A very nice, private and tidy place, just like in the photos. It has ocean views, spacious rooms with good beds, and an excellent pool area.

The is such a gem in San Juan. They arguably have the best view of the town. The house and rooms are spacious and the area is safe. The staff is helpful and it’s great to have them on site in the back house. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking to stay in San Juan del Sur!

The house has an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean and San Juan, peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed our night that we stayed, and would recommend to anyone looking to visit San Juan area.

We only stayed in the house for less than 24 hours, but check in/out was easy. We asked to have early check in (1:00 instead of 3:00) and were accommodated for extra $25. The views are beautiful of SJDS from up high. The only negative were the massive amount of bugs in two of the bathrooms. Also a cockroach in the bedroom. We were provided with raid bug spray so I’m assuming it’s a common problem being high up on the mountain. Overall the short stay was good.

I liked the location. I think the house has enough space for several people. There are two kitchen areas: one is very nice and well-equipped, and the other has few cooking utensils. The kitchen is somewhat dirty, and there are few dishes and glasses available in that area.

The environment is very comfortable, the scenery is very beautiful, there is plenty of space for activities, and the service is excellent. It's a great place to unwind.

From the moment we arrived, the view completely took our breath away, truly one of the most stunning ocean panoramas I’ve experienced. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the terrace felt like a dream. The home itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. It perfectly balances comfort and luxury, making it easy to relax and fully enjoy the experience. The host was also incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish.

This place was beyond what I expected. Friendly staff that was very accommodating. Breakfast was cooked for us in the morning and very delicious. The view of San Juan Del Sur was breathtaking. Beautiful pool side kitchen and dining area. Rooms were huge with clean bathrooms. The private bedrooms below the pool were very quiet. Huge glass windows so you can see the full view. Huge bathtubs outside on the patio to soak in or just wash off before you go inside. Perfect stay
