An excellent place to spend days relaxing. The service was very good from the start. The photos are real. My family and I were delighted with the service. Upon check-in, the air conditioning in one bedroom was not working, and they fixed it immediately.

We had an excellent stay. The house is huge, hacienda-style, with lots of space and very nice. It is a very quiet place, perfect for disconnecting and relaxing. The pool is amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. The truth, 10/10. Highly recommended for families or groups who want to spend a quiet and pleasant weekend in Veracruz. We would definitely come back!

Excellent stay, the house is huge and can easily accommodate up to 4 families, the lawn is impeccable, the pool is clean, all the air conditioners worked perfectly, I definitely recommend it.

It's better than in the photographs. All the rooms have their own charm. Everything is quite spacious and the dressing rooms are large (like another room). Good temperatures are achieved during the day and at night with the air conditioning. It is advisable to keep them closed so that mosquitoes do not enter. The pool is huge, with a good temperature. It's shoulder-deep. There's also a paddling pool and a Jacuzzi that does work. At night you can hear the tropical wildlife. It's surprising, but pleasant. It's an old-fashioned atmosphere mixed with modern areas. Everything is in good condition. There are staff members who are very friendly and discreet. If requested, they give you total privacy. But always aware of your requests. There are dogs that are well away from the property. We brought some, and they never noticed. There is plenty of space for refrigeration and freezing, and the kitchen is very cool. The access and security for the cars is excellent. There is an automatic gate, and they are in the shade all the time.

The Villa is a very quiet place with an old-fashioned style. The family really enjoyed the pool and the privacy that the property offers. Although the area is not conducive to a walk, this is not a problem considering the large, well-kept gardens the Villa has. For those who don't want to spend their entire stay in the Villa, El Puerto and Boca del Río are about 20 minutes away. We recommend the bread made in Medellín. Highly recommended for those who want to get away from the classic all-inclusive hotel and are looking for a warmer, more private setting.

This house was incredible. It’s a historical hacienda right out of a novella. I can’t say enough about how private and beautiful it was in the photos. Definitely do not do it justice. The groundskeepers were very nice and showed us all of the amenities when we first arrived. Were always responsive when we needed them. I will not hesitate to book as there was plenty and I do mean plenty of space for everybody, we had the most wonderful time and will definitely return back to this beautiful place! If you are American and you want to live a true Mexican experience this is the house that you’re looking for. Lots of charm, old Mexican beauty and huge space for your family. You won’t be disappointed!

The house is huge with a beautiful garden and a deep pool (1.50 meters), but with the options of a jacuzzi and a splash area. Everything is in good condition. There are few rooms and beds for the size of the house, but we had a good stay with Mr. Alejandro, who was helpful and responsive. Highly recommended 👌🏼

We had a very nice stay, tastefully furnished and decorated, very spacious rooms, private enclosure, clean, if have observed health measures that give you confidence. attention from the staff, very good continental breakfast, distance from beach 15 - 20 minutes nearby shopping centers, great place to spend a few days off.
