool is delicious, amenities in good condition, clean bathrooms with complimentary towels and soap. The only problem we had was with the light in one of the rooms that, because it was activated via remote control, got stuck and we couldn't turn it off. Other than that, an excellent place to spend a few days in Cuernavaca.

The house is amazing, much better than the photos, you can see that it was made by an architect. Perfect for relaxing without going out, it has entertainment venues such as courts and ping pong. It is very well maintained and the pool has the ideal temperature. The support people are very helpful and friendly, I recommend hiring them, they also help you buy things you need. The complicated thing is getting there, the instructions are very clear and you don't get lost, but I think the streets are only in condition for a truck. Everything was impeccable, I highly recommend renting it.

We had an amazing weekend, the location of the house is the only inconvenience because it is difficult to get to and the area is not very nice but the house is worth it. A house with everything you need to rest and spend a few days with a very pleasant family. Stays like the palapa or balcony for breakfast or lunch were the big difference. Very clean and always warm.
