This house is indeed very close to Avellanas (by car), less than about 10 minutes away. The house is very nice, and we had a great time. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to someone else.
We really liked the house, very comfortable and spacious. The pool is very nice. Quiet place, very close to the beach, which is very beautiful. The host is very quick to respond.
Place was fanatastic for my family, close to the beach, walkable to some shops and daily monkey spotting in the trees! What a beautiful spot!
We had a spectacular New Year's Eve at this house! The house is very comfortable, as seen in the photos! Everything worked perfectly and was very well maintained. It has an excellent layout! We would definitely come back! A beautiful area!
House is a modern house with 4 bedrooms, a pool and a front porch. Neat and clean and well lit house . Fenced . The road which leads to this place was not paved and dusty . The upstairs master bath shower could use a better door as the partial doors seems to let water out . The Host responded to our requests to fix the dishwasher and fill the dryer gas . We were happy with that . Once you get inside the house it is a beautiful place . wish the roads were maintained well .
Seth was very responsive, and was very accommodating even with our last minute booking. The house was very clean, the bathrooms are very nice, the pool and pool deck were amazing.

A beautiful house, close to the beaches and in a very quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and spending time with the family! It has everything you need for cooking and grilling 💚
We had a lot of fun, the pool was the highlight of our visit, we really liked the house, it's really comfortable.

Highly recommended. The house is equipped with everything, quite clean as well as the pool, it has all the amenities, easy to get to the place and they are very helpful and friendly. I was fascinated by the place, we will definitely be back soon.

This house is beautiful and spacious and built for entertaining. We spent a few days with extended family and enjoyed our stay very much. Responsive and friendly host. Pool area is amazing and we enjoyed watching howler monkeys pass by above us

We loved the property, beautiful, well equipped! You have to deal a little with the fauna of the area, but it's worth it! We'd come back!
A dream house! It is a pleasure to stay in a house where you feel at ease. The service and the welcome were spectacular, I really recommend it a thousand times over, beaches nearby, swimming pool, comfortable rooms and spaces, it was a beautiful weekend with the peace of mind of being able to stay in a house like this. It's ideal for going with friends and family, and most importantly of all, it's PET FRIENDLY❤️, my dogs are super grateful. ☺️☺️ Thanks Seth, Alejandro and Dennis for all the help. 1000/10. I hope to return soon!

Would you like my honest review? Staying at Seth's place felt like being amongst family. The neighbors are welcoming and friendly. The house is tucked away on a nice street far away from hustle, bustle, and noise. If you hear any noise at all, it'll be the beautiful symphony of the surrounding nature. There are shops, restaurants, and grocery stores close by for convenience. There are plenty of beautiful beaches, close by. Each beach offering a variety of things to explore. If you're a fisherman, this would be the home base. Walk the marina after a delicious meal and observe the rays and beautiful birds above. We stayed here with a lot of kids and it was almost impossible getting them out of the pool. If anything was an issue, Seth was immediately attentive to it. Thank you, Seth!
It's one of those places where you realize you have to come back. More is offered than expected. The service is impeccable and there is a lot of initiative to resolve any situation immediately. The truth was it was a surprise to find a place like this with a host like this. I would rate the experience 10/10. A gem!
