New building, clean apartment, comfortable beds, spectacular pools and view. Quiet area but close enough restaurants, bars, 5th avenue and the beach.

The apartment and the roof facilities are very good, very good location two blocks from the beach and very close to Fifth Avenue. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing place, beautiful, amazing area! You have the beach 1 block away and 5th Avenue 2 blocks away. It is super central and full of beautiful and very good places to eat! The view of the pool is amazing! But above all, the apartment is amazing, it literally makes you feel right at home

Really an excellent option to spend a few wonderful days in Playa del Carmen. The location is very good, close to 38th and 5th, as well as the beach. The apartment is impeccable and the service is a 10. Thank you very much for everything, we will definitely return to this place!!!

We had an excellent stay in this apartment! Everything was as shown in the pictures: very comfortable, clean and perfectly equipped to enjoy as a family. The amenities of the resort are top notch, ideal for a pleasant, quality vacation. The pool view is really beautiful and relaxing. The location couldn't be better, just a few blocks from 5th Avenue and the beach, which makes walking a lot easier. In addition, the attention was always very friendly and helpful, willing to help at all times. Without question, a great option that we would recommend and in which we would stay again.

The stay was excellent, everything was super comfortable and super quiet, we only had problems with the air conditioning, at all times we had help from the hosts but the apartment did get hot at times, but nothing too bad.

We only stayed one night but it was very clean, lovely space and very easy check in. Felt very safe especially as we arrived late night View from the pool was amazing

This place is amazing, my favorite stay in Pdc and I’ve spent months here! We loved the resort style pools and amenities, and the gym was quite good for Mexico! Good variety of weights and cardio. The host went above and beyond quickly responding and doing all in his power to remedy any small issues. I felt right at home in the kitchen w plentiful utensils and appliances to cook. The strong AC was a major plus, and separate bathrooms a cherry on top! So grateful for my stay here and highly recommend for families, couples or friends. Great private location for peace w easy access to all 5th avenue offers. You won’t regret a stay here!
