House and property definitely met our needs. We were a traveling group of 9, with two families. The outdoor living space was perfect to dine and watch movies while some swam and others read or napped. The pool and rooms were cleaned daily and the property was safe and easy to find. All the rooms had AC which was great. Kitchen was set up with everything we needed. BIG PLUS...I cannot say enough about the staff at the adjacent hotel. They were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. We arrived much later than anticipated and the front desk attendant said "no problem" to keeping the kitchen open for us. He even volunteered to be our waiter. The concierge helped set up things for us to do and they were just such a great resource to have so close.

La casa es muy bonita y muy bien equipada; está cerca de las playas. Se pueden utilizar las instalaciones del hotel, lo que es un plus. Recomiendo esta estancia para familias o grupos grandes.

Todo salió perfecto, el lugar preciosos y los jóvenes que nos atendieron siempre dispuestos y de buen trato. Buena cantidad de paños, utensilios, etc. Sugerecia: eliminar unas ramas para que pase un poquito de sol.

Our family had been planning this getaway for about 3 years. my grown kids were amazed at the wildlife and landscapes. Eugenia, Teejey, Pablo and all the staff were so helpful. we made lifelong friends on all of our adventures. it may take a while but we would love to come back some day for more rest, relaxation and adventure.

Nuestra estadía fue un poco decepcionante los dueños son muy amables pero sucedieron cosas que no hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera la mejor. Primero uno de los cuartos nos informaron que habían tenido problemas con el aire acondicionado y que lo arreglarían pero funciono solo parte de la noche y el día siguiente llegaron a arreglarlo de nuevo. Muy amablemente dieron una habitación en el hotel del lado pero no era lo esperado. Ese mismo día en la noche se presentó una gotera en el medio de una de las habitaciones se les informó a los dueños pero lamentablemente de eso no ofrecieron solución ahí teniamos a una bebé durmiendo y lo que se hizo fue mover la cama al lado pero se estaban mojando. Por dicha la lluvia paró en la noche. La cocina tiene una cortina metálica para no dejar entrar animales cuando se baja hace un sonido muy fuerte que despierta a los bebés, todas las puertas se quedaban pegadas sonaban mucho sería bueno un mantenimiento a profundidad del lugar.

My family and I spent a week at casa Pumilio and it was a great time with beautiful surrounding. It was great have the hotel next door, the staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back again!
