Great place and host. Lends to large group and gathering as well as retreats, as rooms are separate. Beautiful viewing deck and cool breeze throughout. You are surrounded by beautiful and well maintained garden full of flowers sweet touches (great hammocks, a little fountain, tasteful art pieces) that makes for an authentic stay. Host is flexible and accommodating. Internet works well. Short walk (but steep) to the beach. Shaded. Easy parking. safe. Thank you!

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Casa Malinche! This location cannot be beat. With the new highway, it is less than a 10 minute drive into town, but far enough that you don’t get the noise and hustle and bustle from town. The best part is the super short walk down to Remanso, one of the best beaches in town! The house was well equipped, clean and present just as the photos showed.

We had a superb stay! What an amazing location near Remanso beach with a lovely view of the bay. The house has a great atmosphere and matches well with the natural environment and local building style. In contrast to other houses/villa's at Remanso bay :( We stayed there for 5 days and the end of a 6-week trip and it was absolute a wonderfull end of our holiday!

This is easily the greatest Airbnb experience I’ve had. This place is so amazing. I felt like an internet influencer or something. I shouldn’t be able to afford a place this nice, but I can! Went to Nicaragua for a week to celebrate my 40th birthday with 5 friends and this location was perfect! Short (steep) walk to playa remanso, and a slightly longer walk to playa tamarindo, which is less developed and more private. I never wanted to leave. Clean, beautiful, great location, incredible.

casa Malinche and playa remanso are great to know. the location is wonderful with a beautiful bay tha the house oversees. unforgettable views from every single room of the property and a very well thought layout to greet families or couples or both at the same time. the experience just made us wanting to stay there forever! Jaime was very helpful all along the process. highly recommend for a real experience!!

Casa Malinche is in a beautiful location, I especially loved being able to watch the sunset over the ocean from the top patio.

We spent 2 months with our 2 children aged 7 and 8 at casa Malinche. That was wonderful! The house is located on the heights of el Remanso with a breathtaking view while being a 5 min walk from the beach. The house is much more charming than all the other houses made of concrete nearby and offers a peaceful living environment surrounded by greenery, with its different spaces that invite you to relax. Maria who takes care of the house is adorable and always smiling, ready to answer our questions and help us. The house is very clean, comfortable, equipped with several hammocks, the kitchen is well equipped, the bedding and linens are very comfortable. Jaime has always been responsive in our communications and even being remotely he is very present to make sure everything goes perfectly during the stay. Highly recommend casa Malinche! Congratulations on this beautiful protected place where you can feel close to nature

We loved Casa Malinche! What a treat to sleep to the sound of the ocean. Casa Malinche and the property, its proximity to playa Romanzo made the entire experience wonderful.

I just adore Jaime's house. It was open, pretty and secluded just enough. Very peaceful. Maria, the house manger, was amazing. Everything we needed and more she was so helpful but somehow we rarely saw her, just perfect. I could go back right now and nap in the hammocks in the shade. Highly recommend. a sweet little tree house. Loved it!

AMAZING! We were so stocked when we first drove up and spotted this great house. You never quite know if the real thing is as great as the pictures. In this case, the house was even better! Perfect views from every room. Our favorite was possibly the outdoor shower with the best view of the ocean. We didnt even bother with the lovely indoor showers provided because we loved the outdoor shower so much. The grounds were beautiful with endless plants and flowers and trees. Truly felt like loving in a treehouse. I have nothing negative to say. We will recommend this place to anyone that will listen. And Maria! Such a wonderful, kind woman.
