A two minute walk from one of the nicest beaches I’ve seen in Rocky Point.

We really love our stay even if it was just a short time but we truly enjoyed it our family was very happy to spend time together in a lovely place definitely worth it and we definitely want to come back again

Great place to stay!

During our recent family vacation, we experienced an exceptional and enjoyable time. Our children particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, while the evenings provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay in Rocky Point! The house had plenty of space for all of our adult children to comfortably stay together, which made the trip extra special. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and it was an easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Excellent, very nice house and location

Honestly, 10/10. Super nice and clean, it has everything you need in the kitchen. The pool is very large, and it's easy to get there. We loved the location and the place. We will definitely be back, and the host is beyond reproach—super friendly, always answering my questions, and she even added a pool table at my request. My family and I were delighted with our stay.

This is a beautiful comfy home that we enjoyed as a family. I rested so peacefully on the mattress. I 100% recommend this home to stay in.

The house is very nice and spacious, ideal for families, it has all the amenities described, it is a quiet area near the beach, 3-4 minutes approx on foot, only there is a slope and on the way back the climb is a little tiring because there is loose sand, but it is worth it. I totally recommend the house, the host was very friendly, he answered my questions by message. I would return.

Home was great and comfortable for our group of 12. Kitchen had many dishes, pots and pans but be sure to take all your own spices and condiments you might need. Only salt and pepper was available. Great recommendation for on demand chef: Engel (request contact from Marni). Food was delicious and they also offer cocktail service! Drinks were also amazing. Highly recommend.

My guests enjoyed Marni’s house. The beach in a 2-3 minute walk, the neighborhood is quiet and there was plenty to do. It’s an adjustment from the states but we know what to expect when traveling to Mexico next time. We would stay here again.

Marnis home was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the stay it definitely felt like home. We were able to invite the band to celebrate my brothers birthday and it was such a lovely night!◡̈ Marni was also super nice to us and was quick to respond. It was an overall great experience staying at Marnis home. We really recommend it.

Everything was great.

I love this house so much! Perfect for a big family or group of friends. All the rooms are super nice and air conditioned, it has a fully functioning kitchen, and it’s dog friendly!! It’s about a minute walk to the beach but there’s also a cute pool and patio if you don’t feel like walking down. Honestly it has everything you could ask for when traveling to Puerto Peñasco, I’ll definitely be booking again asap.

Pictures don’t do this place justice, truly a beautiful home and only a short walk to the beach and still close to town. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the home was, It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone.
