What a beautiful place! We had such a lovely time. The condo was spotless, exactly as described. The complex itself was gorgeous, and the pool and gym were fantastic. We spent 9 glorious weeks there. Fernanda is an amazing host; so responsive and always ready to help when we needed anything. I highly recommend it!

We loved Awa, it checked a lot of boxes for us. The pool, atmosphere, neighbourhood and overall property were all awesome. The condo was great as well, spacious and comfortable for our family. Fernanda was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful and we couldn’t ask for anything more from a host. We’ll be back!

My three year old daughter and I had a wonderful stay at AWA Playacar! We stayed for 9 days and we will definitely come back. The place was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and great for families with little kids. My daughter loved the pool, playground (only place I've seen in Playa del Carmen that has a playground), and kids club. The swim up bar and grill were great! The location was ideal, only a short walk to Playa del Carmen and some of our favorite spots. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we felt completely safe. Fernanda was amazing—super friendly and helpful. She provided excellent local recommendations and were always quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Just returned from a great stay at AWA Playacar! The unit and grounds were amazing (just like the pictures). The bar and snackbar were excellent! Loved their beef tacos! Our host Fernanda was very responsive when we had questions. We felt safe both on and off the property. Had a few meals at the restaurants across the street. Very good! The kids loved the gelato place! We walked (15-20 mins) a few times to a private beach (beautiful sand and water… not crowded). Walked to Playa del Carmen. Full grocery store (Chedraui) 150-200 pesos for a cab ride back. We hope to return next year!

Absolutely fantastic host. 5-stars across the board. Great location. Wonderful condo. Pretty surroundings. Right across the street from a Oxxo, bakery, and 2 great restaurants. Fernanda made great recommendations for activities and help co-ordinate our shuttle from the airport. Would 100% use her again. Gracias Tim

Very nice condo. We stayed 1 month with a 6 month old baby and we loved our stay. Rooftop terrace with pool very good. The location in Playacar is really good. Convenience store and a few restaurants directly in front of the complex. Very convenient. 2 minute walk there is a restaurant we liked Viva Palapa. Otherwise, the beach and the beginning of 5th Avenue are a 15-20 minute walk and easy to get to. A grocery store also within walking distance. Finally, the complex has an amazing pool set-up even more beautiful than the pictures. Hammocks, spa, pool bar…we had a great time. Thank you Fernanda for the stay and for always responding very quickly to our questions. Maybe see you soon!

Fernanda is the best host I have booked with on Airbnb. The place itself is huge and feels brand new, beds are comfortable and the staff is very nice. Very safe as well. Would recommend AWA and Fernanda

We love traveling to Playacar and have stayed at many different places over the years. We loved staying at AWA. Very convenient location to all the action Playa Del Carmen has to offer but the condo building itself was very quiet and serene. Amazing pool and a very friendly and accommodating staff. Can’t wait to be back!
