Loved this place! Large open windows and doors had amazing views and breeze! Staff was lovely and very helpful. Rooftop private pool was perfect for the warm sunsets! Beds were very comfortable and coffee machine was a total bonus.

The staff at Ron’s place was outstanding! Lette and the team kept us fed, the place cleaned, and well informed about activities and options. The place has an amazing view, comfortable beds, and felt safe and secure. Ron and team were super responsive to our questions and went above and beyond to meet our wants and needs!

This place is awesome! Our favorite thing about it was the private rooftop pool - the view is incredible. We had Lette cook dinner for us the night we arrived, and were so glad we did. It was delicious and plentiful! There are lots of places to walk to if you don’t mind lots of steps and elevation change. All the rooms are comfy and have their own A/C and fan to keep it cool. We were a little surprised at the suggested tip amount for the housekeepers and cleaners - that would have been good to know before we booked so we could’ve had a better idea of the total cost, but we probably would’ve booked this place anyways. All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Casa Ventana is absolutely amazing! We were blown away as it is even better in person - well appointed, the views (!!), the rooftop deck and pool. Could easily hang all day and not want to leave. Ron and his staff provide an incredible experience. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Puerto Vallarta.

Wonderful week at Ron's beautiful home with my wife and 3 adult kids (and daughter in law). The photos of the home/furnishings/view are great, but it's even better in person. A couple of days we never left the house - enjoying cooking/grilling and hanging out by the pool and bar - and loving the world class view. Ron and his staff (Lette/etc) were very helpful and made great recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs. We loved our stay so much we're already talking to some friends about a trip next January. Beds are very comfortable, air conditioning worked great, no bugs, etc...I have no complaints - only praise. I highly recommend Ron's home! :)

Amazing place. Amazing staff. Can't say enough great things about this place! Was perfect for my friends and I. Close enough to the beach to go out for the day and have fun, but far enough away from the beach to be a quiet getaway with fantastic views. I will definitely book this place again if traveling with a group.

Our stay at Casa Ventana was INCREDIBLE! The pictures are great but do not do it justice! The views cannot be beat. There were 6 of us including my 6.5 year old daughter. We stayed in the upstairs bedroom where they kindly set up a separate full size bed for my daughter without us even requesting it. The space was clean and roomy. We spent most of our time at the Airbnb, but also ventured down into the markets. It was easy and inexpensive to take an Uber anywhere you wanted to go. Lette cooked a wonderful meal for us upon our arrival. Her menu was very extensive for us to choose from. Ron and Lette were both very quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed something. Ron also provided great recommendations for beach clubs to spend the day at. Overall this stay was fantastic. We will definitely be returning next year.

Beautiful rooftop patio with amazing ocean and city views! This is the selling point of this place and doesn't disappoint. Easy taxi or uber ride into town, but you wouldn't want to walk it every time due to the steep hills. The space was comfortable and decently clean. Minor comment: after a couple days in a row of unexpected visits by cleaners, etc. we chose to forego the cleaning service as we appreciated our privacy and didn't find it necessary. Overall, a very nice stay.

5 stars. This penthouse unit is so private. Beautiful decore, comfortable beds and great floorplan. The pool is heated and the outdoor livingroom is amazing upstairs. The views are incredible. The host greeted us personally and even helped with luggage at check in. We had them preshop for us and get groceries which was so convenient. Letty (the host/ unit manager) even greeted us with margaritas. Letty is a great cook and i had a brunch catered. It was amazing. The unit is up a steep hill from the city but it is an easy 10 minute or less walk to restaurants. If u are tired u can get a cab for 10 dollars from City center. This is a very safe/posh location. Very close to beach clubs.

Loved our stay at Casa Ventana. Beautiful views and a truly lovely property. The hills getting to the house definitely had our heart pumping but Ubers and cabs were easy to get when we didn't want to make the hike in the late evenings.

Ron’s condo in the hills of PV was such a wonderful find, and perfect for our group. 3bdr with king beds each. House staff were there upon arrival to welcome & let us into the property, and given a thorough rundown of the space and offerings. Lette, Yoshi, and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. We had Lette make 3 breakfasts and 1 dinner and they were all fantastic—incredibly delicious! The property itself was clean, just as described in the listing, and gorgeous—and the view alone is better than can be captured in pictures! The property is up a steep cobblestone hill, but never had any issues getting up in Uber’s. For those who like to have a quick hike, it can be done on foot if you like. Being up on the “hills” overlooking the Zona Romantica, it gives the feeling of being secluded, but it’s such a short ride to anywhere within that neighborhood if that’s where you’re primarily wanting to spend your time, and only ~30’ from airport. Highly recommend!

Casa Ventana was everything promised. A beautiful home with spectacular views. A quiet escape from the bustle of Zona Romantica yet within a short (and steep) walk to all the activity the neighborhood offers. Ron was attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The staff was fantastic. From the housekeepers to Yoshi, Daniel and Lette we felt well taken care of. You would be remiss to snooze on this stunning penthouse and did I say spectacular views? Thank you Ron and team for providing a necessary escape to paradise.

We had such an amazing stay here! First, Richard is so great at communication that any and all of your questions will be answered. Additionally, Richard and his staff are there to offer clear communication and help with anything you might need. Thanks again Ron, Lette and Yoshi! This home is spacious, with amazing views (day and night). The rooms are spacious and most of all everything looks exactly like the photos. There were not surprises except this home can only be experienced in person. You will not be disappointed. The location is great with stunning views of the town and easy access to the beach. Can't recommend this stay enough. Thanks to Ron and his team for making this a special visit!

The views of this place are amazing. The staff are super helpful and the area felt extremely safe. Everything went very smooth during our trip and we would definitely stay again if not upgrading to Villa Ventana or even booking both.

We had such an amazing time staying here! Lette was so great and helpful with everything, and we loved our welcome margaritas and snacks. The on site massages she arranged for us were such a treat. The location was perfect for us. It is a little removed from the action, so it’s nice and quiet, but is also a pretty quick walk down to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The walk back uphill to the house was rough during the heat of the day, but Ubers were only a few dollars per ride. The views from the rooftop pool and deck were beautiful, day and night, and the larger shared pool downstairs was great too (we never saw anyone else down there during our trip). The house was super clean and the housekeepers came every day at a time that was convenient for us. Having a dishwasher, laundry, and filtered water on site was a bonus for us. We definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to PV!

This villa was fabulous! Private and safe. Our personal plunge pool was perfect! Cleaning service daily was wonderful and Lette and Yoshi were super responsive, helpful, and welcoming. Very well appointed and very comfy beds. We loved our stay!!

A friend recommended Casa Ventana and it did not disappoint. Ron, Lette, Rafael, and the entire crew were so very helpful, assisting us with various pickups and drop offs and made sure we were well taken care of. We really appreciated the attentiveness! I highly recommend this place - full view of the entire bay but just far enough away for some peace from all the fun below. Easy transportation if you need it but the walk is nice too. The place was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We had 5 in our party and we loved it. Thank you once again for helping us make this such a great getaway.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo is spacious, well-appointed and very clean. The view is breathtaking!!! Lette the house manager was amazing. She arranged to have a cook make meals, ensured the the maids came everyday (on time) and kept everything running smoothly. This is hands down the best Airbnb we ever stayed at and would recommend it to everyone.

Casa Ventana was the absolute best place to stay for our group! It was everything we could have asked for and more. The pictures don’t do it justice, the views are unparalleled. It was also very easy to get an Uber or taxi and was conveniently located to everything in Zona Romantica and Downtown. We will be back!

Such a beautiful house with an amazing view.

What an amazing home with incredible views, lots of space & beautifully decorated. Kitchen was so well stocked. Anything & everything you could want. And the VIEWS!!!! I can’t say enough about how beautiful Ron’s home is and how incredible & professional his staff were. Staying here was like staying in a luxury hotel with all the comforts & space of home. Our family has traveled extensively and Ron’s place is definitely at the top of our list. Thank you for an incredible stay. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer….. You must know that in order to have such incredible views you will need to walk up & down hills to get to the beach & romantic zone The walk is only 8-10 minutes away from all of the action. Uber is readily available & only 3-4 dollars.

My husband and I, and three of our friends stayed at Casa Ventana for five nights and had the most incredible time! If you are looking for a quiet home with easy access to the town and beach, look no further. The home is absolutely stunning and the view is absolutely picturesque! Gorgeous sunsets every evening and the home is filled with every amenity you could imagine. The rooftop pool is so nice when you want a day away from the beach but to still be in the sun. Every room has an AC for added comfort and the beds are so comfortable. Ron was such a great host and super accommodating with a last minute change on adding an extra night (can you tell we didn’t want to leave lol). Lette who is the house manager is one of the sweetest people we have ever met and her cooking is amazing which we elected to have on our day of arrival for lunch. The rest of her staff is so courteous, friendly, and genuine. With this being our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, it left such a great impression. My husband and I cannot wait to return and hope to stay at Casa Ventana again! We love you all and thanks for making our vacation so memorable!

This is a fantastically located condo in PV. There are many thoughtful touches… we had trouble tearing ourselves away from the beautiful sunsets and amazing view. The plunge pool is perfect for staying cool. Lette the house manager is delightful and an excellent cook! Everything was incredibly clean and the daily servicing was as good as any hotel. Recommended!!

Ron's place was absolutely fantastic...what a stunning view. Everyone in our group was blown away when we walked in...one said it was the most beautiful place she'd ever stayed in! Lette and team were welcoming and extremely helpful...best welcome margaritas EVER. The location is fantastic for access to Old Town. Be aware, that like anyplace in Old Town with a fabulous view, you are on a hill! So, getting up and down to the shopping eating areas is likely something you'll want to do in an Uber - but they are plentiful and arrive quickly, only cost a few dollars, and the trip only takes minutes. Thank you, Ron, for sharing your special place with us...we would definitely come again!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at Casa Ventana! The house was sparkling clean and exactly as advertised. Lette and the staff were exceptional and met all of our needs. I highly recommend you take advantage of a home cooked meal by Lette! We cannot wait to return and are already planning our next trip!!

5 stars isn’t enough, the communication with the host was awesome with quick and friendly responses. The place is stunning, perfect as described, the views from balcony and rooftop pool are simply amazing.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with breathtaking views. Uber is accessible here if you want to go to the beach or restaurants, or you could walk the steep hills. The rooms are large and there are plenty of spaces to hang out and relax throughout the house. The pool was really nice and was definitely a highlight of our trip.

When my family and i arrived to Puerto Vallarta we had book an all inclusive resort, thinking it was going to be amazing. but we waisted a whole day there. we left first thing the next morning. and found this location. i was mad we wasted a day at the resort and not that this house. this place was more of a resort then the first place we found! The ladies that came to clean made us fell more like family then guest. We are already planning out next trip just to stay at this location. we love it.!

The view are absolutely spectacular and penthouse is beautiful. The rooftop pool overlooking all of PV is truly amazing! Lette met us at the door at check-in to make sure everything was perfect at the beginning and it was. I would definitely recommend staying here and the quick walk up from old town helps with the guilty feelings you may have from the wonderful food and drink on offer. We will book here again in the future

This is truly an incredible place to stay. Fabian and Ron were very responsive and took great care in setting up an unforgettable experience for us. They know hospitality. The house manager, Lette, will take care of you and is an exceptional value-add to the stay. Not to mention, her food is out of this world. All in all, the location of the penthouse is unbeatable, its so clean, has top-notch utilities and furnishings, and has a breathtaking view. Definitely stay here, you will not regret it.

The house was spectacular. Lette was so helpful. I became sick right before I boarded the plane before PV and she had a doctor waiting at the house when I arrived from the airport. Talk about going above and beyond. The house has beautiful views, you will be in awe no matter which direction you are facing. The master room upstairs opens up to the pool and the master be downstairs has equally nice amenities - large bathroom, views, beautiful shower. We found great things to do. I was still under the weather so we stayed low key, but Lette had endless options to keep us entertained. Planning to visit again. Kial

Don't miss out staying at this superb apartment! We found this place the perfect choice for our PV Holiday. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need to make this a relaxing holiday. On the first floor there are two massive bedrooms, a big kitchen (with a view), a massive dinning & living area with the best panoramic views of the old town & the ocean. Upstairs there is a master bedroom, a full entertainment terrace and a plunge pool that is amazing. The sunsets from the house are spectacular! Lette (the host) and her team did a wonderful job to make our stay comfortable, purchasing groceries on request and assisting us with local knowledge. We were also fortunate enough to have an authentic Home-cooked Mexican meal prepared by the chef which was simply incredible. My only advice with this would be to have this early on in your stay to enjoy the left overs the next day. All bedrooms had en-suites with the towels & linen of the highest quality. The views are stunning from all angles, it’s a short walk to the beach (or local taxi's if you don't want to face the hill) & some days you will be tempted not to leave the house at all. This apartment will not disappoint!
