Overall, our group stay with 20 people ages 2-60 was great! The location was beautiful & convenient to uber to town, but also peaceful. The staff was very helpful and the pool area was fantastic! Some areas that were a bit challenging were getting clear on the layout & configuration of rooms prior to arrival & some communication in general. I worked with the assigned concierge, but some things were still a surprise/ not as described upon arrival. There are also clearly some rooms/bathrooms that have been more recently updated and some older/ in need of updates. Beds were good, a/c & wifi all worked well. We would definitely stay here again especially now that we understand some of the nuances and how to manage. It is a great property at a more affordable price point, but also not as “luxe” as some of the pricier villas we’ve stayed at in PV for our group trips.

great location! the staff was great and they worked with us on any accommodations needed. There was a moldy smell on the two lower levels, not sure if it was because of the humidity or what but it was noticeable.

Incredible place for a stay with a large group, impeccable service and the house staff are extremely friendly. I highly recommend staying here, I would return a thousand times, the area is quiet and very private.

Our large group had an amazing stay at Villa Victoria. The staff was incredible. They were attentive, kind, and always went the extra mile. Lulu’s desserts were a hit, and daily breakfasts were delicious. Genaro was helpful with drinks and even setting up decorations. Miguel and Alejandro were responsive and easy to communicate with. The villa has stunning coastal and sunset views. There’s a small beach nearby you can walk to. The outdoor pool area was perfect for group gatherings and where we spent most of our time. Bedrooms and bathrooms matched the photos. Most rooms have private baths, all were clean and comfortable. Bring your own toiletries if you have preferences, as the ones provided are travel-sized. The villa has many levels, but the elevator helped a lot. Beds were comfy and towels refreshed daily. The location is ideal, just 5–10 minutes from the Romantic Zone and easy for Ubers. Overall, it was a perfect spot to celebrate and make memories. Highly recommend!

We came here for my bachelorette party and had an absolute blast. The villa was beautiful and the staff was very helpful -- they helped with decorations and taking photos, and made multiple runs to the store for us before and while we were there. The food was delicious. Miguel was responsive in messaging, friendly, and accommodating. The villa is a short ride away from the Romantic Zone (10ish minutes) and about 25-30 minutes from the hotel zone. It's super easy to catch Ubers there and back. From/to the airport, arrange a car service. We can't wait to go back!

We had the absolute best time here for my bachelorette party! The house is even more gorgeous in person, the staff were wonderful! Everything was a breeze, the pool was the perfect temperature to stay in both day and night. Couldn’t have been happier, thank you again!!! 😊

This is a great place for a large group. The pool and deck area were spacious for our group of 16. This was my first trip to PV and the location was great for hiking, getting to the botanical garden and shopping in the zone romantica. Glad we had dinner and breakfast arranged by the chefs daily. Costco and large grocery are not convenient. Although the base of the back stairs leads down to rocks, you can walk via trail to beach area. You can not get to the larger beach (by Hyatt). I wish I had brought some water shoes, but other than that, perfect trip!

Great communication and kind hosts. Our family with seven adults and 5 children 4 and under had a fantastic stay and were completely spoiled by Lulu and Alisha who cooked wonderful meals for both the children and the adults. Genaro and Christina did an amazing job keeping the house sparkling and safe for a chaotic family that came in and out from the nearby beaches. The pool, with three separate levels, was fantastic for kids The house is very vertical, but has a great elevator and a couple of common areas. Bring baby monitors if you have little ones. Baby Vallarta is a great resource is you need rental toys, high chairs or a crib. The house is relatively close to (but down a busy road) to the Hyatt Ziva and we took advantage of the daily use fee about half the time and really enjoyed their all inclusive activities. Also close by is La Palapa restaurant, which has a good menu and fun beach. A little further is Conchas Chinas beach, where we enjoyed finding crabs.

Miguel and Alejandro were very accommodating; very responsive and thorough in their communication. My friend enjoyed his Bachelor party. This Airbnb is simply beautiful and look exactly like the pictures. The Chef and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This was Hands-down, the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautiful with amazing views and a wonderful pool/Hang out patio area, the place comfortably sleeps 20+ people, the food is amazing, and the staff are the most amazing and friendly people you’ll ever meet. I hosted a wedding here and everything was above and beyond for the entire day. Private beach access and room cleaning every day. I would absolutely stay here. Lulu and the team are incredible and felt like family!

Miguel is an ANGEL ON EARTH. Please read to the end. I planned my friend's bach trip & secured I place to stay in September at Villa Armonia Boutique Hotel in Boca de Tomatlan. They cancelled on me 2 weeks before I had 20 people flying into Puerto Vallarta with non-refundable flights. The host told me I needed to cancel the booking, which was her way of trying to avoid cancellation fees. Airbnb did nothing to help me. Luckily I found Miguel. When I reached out to ask how much it cost to include the chef I explained the situation & how I was trying to stay within a budget. MIGUEL WENT ABOVE & BEYOND to work with me on costs so we could afford the stay & services. Lulu's cooking was amazing, the house staff was incredible (they even got a birthday cake after overhearing it has been someones birthday). They took such good care of us & made our trip carefree, relaxed, & memorable. Miguel saved us. If you're thinking about staying here, do it. We will definitely try to come back <3.

We visited Villa Victoria with 16 friends and were pleased with the house! The staff is incredibly attentive (they even helped with booking activities around the area) and the food cooked by Lulú made the experience extremely comfortable. Would definitively stay again.

Hosted my bachelorette party here and could not recommend enough. We had 25 people and everything was perfect. The chefs food was incredible, all the staff was incredible, Carlos was so helpful.

Great experience! The staff was 5-stars-plus. Lulu's cooking was delicious, Genaro was warmly responsive to all our needs and the entire team was friendly and made us feel pampered. The setting is incredible on the water and we spent all our time by the pool - the poolside shade was a great hangout spot and provided shelter in the rain. The cove at the house was great for snorkeling, just watch out for sea urchins. Heads-up if you travel there, the house is called Villa Victoria and that made it easier for some of the locals to find. The address didn't come up correctly on Uber. Also, the house itself could use a spruce-up. One room the kids called "the wet room" because of a leak and water on the ground. A few smelled musty and the bed linens/pillows could use an upgrade. I don't see that mentioned in other reviews and don't want to take away from the amazing staff, but because of that it fell short of a true 5star house. But, that didn't take away from our amazing time. Thanks all!

We are very satisfied with the stay, better than what you see in the photos and descriptions. The host, his family and staff are excellent people, very accessible and people with a great heart. We really felt at home, Mrs. Lulu cooked for us and wow, the best culinary experience, she and her husband are excellent, they had the house in order, clean and our experience was unforgettable. We highly recommend it and appreciate all the attention provided, despite the advance notice we had for our flight. They gave us incredible follow-up, both through the app and calls and messages. Thank you very much!

Outstanding all around! The staff, the location, the pool, the rooms were all better than we expected. The private chef was amazing, be sure to book this with the Airbnb host to arrange for types of food you’d like to be cooked. You’ll pay for the food, they’ll cook it for you. Overall it was an incredible experience. We had 15 of us and it was plenty of room.

This house and the house staff are absolutely amazing!!! I had a group of 14 people it never felt crowded. The setting is perfect for relaxation and amazing group meals cooked by Lulu and her wonderful staff. The house is a quick taxi/uber ride into the city. I highly recommend ordering in house massages as a really nice activity to do at the house. Lulu was amazing at arranging taxis and suggesting things to do in the city.

This airbnb was the perfect spot for a large group! The villa accommodated 14 adults and 3 children easily. The views from the villa were spectacular! We hung out at the pool every day and watched the gorgeous sunset every afternoon from the large main patio. Lulu, Genaro and the staff were so helpful when it came to booking taxis and giving us recommendations. Lulu made us DELICIOUS breakfast, lunch and dinner 3 out of 5 days. I wish we used her more. Her husband’s margaritas were one of the best I’ve ever had and the best ones we had in our trip. It’s a 5 minute drive to the the romantic zone which has cute shops and great restaurants. I highly recommend this stay!

Amazing place and the staff was wonderful. Lulu makes amazing food and the vacation was amazing. Was two friends birthdays and they decorated a wall twice for two different occasions. Two of us had to get up early to go scuba diving and Genaro was up to make us coffee and a special breakfast. Would Stay here again! Great pool and ocean sounds from every room at night

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! You feel right at home thanks to the amazing staff. Chef Lulu was the highlight of our stay, her food was so delicious and authentic please make sure to coordinate your meals with her beforehand you won’t regret it. We were a party of +18 and the house was spacious enough for all of us. The views from each room are beautiful overlooking the ocean. Breathtaking views from the patio/pool area. We can’t wait to come back to Vallarta and stay at Villa Victoria!

This is without a doubt one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautiful, the staff is magnificent and the view is unbeatable! It has everything you could ever want and is in a perfect location, just a quick drive to the town in the Zona Romantica area. It’s truly a 10/10. You will not regret staying here. Miguel and his team (Alejandro and Felipe) made this whole process a breeze. They took care of our requests and made sure we had a wonderful time. Lulu’s cooking was amazing and her team (Genaro and Alyssa (apologies if I confused this name)) kept us full of delicious quesadillas and margaritas. We loved the pool and the views. A great spot and easy to catch cabs. Very grateful we got to spend time celebrating my bachelor party here.

This spot is hands down the nicest place we've stayed! Everything and anything you'd want the staff would take care of and Lulu who was head of the staff was amazing. Felipe helped organized everything and was incredible as well. We would recommend this place 100% to anyone with a large group. We had 17 people and everyone had their own bed. The views are great. The food was delicious and everyone had the most amazing time!

The home was picture perfect and the views were straight out of a catalog. The serene views from morning to evening were truly enjoyable. This boutique home comes with a full service staff that met all of our needs. All we had to say was Lulu - can we do this or can we get this? And without hesitation, the answer was always “Yes”. This Villa is awesome!! The house views and staff are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner prepared for us by chef LuLu at the house for my birthday and hired Ramon to bartend for the night. It was awesome. They even surprised me with fireworks. If we didn’t want to eat there at the Villa, there were a few restaurants away and just $3 Uber ride into town. The helped us get massages at the house and covid testing. Along with a beer right right when we arrived hahah. The staff was awesome.

Miguels massive 5-6 story property was pretty incredible top to bottom. The communication prior to the trip was extremely helpful about setting up transportation and planned meals. He has an amazing staff that really made our trip. Lulu's food was the highlight of the weekend. I stayed with 18 other people on a guy's trip and this place was perfect for us. Had more beds than I can even remember counting. The pool and views made for a great hangout spot. The elevator stopped working one night and the plumbing lines in 1 of the bathrooms sprung a small leak. We contacted the staff and it was fixed very promptly. The location was a little further away than ideal, especially from airport, marina or hotel zones. Ubers were able to find it very easily that made transportation very easy. I think the staff and service make this property a must stay for any kind of group outing/vacation. You will not be disappointed.

over a a great place to stay. the staff is wonderful and a great cook. the location is great just a couple bucks cab to go down town. I will say when they say the chef is included. it really only if you purchase their meals. they were trying to charge us for a meal even when we caught our own fish and paid for groceries . but then they lowered the price of the meal. ( shouldn't have been charged at a because we planned on tipping for the meal. so really if you get your own groceries and have them cook what you want. beware they will still charge you the price of their mealsl.( I hope after this review that will change for future people) I've stayed at many places that include the chef and I was only charged for the groceries and got copy of the receipts. not a flat fee for dinner. I think it's over priced. but again this was management problem not the staff they were fun and fantastic. this may be great weekend place but we were here for 13 days and not ideal for long stays the way its priced. it is a little run down but very clean. and for 5 couples we all had great bedrooms. great view!!!

This is an excellent choice for large groups visiting PV. The location and views are beautiful, the staff is fantastic, and the communication with the host and with the house manager is very easy and efficient. We had a group of 11, and there was still a ton of extra space. We never felt cramped at all, and everybody had privacy and room to spread out. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Amazing villa with gorgeous views. Easy walk to the beach and easy to catch an Uber ($3usd), taxi ($6), or bus (.50) into the city center. The staff is amazing! Lulu’s cooking and Hernano’s margaritas will have me missing this years. We hosted a yoga retreat here and did yoga twice a day by the pool or on the lower level inside. Great home for this use. There were 14 of us.

This was one of THE BEST Airbnb experiences! We had a large group of people traveling to celebrate two of our friends moving to another country and the Airbnb and the wonderful staff made this trip unforgettable. We had a group of 8 guys. Plenty of space. The views were amazing. We had the chef prepare breakfast each morning, as well as one dinner. Upon arrival the fridge was fully stocked w beer, etc as requested. Communication was quick and accurate. Thanks so much!

This was single-handedly the most amazing Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Miguel was a great host, and his live-in staff was absolutely amazing! They made us delicious breakfast and dinner almost every night (for an affordable price), and accommodated us with pretty much anything we needed. There must have been around 25 beds in the entire house. We only used up 14 of them. The views here are amazing! Great sunset! Short walk to the beach and OXXO store. Communication was quick as well. This place was wonderful!! If you’re looking for a rental literally sitting next to the ocean for big groups, this is your go too!! This place is great for big groups and is just outside the Old Town area. The staff is great, and had warm quesadillas and chips and guac ready for us when we arrived. Location is great, easy to get to places in PV.

We had an excellent stay at Miguel's place. The house is only a short 5-10 min Uber ride away from the main drag Malecon area. It is located right on the water in a very nice, residential area. There is lots of space, but our group spent the majority of our time along the pool near the kitchen area. I would highly recommend asking for Lulu and Lucy to prepare meals while you are there. They are fantastic and will make whatever you request and go out to get groceries as well. They are wonderful hosts and made our stay feel like we were right at home, with some truly amazing Mexican food. Check in and out was incredibly flexible and Agustin was super responsive with questions I had along the way. I highly recommend for large groups.

Our stay at Villa Victoria was amazing! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area is great for hanging out and enjoying the view. Lulu, Gloria and Jinero take care of the guests, helping in whatever way they can. I would definitely recommend getting the chef! What amazing food! I cannot rave enough about our experience here!

This house is a great value! It's massive, and the staff is incredible! The place is a bit dated, but it definitely grew on us, and was very affordable next to the other options for 21 people. But even with that, the staff was incredible. They were very helpful with every request. We chose to use the provided chef for a small fee each day, which I can't recommend enough. They cooked delicious food, let us set the menu, and we never had to worry about snacks, drinks, meals, etc. The house is near enough to Puerto Vallarta center that you can get a 10 passenger van for about $20 per trip. But we often opted to not leave and just chill by the pool which overlooked the beautiful cost and sunset. There are 7 floors to this house. It's open air, each room having it's own contained AC and beds. Unfortunately, two of the ACs were broken, but really wasn't the staff's fault as the repairmen was injured. There was plenty of space in other rooms on couches, and the staff offered to put rollaways in other rooms and were quick to transport fans to those rooms. All in all, I think this airbnb is a win in the "bang for your buck" category. It's not the nicest, but it's certainly one of the cheapest where the staff goes above and beyond!

Everything is very good, excellent cleanliness, very large 4-level house with internal elevator, very large pool, very large and pleasant terrace, all the amenities as shown in the photos, we will surely return in a year on our next trip; the attention of the cleaning lady and kitchen is the best!!!
