It is comfortable with enough beds as described in the listing, a very large patio and a good-sized pool, space for grilling meat, and 3 bathrooms. The showers need a little maintenance, but they are functional.

We will return, I would recommend a little more emphasis on fumigation but for the rainy season it is normal for many insects to enter, but it is something that we had no problem with, the private area is very good and the pool is excellent.

My family and I had a great time. I was in contact with Hugo. The pool is a very good size and although it does not have a heater, it has solar panels that help the temperature to be 30 degrees, very comfortable. There is hot water for bathing and maybe he suggests having two more fans and modernizing the larger bathroom. The palapa where the barbecue is located is great, it is very enjoyable since it is covered and the area of the house is very quiet to be relaxed. We will return!

In general, the house is very nice, it was clean and had the essentials for a stay. We were 18 people including children and the space was adequate. The rooms are comfortable and the telephone service in case of needing something was effective and friendly. The pool was clean, large and the plus is that it is kept at a good temperature, the garden is ideal for playing. In general, the house is very nice and spacious, highly recommended.

We love the stay, we love everything... the house is super spacious, hot water in the 2 showers, the warm pool, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, it has a blender and a microwave oven! (I'm just missing a coffee maker) We really liked the location since the Oaxtepec market is super close, there are several oxxo nearby, shops where they sell even fruits and vegetables, the truth has been our favorite vacation in all of Morelos! Thank you very much to the Host, always on the lookout for our arrival and departure! (the only detail was that the beds in being wood made noise when sitting or moving around while you sleep.) Definitely a House to which we will return at least once a year!!

The house is very nice and the location is excellent, in a quiet section. The hosts were always on the lookout and Mr. Antonio was aware of us. What we liked was that we could get in and out whenever we wanted, as well as there were many beds in the bedrooms. Some things to consider is that the pool heating doesn't work very well, but there was sun, so there wasn't that much problem. Also despite the fact that it is fumigated we recommend bringing torches with citronella to avoid mosquitoes, as well as Raid for the animals that can be put into the house. We recommend staying in this house ☺️

Excellent property, looks better in person than in the photos. Apart from the fact that in some cases we had to wait to use the 2.5 bathrooms, the house is functional and in great condition, and it’s in a very safe and quiet area because it’s a private residential development. One of the drivers in our group had trouble locating the house inside the private area, but Hugo shared the Maps, and that was enough.

Communication with Hugo was excellent, quite fast and accessible to get to. Recommended!

Excellent place, very nice and well equipped house, the shops are nearby and the subdivision gives you more security. It touched us in the rainy season and the light went a couple of times but always came back. The place is excellent, just as an observation we did not find sugar and trash soap so much so we had to order it at home and felt that if they raise the costs.

Mii stay in the house was absolutely amazing. This spacious was able to comfortably accommodate our group of 20 people. The pool was the center of fun and relaxation throughout our trip; we spent hours enjoying the sun and the pool.

We had a very nice weekend. The pool was clean and in general the facilities were quite good. The person who received us was very friendly, as was the person who did the daily cleaning of the pool. The barbecue area works perfectly. You are very comfortable in that area.

The host was very accessible and helped me with some things I had planned to do. Very clear about the house terms/rules. Very quiet residential area. It has easy access, and there are convenience stores outside the residential development in case you need any supplies. Overall, I thought the place was perfect.

Excellent house, the space is very spacious, the cleanliness was excellent, the attention and detail for the stay was great. I highly recommend booking, we had a chance to see some fireflies in an unexpected way and that made our stay magical (my daughters had never seen any). Everything is close by and the food nearby is very good. The house has everything you need to enjoy it, not leave it and rest pleasantly. 100% recommended and with maximum security as it is inside a residential development. We'll go back whenever possible
