We are sorry for the inconvenience that you all had to experience  when you arrived.  Within an hour of your arrival we were able to repair the AC so that it functioned as well as possible for the remainder of your stay and immediately after your check out we replaced the unit with a new one.  We appreciate your understanding as unexpected issues do arise but the team's response is most important.  As evidenced by our numerous reviews, we have a fantastic team to make your stay live up to expectations and pride ourselves on communicating effectively so will certainly take your feedback to heart.
