Loved it! Super cute, comfortable, and homey apt. The apt is close to the bus stop and easy access. There is a shopping mall very close by that you can walk. Mary Carmen is super nice and attentive, she is attentive to everything. And Sole is also super cute, they give you very good recommendations and they always look out for you. Super recommended and definitely go back to Cancun to the same place!

Everything is as published, Mary Carmen quickly answers and responds to all requests in a good way. I would recommend this place for families or groups who want to be in an area close to everything in the hotel zone. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable for longer stays as it has a full wash room. The location is excellent, with direct access to the beach. 100% recommended.

The place is as described! The apartment is just like the photos: extremely spacious, with everything you need, with a bus stop a few steps away, a convenience store and pharmacy in front. There is a traditional Mexican food restaurant on the side, TACUN, which makes life easier if you arrive from a tired tour.. The complex in general, externally suffers the ravages of being in front of the sea (salinity affects the painting, etc.) but that same location makes the sunrises spectacular, the sun rises in front, almost aligned with the condo, they are divine! Direct beach access and pool... My nephews enjoyed it a lot! We had an inconvenience with the washing machine (ahhhh yes, it has a laundry room, which with children is a plus) and Mary Carmen resolved it quickly and diligently, which left us very pleased! All in all, widely recommended for family vacations, in my case, we travel 7 adults and 2 children!

The apartment is an excellent place to arrive with the family, the place exceeded our expectations is spacious and beautiful, Mary Carmen and Solé were very good hosts and were always attentive to us, Mary Carmen was very flexible with us at check-out time and we appreciate it infinitely, I highly recommend arriving with her do not hesitate to do so because my family and I would definitely come back again next time we go to Cancun.

Mary Carmen is an excellent hostess, communication was easy and fast response. Mary carmen’s helpers were available any time with any requested.Place was as descriptive in the pictures,excellent view to the beach;accessible chair and umbrellas to enjoyed the beach. the most I personal like is that place is private to only guesses. I am personal recommended and definitely if I will come back to Cancun, I will stay in Maricarmen place.

Great place to bring 10 people.I had my little family with me, from 6 to 55 years old 😀 everyone enjoyed yhe place, Hilario was amazing, setting us into the place, giving us directions of places of interest, travel and always so friendly and helpful. setting up our umbrellas and lounge chairs. Maria suggested contacting Armando to set transportation, and it was very helpful with a big group like mine. We are definitely staying st this place again.

A very nice place and great host! Missed my check in time due to flight delays and Mary was very felxible and accomdating. Came out as a group of 7 and was very spacious! Staff is also extremely friendly and helpful!!! Within walking range of everything you need. Night life, beach, food, bank, etc. Would recomend this to anyone coming in large groups.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Washer and dryer were very useful and helpful. Host was very communicative and friendly. We couldn’t take advantage of the offer but she told us we could get free margaritas at the restaurant next to the residence. Very safe area would definitely recommend and consider staying here again in the future.

It is a privileged place and the sea was beautiful in that area, we went to visit other beaches and it does not compare to that, Hilario's attention was very good, he treated us like family and helped us bring down lounge chairs and umbrellas in our stay, he lent us inflatables and was attentive at all times to what we needed, the apartment is large and very comfortable, it has everything you need for your stay, there were towels for use inside and outside the apartment, hot water at all times, the pool was delicious and in front of the apartment there is a circle k, we arrived walking to Plaza la Isla 20 min. and in front of the bus to go to the 28th market. everything was spectacular. I highly recommend it and will definitely return again. Thank you very much Mary Carmen for your attention and welcome.

Super location near to everything and with a private beach and pool

Mary Carmen was an awesome host. She replied in minutes to our questions and was always willing to help. The apartment was bigger than we expected and the beautiful beach is just 10 steps from it. The location is very convenient. The mall, supermarket and several restaurants are just a few minutes away by bus or taxi.

The location is great, it’s a 30 min walk from the clubs if you end up walking back and a mi hire walk to a bus stop to bring you anywhere. Not to mention that you get your own beach access and pool.

The condo is in a excellent location right on the beach. Bus stop is a 30 sec walk and there is an amazing taco place next door. Lots of room for a large family and comfortable beds. Hilario and Stephen are very attentive and will set up beds and umbrellas at the beach for you. The building is older but the beachfront location is the best value of all. We would book here again.

Great stay! Place was spacious and very roomy. Kitchen had all the essentials. Perfect location. Water front property. Private and very little traffic. Estevan the handyman was very friendly and helpful. He set up chairs and an umbrella for us by the water. Would highly recommend staying here. Mari Carmen was great to work with before and during our stay.

The place was amazing, cleaned, spacious and very central. You can find a taco place right outside and a convenience store crossing the street. The host was very informative and attentive and the guy, Hilario, was at your disposal. Loved the place and the people. Would definitely go there again.

Very good service

First of all, Maricarmen is extremely customer oriented, so she was very helpful from the beginning of my booking to the actual checkout. The staff that works with her is very helpful and always on site to help with chairs, tables, etc. Location is perfect, a few steps to the beach (we were even able to see a few nights turtles coming to lay), and buses pass in front of building to go places. Thank you Maricarmen for all the help you provided. Could not be happier!

This place is absolutely amazing. Each room has its own full bathroom keeping good privacy between friends or family, and no ones fighting for the bathroom in the morning. Hector and Hilario (condo workers) were amazing and very friendly and polite. Rooms were very clean when we arrived. The beach is very private, it was only my and another family that were on the beach. The restaurant thats right outside the condo is 5/5! Very delicious and affordable. Mary Carmen was amazing getting back and forth with me and answering any questions we had. Very polite and professional. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Mary and staff.

Mary and her niece Sol were great! Sol handled all of our reservations to Chichén Itzá, Cenotes, and Isla Mujeres. Beautiful locations and we had a great time. The apartment was great. Three rooms with enough beds for all 8 of us. We went to celebrate my sisters birthday and Mary bought her a cake that was delicious! Thank you Mary, that was very thoughtful. Two thing that went wrong during our stay were: the shower-head fell while we were out, but I informed Mary and it was fixed immediately. Then my clumsy-self broke two glasses while doing the dishes. I informed Mary and she provides the receipt to pay her back. The communication between us was very fast too. The location is excellent. 5 minutes from the party scene- Coco Bongo, Vaquita, Conga, etc. We also had a private beach area, so no vendors harassing you to buy things. There’s an Oxxo, bank, and pharmacy right across from the apartment too. Overall, it was a great place and Mary was an excellent host. I will most definitely be coming back to enjoy this place again.

Apartment was perfect for my family of 7! Having the beach in walking distance was amazing. If your taking a tour the nearest hotel pickup is a 4 min walk ( Beach Palace) and if your trying to party all the bars and restaurants are a 5 min bus ride and you can get on the bus right outside the apartment ( bus runs 24hrs). Mary Carmen and Sole were very fast to respond which made out trip stress free and very relaxing. We even had a barbecue at the apt! We had an amazing time would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location on the beach, Mary Carmen's service was excellent, she let us check in before and check out after the established hours, the apartment was super clean, only the door lock didn't work but as soon as we reported it they were immediately to repair it, I definitely highly recommend it.

We stayed 8 days in the apartment at all times. Mrs. Mari was on the lookout for everything we needed, she was always responsive, the place is beautiful with a good view. Location location location !!! This place is great to move around Cancun, you can easily take the bus and go to different locations. Great Mexican Restaurant, right outside from the apartment you can order food and the server help you take it inside your unit. Make sure to tip to received vip attention! The location is great, literally walking steps to an amazing beach. The workers were great at getting us chairs and umbrella (make sure to tip). We felt very safe (we were 16, in two apartments and 7 children under 10). Wonderful place
