Everything was excellent, a great country house!

We had a great time, and the house is nice. There are a few maintenance issues with the faucets in the bathrooms, but overall, nothing that would prevent you from having a good time.

Very nice house, it does not have the palapa that you see in the photos, but now it is an area to make bonfires so I think it is a better option. For us who travel with many children, the pool with a boiler is essential. It's worth paying the extra. We liked everything very much, thank you.

Very nice house. Hogareña. Excellent space to be with your family. It's bigger than what you see in the ad. Everything you need to occupy it. The staff that welcomes you super attentive and friendly. We could only stay two nights, nothing more, but it's a place that is sure to take better advantage for longer. The only thing we didn't like so much was the extra costs for additional services

We had a fantastic stay here for the weekend. We were a large group from out of town and the house accommodated us and our dogs perfectly! I cannot speak enough praises about Ms. Columna and her husband, they were there to help us throughout the weekend by helping to order food, cooking, cleaning and helping us with supplies. The house is beautiful, and the view is amazing. We even saw fireworks in the evening. I will note that the house is up on a hill, and somewhat remote, so its difficult to get delivered food. If you have your own car and can drive to town- then its not an issue. Amazing place- would absolutely stay again!

Velia’s house was very nice and peaceful. We had a wonderful time there. Velia was always very helpful and we had a great communication. In summer is pretty hot and only one room has air conditioning. More fans for the rest of the rooms and living room will had been nice.

Beautiful house, large, comfortable... The boiler perfectly heated the entire pool and jacuzzi, the super nice cook and cooked us everything we ask and delicious! The service from all the staff is 10/10! WiFi in the house and pool area, safe and beautiful subdivision. Clean towels in all rooms and for the pool! We'll definitely be back!

Excellent stay, much nicer than the pictures. The support from Columba, Naed and Abraham was wonderful (cleaning, cooking and pool). If it hadn't been for them, we wouldn't have enjoyed it as much, especially during breakfast. Very good family experience, we did two large meals in the pool area, which by the way was in a super nice temperature without using the boiler. The managers also recommended very good services for tables, chairs, and music for entertainment. The whole family really enjoyed the stay!

It's an amazing house, you could say it's perfect. It has a beautiful view, the pool and hot tub are always warm, beautiful green areas and they accept pets. The food service was perfect and they helped us get anything extra we needed. The host always had great communication with me. It was amazing, 100% recommended

A very nice house - it could use a little updating but nonetheless very nice. The only bad things are that the spa in master does not work and they are very strict about no noise after 10pm. Other then that a great place to stay.

The house is much better than the photos. Velia always responded in a timely manner. It's very, very large, with an enviable view during the day and night. The pool and jacuzzi of very good size and it is worth paying the extra to have the desired pool temperature. The house in general requires maintenance, the bedrooms have details on doors, closets, bathrooms. The sofa bed on the top floor of the house should not be counted as a bed. It's impossible for a person to sleep there. The service of the people who take care of the house is impeccable, but when 15 people go it is impossible to do everything. I think they need support, even if the guest has to pay extra for it. It is not clear if Abraham's service is permanent in the house, I had understood it that way and he only comes in the morning for about 45 min. So if you have problems with lights, boiler, or special needs you have to wait until the next day. We would definitely come back! Great spot. 👍🏻

Excellent place to live in, comfortable and in style

The house is spectacular! The facilities are better than in the photos, the pool is very nice, the gardens are well-kept, but the best thing is the view of the house in Cuernavaca... it's a dream. I highly recommend it and especially the people who helped us, all three of them were incredible.

The house is as shown in the photos, a quiet place, excellent for resting and spending a very good weekend with the family. Abraham and Naed make you feel super and confident, very attentive all the time, they are the plus you need!

Our stay was excellent. Velia provided us with all the amenities we needed. I got married very close by and this house was ideal for the family to stay here. We enjoyed an excellent Sunday with beef jerky on the barbecue, and she put us in touch with someone who made us breakfast every day. The view is spectacular, everything was quite comfortable, and everyone was impressed by the amazing house. We would come back anytime!

The house has a beautiful view and the heating for winter weather is highly recommended. The directions and service are excellent. The beds and towels smell clean, which is the most important thing for me. The house is amazing and the view is dreamlike.

The whole family was fascinated with the house, it's beautiful! (even more than in the photos), with an amazing view! I would have liked the pool to be bigger, however if you go with children it is fine, very good location and comfortable. Velia was always attentive to my questions and was very kind to get me things for my stay, Columba is a very good cook. The house is highly recommended, we definitely want to return!

The house was beautiful with an incredible view of the mountains surrounding Cuernavaca. The pool was lovely. The host was extremely helpful in arranging for all of our needs, especially transportation. My only complaint was that with traffic, the house was a little farther from Cuernavaca than I would have liked (generally about 45 minutes). It is, however, convenient to many interesting places in the general area such as Taxco and Xochicalco so a great base to explore Morelos and beyond.
