I stayed at Tuani Ecolodge for 30 days, and it was honestly a very special experience. From the beginning, they made me feel welcome and at home, which is not easy when you’re staying that long. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, peaceful, and perfect if you want to disconnect and recharge. Everything is simple but well taken care of, and you can really feel the intention behind the project. What stood out the most to me was the people. They were always kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. If you’re looking for a quiet, authentic, and nature-connected experience, I highly recommend it. I would definitely come back!!

We stayed two nights: my partner, another couple of friends and I. The cabins are very good; the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. As a detail to improve, the bathroom door did not close properly, and being shared with another couple was a bit uncomfortable, although it was somewhat manageable. The access road was wet, so I don't recommend it for sedans, especially if they are low. For motorcycles it is a good option. Despite that, the place is beautiful: lots of vegetation, nice facilities and the experience of listening to the howler monkeys is really a spectacle. Yes, I would stay here again, it's definitely worth it for the natural environment.

We had a lovely night and morning at Renee's place. For an eco-lodge it's all you can want. Everything was clean. We had enough power to get through the night with a fan but honestly we didn't need one. The air temperature, humity and breeze is absolutely perfect, to die for. We just sat there on the rocking chairs on the deck listening to the howler monkeys, looking at the glow of the full moon until we dozed off and went to bed. It was therapy. We did the same in the morning. The bathroom is large and clean. For the price, we couldn't have had a better experience. We came up from Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica and had an experience that surpassed expectations. It's remote, private and delightful. It's a bit tricky to find but Maria Renee is very responsive and helpful. Thanks again Maria Renee. We hope to return.

There were two of us there and we were extremely satisfied! There was nothing to complain about in our room and the main house was very cozily furnished, where you had numerous great seating inside and outside. Cooking there was also fun in the kitchen. And while eating outside on the terrace, we were able to watch many animals such as howler monkeys, squirrels and various birds. On the last day, a Guardabarranco even sat down with us! Tilson, who lives there with his wife and daughter, was always friendly and helpful.

A very nice place just outside of hacienda iguana. Beach access on foot (20min walk). Contact with Maria was easy and efficient. Tilsen, on site was welcoming and helpful! I would be back!

Very good stay for the price, no AC but still comfortable with the fan on, about a 20 minute walk the beach, but great for surfers because you can still access playa colorados.

All as expected. Nice place and good of the hook experience

it was great time , Beautiful place, in the middle of the forest great for families and people how looking for some quiet good place for more than 3 -4 days you should come with some vehicle because it not so close to other places

Had a great stay at Maria Renee’s. Big, clean casita. Very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the walk through the bush everyday to the ocean.
