I visit Fortuna at least twice a year and this is the best bed I've ever slept in. It's comfortable with cozy sheets. The room is just like the photos. It has a small, well-equipped kitchen. It's a quiet and safe area. I would return without hesitation.

We had an amazing experience. The place is extremely safe, easy to find, and the location is unbeatable, with restaurants and tourist areas very close by. The bed was super comfortable for resting after a day of walking, and the Jacuzzi was the perfect touch for relaxing. In addition, the private parking provides a great deal of peace of mind. Definitely a 100% recommended place. We would gladly come back!

Beautiful place with all the features described. Clean, tidy and very close to downtown La Fortuna. Fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious place for two people. The only thing that could be improved would be the temperature of the hot tub, since it takes so long to fill that it's not that hot when you use it. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would repeat my stay at the place.

Everything was excellent as always. This is my second time staying there, and everything has always been excellent. Thank you very much.

Roy’s place was great for us. We stayed just one night but was everything we needed. Clean, spacious, parking, safe, easy to find and walkable to town and restaurants. Of note- bathroom does not have a door just a curtain and the shower is outside but very private and protected. The jacuzzi/tub took over an hour to fill and the water was not hot.

Fantastic apartment. Very clean and great kitchen amenities. Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable large bed. Highly recommended in La Fortuna!

Excellent place. It had all the amenities listed and more. We had an incredible stay. 100% recommended. It's very close to downtown, you can walk there. There are so many restaurant nearby. Can't wait to be back.

The place was nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen has all necessary utensils and the A/C keeps you cool with ease. The outdoor shower and jacuzzi make you feel like you are actually bathing somewhere in the jungle, one of my favorite parts of the stay! I loved that it was a 5-10 minute walk from all the stores/bars/restaurants in the area so we were always conveniently close to places to eat or shop, but it is also tucked away in a quiet, private section where you can get deep rest to the sounds of the rain after a long day of walking or hiking. I love how much value this Airbnb delivers especially for the price! I would definitely want to stay here again.

Roy’s Arenal rooms are a fantastic escape from the daytime adventures around La Fortuna, they offered everything you need in the right places. From the jacuzzi in the courtyard to the kitchen kindly stocked with every amenity you need, this accommodation stood out to us on our three week trip around Costa Rica.
