The is such a gem in San Juan. They arguably have the best view of the town. The house and rooms are spacious and the area is safe. The staff is helpful and it’s great to have them on site in the back house. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking to stay in San Juan del Sur!

The house has an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean and San Juan, peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed our night that we stayed, and would recommend to anyone looking to visit San Juan area.

We only stayed in the house for less than 24 hours, but check in/out was easy. We asked to have early check in (1:00 instead of 3:00) and were accommodated for extra $25. The views are beautiful of SJDS from up high. The only negative were the massive amount of bugs in two of the bathrooms. Also a cockroach in the bedroom. We were provided with raid bug spray so I’m assuming it’s a common problem being high up on the mountain. Overall the short stay was good.

Me gustó la ubicación, creo que la casa cumple con el espacio suficiente para llevará varias personas, hay dos espacios para cocina, una muy mi da y equipada y otra con pocos utensilios para cocinar, cocina algo sucia y pocos platos y vasos disponibles en esa área.
