Erika

Erika is a wonderful host! She knew we were traveling with children and thoughtfully sent us recommendations on things to bring before our trip. She was also a great communicator throughout, providing detailed and helpful information that made everything easy.

we stayed in erika’s house for two months. when we arrived, there was an overwhelming smell of air freshener, & the place seemed much more worn than the photos, especially the furniture. the place had quirks. there were no toothbrush holders, places to put things in the shower, room for your food in the cabinets, etc. we brought these things to erika’s attention when she asked how check in was & she didn’t respond. the bed creeked so badly every time you moved. we had a few problems over our stay. the couch had to be fixed, & both of the sinks leaked. the property managers were nice, but the visits were inconvenient. erika did message us about our electricity usage about a month in. we were working from the unit & cooking most our meals there, while abiding by their strict AC rules. her message wasn’t friendly. the complex had renovations from the time we arrived to the time we left. there were constantly people working outside the unit, & it was loud, & at time smelled. 2.5/5
