Great location next to beach and also nice, quiet, cool, comfortable if want to retreat.
Highly recommend! Great location within walking distance to the beach and town but secluded enough to be a peaceful home by the beach. Beautiful panoramic views from the kitchen and balcony. Provided everything needed. Great family stay with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms.

Incredible home! The space was clean and beautiful. We had all of the amenities that we needed. The location was perfect about a 5 minute stroll to the town. We appreciated the concierge service that was included in the listing. It was helpful when booking additional things like airport transfers, private chefs and other extras.

My family enjoyed our stay at sunrise condos with 2 young children. The condo was very well furnished and had plenty of room. Full size dining table was nice. Condo had a great pool and complex was always clean with a 24 7 security gate. Within walking distance to all of downtown Tamarindo and across the street from the beach. Next door convenience stores and grocery was big help.

Loved our stay here! We came with our two toddlers, and it was the perfect retreat to enjoy Tamarindo. We LOVED the pool access to the resort. Everything was super walkable in the area - coffee shops, surf shops, and the catamaran cruise meeting point. The photos don’t do this airbnb justice! It was so spacious and clean and cozy for our family to enjoy. The host was very responsive as well. We’d love to come back in the future!

Wow - amazing. The place was so great, roomy, modern and great location. However it was the views which were the star - truly amazing. We would stay here again and again. Recommend.

Great apartment, nice location - few minutes walk to the main Tamarindo street and the beach.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — Highly Recommend! This place was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect — within walking distance to tons of restaurants, activities, and the main strip, making it easy to explore without needing a car. The property felt more like a luxury hotel experience than a typical Airbnb. The amenities were amazing, including a beautiful pool, ocean views, a pool bar, and 24/7 security. Check-in was seamless and easy, and the host made the process stress-free. The unit itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, and the place was stocked with all the supplies we needed for a great stay. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again!
