Everything is very good

The house is very comfortable with privacy and everything you need!!

The house has many spaces for socializing and spacious green areas. You can enjoy a nice view at sunrise and go for walks in the surrounding area. It has 2 green areas. In the larger one, we put a couple of goals, and in the other, we set up a small badminton court. I recommend bringing more than one ball because it's easy to make it fly away, or if it's very soft, it can get punctured by the cacti in that area. The pool is heated, which helps you to use it even when it's cool. The property has many spots for a photo shoot. The cleaning service is very good, but they don't clean the kitchen area. We use the fire pit every night. I recommend bringing repellent. The house feels very safe, and with complete privacy for the family. Ale and Consuelo are very willing to help at all times.

Ale's place was stunning. It was well laid out, maintained, and had stunning views of the valley around it. it's a bit outside of town which was nice. The pool was warm, the beds were well maintained, and there were a lot of things to do in the house - tennis, ping pong, pool, a nice bar which entertained the guests throughout the weekend. It's a well kept up house and Ale was super helpful at every point of the weekend. I would recommend it if you just want a place to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside around Queretaro. We had an activity planned for Saturday but it was cancelled because no one wanted to leave!

Our stay at this Airbnb was really wonderful. From the first moment, the attention received by Ale was excellent, always attentive and friendly, which made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even better than expected: very nice, clean, comfortable and with a cozy atmosphere. The facilities are very well maintained and designed for spending a pleasant time with the family. The pool, in our case in August, was warm and we enjoyed it a lot. In addition, the person in charge of the house was extremely attentive. In short, it is a place that we would recommend without hesitation for those looking for comfort, hospitality and a perfect space to rest and share.

Ale's excellent follow-up and empathy throughout the booking process and during our stay, the place is extraordinary, we will certainly try to return, the only thing that could improve is the option to improve the temperature in the pool because even though we had clear days, the children could not use the pool due to the low water temperature.

We were 5 families visiting by Queretaro and decided to stay at Casa Villa Real. We really liked that the house has independent rooms where each family could feel comfortable and have their privacy. It has very spacious spaces, was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Ale immediately responded to our questions and did everything for us to enjoy and have a great stay. Definitely an excellent choice!

A perfect house for large families. Comfortable rooms, nice beds, bedding and towels in excellent condition. The different areas of the house are very pleasant for chatting and quality time with the family. The pool was clean and at a pleasant temperature. It is worth mentioning that it is not 100% warm. It depends on the weather because of the solar heaters. The location is great if you want to get away from the city. The people in the community are very friendly and willing to help. Go for a stroll in the surrounding area, talk to the people, and try their products such as tortillas, pulque and bread. There is a store nearby to restock groceries if needed. The space is very nice and super well equipped in kitchen, entertainment and amenities. Although it needs a bit of general maintenance, we had a great time as a group of 11 people. It is worth considering that the house is quite withdrawn from the city of Qro (40 mins by car) and that there is a cobbled stretch of 10 mins to get there (I think it is missing to indicate this to take precautions and bring a high car). Ale's service was excellent! He was always super pending and resolved our requests immediately.

An excellent place for a family weekend, everything as shown in the photos and description. Both in terms of services and recreational areas. We EVEN had the mishap of a power outage, and the generator worked properly and was easy to turn on. What we liked the most: - very well equipped (everything), very clean, the privacy, the tennis court, the pool with a good temperature, the clean rooms. Our only recommendation or area for improvement is: - a fan in each room, since the heat is unfortunately getting worse every day. ONLY THAT, which doesn't lower the place's good rating. We were very comfortable and will most certainly return :)

Outside the city, perfect for a routine escape plan

The house is just like the description and photos, it is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The outdoor dining room has an incredible view and gives it a special touch without losing comfort, the rooms are well laid out, each one has its own bathroom and pristine beds. We had a very pleasant stay, I definitely recommend it.

The place is amazing to spend a few days with your family and friends. It's very big. All rooms have their own bathroom which I thought was excellent , the accommodation is for many activities , I would only have loved that the water in the pool was hot. Ale was attentive to all the circumstances that happened in the house , the water left in a part of the house but they fixed it at the hours. 👍🏼 The instructions are clear and clean and everything in perfect condition to spend a few days relaxing. Of course we'll be back! Regards.

This is an excellent venue for large groups with plenty of recreational facilities on site and very good facilities for dinning. The bedrooms are spacious with good en-suite facilities. Although a little remote from the centre of Queretaro, the surrounding views make it worthwhile and we felt safe at all times. We successfully made use of UBER to gain access to places like Queretaro Centro and San Miguel de Allende, and prices were very reasonable. Communication with the host (who was very attentive) both before and during our stay, was excellent. We had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend Casa Villa Real.

This place is for a friendly get away. You wont leave the airbnb but you dont have to at all. There is a lot to do and ways to entretain yourself. Pesonally we kept chaging between the pool and the tennis court and had a great weekend.

The house is very nice for family trips. It has a little bit of everything, and you can have a great time in the space. The location is somewhat hidden, but they give good directions to get there. There were some small issues, but Ale and Angel resolved them as soon as possible. Overall it was a good experience and I recommend the place.
