The accommodation offers everything your heart desires in the kitchen, by the pool and for the barbecue. The pool is heated, which is very pleasant, and it is a very quiet and great location. Nevertheless, restaurants and shopping are very close. All 14 guests loved their stay and would be happy to come back!

The house is very nice, spacious, and equipped with everything you would expect and more, which makes the stay extremely pleasant. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing because there is zero noise; the local wildlife becomes part of the experience, and you even learn to appreciate it. The residential area is very quiet, and just outside, you'll find everything nearby: banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, stores, a bakery, etc. David is extremely attentive, always helpful, and flexible, which is also greatly appreciated. We would definitely go back, and we highly recommend it.

We had a great stay here! We loved the peaceful beauty of the yard and pool area. The place was very clean and the yard was pristine. There are multiple levels of living, so it may not be ideal for someone with mobility issues. However, it does add options for more privacy among guests and different spaces to gather if some want to go to bed early. One of the king beds was shorter than a U.S. king bed. Anyone taller than 5’10” would have their feet hanging off the end. Not all rooms have air conditioning, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we visited in November when the evenings are cool. This is a great place for an extended family to stay or multiple couples.

I rented the house for a quiet weekend in Cuernavaca, it did not disappoint, on the contrary A great welcome and David was always attentive to us They have a great team and I appreciate their attention, we will gladly return.

The vultures that live nearby were a bit annoying at times, but it's not something that can be controlled by the owner. You should also consider that there are many insects in the area, from mosquitoes and ants, to bees.

The house is just like the photos, but it has several details that are neglected and mistreated: the blinds in the main bedroom are broken, the ones in the living room are useless, the gates are rusty, the cushions on the beds are broken and poorly sewn. My son ripped a cushion from the bunk bed, we paid for the whole bunk bed, I hope they change it. It's a very nice house, but neglected in some aspects. The house has a for sale sign outside and some trash in the street entrance. Rocio's service is excellent.

This place was exactly what we needed for a family vacation! The house was very spacious and the layout of the bedrooms/bathrooms made it so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The house was beautiful and the amenities were exactly as listed. There are two bedrooms that do not have AC, but do have fans, so it does get warm in those rooms. The pool was our favorite part, the water temperature was perfect. We cannot say enough great things about the cooking service offered by Rocio. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Her meals were delicious and she was very flexible with our timeline. We would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home with everything we needed. We were there with our 1 year old and they provided a high chair and crib. We hired Rocio to cook breakfast and lunch for us and it was wonderful! Highly recommend doing that if you stay here.

We loved it here! Great for a low-key group hang with long floats in the pool. This house has an incredible amount of rooms and bathrooms so there’s ample space for private time and group activities plus an amazing view. We had group dinners, outside card games, and a movie night! I would definitely return.
