Eugenia was amazing, with quick replies to our chat, sending staff over when needed, offering help and tips for restaurants and transportation. She was able to accommodate our requests as much as possible. Very happy with the house and the staff.

Eugenia was very helpful from the initial contact, which made communication easy at all times. Likewise, the attention we received from all the staff was excellent. She also offered us the option of having breakfast at the hotel next to the house, and the experience was very good, with a varied breakfast of excellent quality. The house is very nice, with spacious areas, and it is safe, private and very clean. It was definitely a very pleasant stay.

This place was amazing. It was very close to everything. Great pool, very well thought out house and amenities. I would definitely recommend.

Eugenia’s place was very lovely! It was right near Jacó but still very private and quiet. Everything was clean and the property was so nice. It was awesome sleeping in AC! We did have issues with a bad storm but Eugenia was quick to accommodate us. I will stay again!

The place was super spacious, the pool was beautiful and large, and they cleaned it every day, the social area is super nice, we had a very nice weekend.

This home was perfect for our tribe of 5. We loved having a private pool, rooms and outdoor space with the convenience of a restaurant & concierge services right next door. The home was clean, comfortable and as described. The property is beautiful - a truly peaceful retreat. Just minutes from downtown & beach, the location was great for us. Host & staff were incredibly responsive to any/all of our needs.

The house is super cute! There were 18 of us at a bachelorette party and we all enjoyed the space very much (respecting noise hours obviously). It was big enough to be comfortable, we were able to play games in the living room/terrace and the ice machine was a huge plus! We were all delighted with the surroundings of the house, it felt very private and full of greenery. Eugenia was one of the best parts, amazing as a host, always answering my questions quickly and kindly. 20/10 we would go back!

House and property definitely met our needs. We were a traveling group of 9, with two families. The outdoor living space was perfect to dine and watch movies while some swam and others read or napped. The pool and rooms were cleaned daily and the property was safe and easy to find. All the rooms had AC which was great. Kitchen was set up with everything we needed. BIG PLUS...I cannot say enough about the staff at the adjacent hotel. They were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. We arrived much later than anticipated and the front desk attendant said "no problem" to keeping the kitchen open for us. He even volunteered to be our waiter. The concierge helped set up things for us to do and they were just such a great resource to have so close.

The house is very nice and very well equipped; it is close to the beaches. You can use the hotel facilities, which is a plus. I recommend this stay for families or large groups.

Everything was perfect, the place was beautiful and the young people who took care of us were always willing and kind. Good amount of cloths, utensils, etc. Suggestion: remove some branches so that a little sun can pass through.

Our family had been planning this getaway for about 3 years. my grown kids were amazed at the wildlife and landscapes. Eugenia, Teejey, Pablo and all the staff were so helpful. we made lifelong friends on all of our adventures. it may take a while but we would love to come back some day for more rest, relaxation and adventure.
