Absolutely gorgeous beach home. Family of 10 enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We had a nice stay. The location right on the beach was fantastic. The sea is quite rough, but we enjoyed jumping over the waves with our families. The private pool was ideal for our families. We enjoyed it tremendously. In addition, there is plenty of space to relax in the hammocks. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a BBQ. Charcoal is available. The rooms were clean and spacious. The caretakers also stay on the property, so that's nice. We would definitely come here again!

My family and friends had a relaxing weekend. The house was very clean and as described on Airbnb. Kenya, the house manager, was very friendly. We'll be back.

We had an amazing stay! The beachfront location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Villa Sueño for the last week of a group vacation. It was so nice to have a whole home right on the beach all to ourselves. The place had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The pool was a life saver and hearing the sounds of the ocean morning and night added to the ambiance. The housekeeper Kenia was very kind and always available. Having a security presence at night was an added bonus for peace of mind - although the neighborhood felt very safe. It is a pretty small area so not too much to do but there are a lot of hostels who offer activities. The more you look around and the more people you speak with, the more you will see that there is to discover. Also, being a short drive to Leon was nice as well. If you are looking for a peaceful place to unwind and rest, I would recommend the villa 100%!

We were on vacation with co-workers, and our stay was very good. The facilities are exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, organized, and overall the property is in perfect condition, very beautiful. Communication with Lorraine was very smooth, and the hosts, Kenia and Antonio, were very attentive and helpful. 100% recommended

My family and I had the most wonderful weekend at Lorraine’s villa. Everything was perfect for the occasion—they truly went above and beyond to accommodate us and made us feel right at home. The real highlight, though, was Kenia and her husband. They are incredibly kind and welcoming people. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute, they were always there, helping us and making sure we felt comfortable. Gracias, Kenia, de todo corazón. Highly recommended—I can’t wait to come back!

Our favorite spot at Poneloya. This is the third time we book this house with Lorraine and we’re always pleased with the location and home. The house is in great conditions which have improved since the first time we stayed here. We can’t wait to book this place again! Thank you Lorraine and Kenia!!
