Upon arrival, Cruz and the staff shows each and every guest a detailed way of operating every appliance in its entirety. Cruz shows the working impecable condition of every thing.
Your family was not satisfied with Cruz’s explanation, so as part of our on going effort to support our guests needs 24/7, we called professionals and technicians on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to explain the working condition of each and every amenity.
Despite that, you did not have patience with amenities and messed with them so much, that they became in operational.
The techs came out several times to find broken off switches and sever mistreatment of our gear. We re set and explained on several occasions how to use and what not to do, but despite our best efforts, we couldn’t convey to you that the appliance work just fine, if they are not messed with.
We even purchased a new coffee maker in Christmas Day, something that I imagine, no other Airbnb host would do, yet we do.
I have been renting this unit for 20 years.
I have received 5 star reviews from each of my guests. This is because of our over the top service to our clients. You have only rented with Airbnb once and have no reviews. I don’t think you realize that most places don’t have 24/7 concierge service and staff available in 99.9 percent of all Airbnbs. We do have that type of service, and it is included in the price. Most units you let yourself in and out and there are no resources after that. We are not like that. I helped resolve you transportation needs, your money exchange needs, your grocery store list, even before your stay with us. That is not customary. I do it because I care about my guests not even hotels provide that kind of service.
If you look at the guests right before your stay and directly after, their experience in my unit is a five star experience. I have never received anything but 5 stars.
I give my return guests champagne gift and a discount. I have many many return guests.
