Welcome to Villa Suenos, a five-bedroom, six-bathroom beachfront home with a private pool in Poneloya. Designed with group stays in mind, the property offers five equally sized, oversized bedrooms. Each room includes:

Spend the day relaxing beside the pool in the shaded rancho, which features four comfortable hammocks. The rooftop patio is a beautiful setting for yoga, entertaining, or enjoying a sunset rum and Coke while watching the final rays of sunlight disappear behind the palm trees.

The home is located directly on a nearly secluded beach that stretches for more than 1 kilometer across town. Enjoy peaceful walks, time by the water, or a relaxing day on the sand.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De locatie direct aan het strand was fantastisch. De zee is vrij ruig maar we hebben met onze gezinnen genoten van het over de golven springen. Het eigen zwembad was ideaal voor onze gezinnen. We hebben er enorm van genoten. Daarnaast is er veel plek om te relaxen in de hangmatten. De keuken is goed uitgerust en er staat een bbq. Houtskool is beschikbaar. De kamers waren schoon en ruim. Op het terrein verblijven ook de caretakers dus dat is prettig. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen!

We stayed at Villa Sueño for the last week of a group vacation. It was so nice to have a whole home right on the beach all to ourselves. The place had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The pool was a life saver and hearing the sounds of the ocean morning and night added to the ambiance. The housekeeper Kenia was very kind and always available. Having a security presence at night was an added bonus for peace of mind - although the neighborhood felt very safe. It is a pretty small area so not too much to do but there are a lot of hostels who offer activities. The more you look around and the more people you speak with, the more you will see that there is to discover. Also, being a short drive to Leon was nice as well. If you are looking for a peaceful place to unwind and rest, I would recommend the villa 100%!

Las instalaciones tal cual se describe en fotos, muy limpio, organizado, en general la propiedad en perfectas condiciones, muy bella. My family and I had the most wonderful weekend at Lorraine’s villa. Everything was perfect for the occasion—they truly went above and beyond to accommodate us and made us feel right at home. The real highlight, though, was Kenia and her husband. They are incredibly kind and welcoming people. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute, they were always there, helping us and making sure we felt comfortable. Gracias, Kenia, de todo corazón. Highly recommended—I can’t wait to come back!
