Everything was excellent, the house had a beautiful vibe. Maybe it's worth noting what kind of food is already in the house, we were missing basic things like sugar, salt, sauces... but everything was in order! Also the ice and water, it would be better if it were included, Magda is very nice!

Casa Melina is a very well-designed space for socializing, the view is unique. The Sanctuary area is about 25 minutes from Valle, so it is not so accessible to go. Well-maintained common areas, the pool fulfilled the promise of temperature, clean rooms and sufficient amenities. Magda adds value to the stay: very good attitude, helps to solve details and cooks well! We had a problem with the water that was solved, Raul was flexible with the adjustment of schedules that this generated. Highly recommended!

Casa Melina is beautiful (a lot more than in the photos), we really spent a wonderful few days in it. Magda made us feel at home with such a friendly and efficient service. We'll be back soon!

Good place to stay for a family vacation

My family and I had an amazing time! The house looks better than in the photographs, the pool and hot tub are always at the right temperature even though we had cloudy and rainy days. Raul was always attentive and Magda was very helpful and very friendly and helpful. Definitely a great option to spend quiet days with the family; we would definitely love to return!

The house is just like the photos, Mari was always attentive to us, for whatever we needed, she even helped us rent a boat, and Raúl was always in communication with us, definitely if I returned to Valle de Bravo I would rent this house again

Our extended family (11 people) had a New Year's gathering at Casa Melina, and we had a great time. The weather was beautiful: despite it being winter, it was warm during the day and we were never cold, not even at night. The temperature of the swimming pool was perfect, and the view is amazing. Raul is a great host, always available to answer our questions, give us recommendations, and go the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. Magda, who was there to clean every day and cooked for us, was a very friendly presence, made some delicious dishes and also contributed greatly to our comfort and enjoyment. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Nice house, nothing is missing, swimming pool, speaker, board games, jacuzzi, televisions with platforms like Netflix, coffee maker etc… Recommended, the only bad thing is that it is a bit far from Valle de Bravo and Avandaro for restaurants, going for a walk etc… but if you are not going to leave the house it is excellent.

Casa Melina is a magical place, it is beautiful, with details that make it unique, it has a spectacular view. Located in the ecological residential development "El Santuario". I loved the dining room because the whole family can gather (and mine is big!). The kitchen is super-equipped, the pool is a good temperature and the tub is amazing to watch the sunset while enjoying the warm water. The plus is undoubtedly Magda, who helps make your stay more comfortable and relaxed, you just focus on enjoying yourself. Excellent service, 10 out of 10. Raúl, the host, is always diligent and very attentive. If you're looking for moments of tranquility, peace, and spending time with nature in the company of your family, this is the place!

Incredible property. I highly recommend it to those visiting Valle de Bravo. The house is a vacation. The pool was warm enough to use every day. The lake view is so incredible that it might be worth it just for that. There is a ton of natural light; it is definitely an indoor/outdoor space. We loved sitting on the patio with the view and even using the fire pit to have a lovely outdoor fire. The hammocks all around the house were functional and lovely. There is an outdoor dining space to change it up if you need that for a long stay but the long dining room table could host our whole four-family group. Our kids loved it for the pool. There was also a lovely meditation/yoga space and mats around the house. It was so nice to go into a fully-furnished and functional kitchen with spices, oils, great pans, kitchen towels, oven, etc. The coffee maker made the best coffee. Magda, the housekeeper/cook, was available for anything, including food prep, washing dishes...I cannot wait to return!

Everything was spectacular. Whenever I see comments like “the photos don't do it justice,” I think they're exaggerating, but in this case, I think they fall short!!! Everything is spectacular... the view, the décor, the service, the appliances, the grill, the fireplace, the pool... it's really everything. The house is perfect for spending a few days relaxing in Valle. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and very good space; the master bedroom also has a campfire area, relaxation lounge and study. The ground floor coexistence areas are super nice and ideal for having the best time. The view of the lake from the pool is well worth it. You can bring your dogs without a problem. Raúl answers any questions right away and Magda is very willing to help you. I definitely recommend the house

The house is SPECTACULAR. It looks great in Airbnb photos, but the reality is that they don't do it justice. Upon entering the first thing one sees is the beautiful view of the lake from the living room. There is a spacious kitchen that allows you to cook with very comfortable friends. Even though it's cloudy, the area is very warm and we were able to enjoy the pool. The house has indoor and outdoor spaces that invite us to live together. It's clear to me that in the future I'll always look to stay here!

The house is amazing, the size is perfect, the view is not even said. Cleanliness of the kitchen, Bathrooms rooms is super good. It has two very good sized grills and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing is that if you want to go to the Oxxo it is very far but better to be prepared so as not to leave the house, plus there is no need!

Casa Melina is a beautiful greek inspired design home. it's fairly new and very well taken care off. Raul was very attentive since the booking process till check out. Jaw dropping views either to the lake or to the forest. Magda, the housekeeper was great even at setting up the BBQ! Will be back.

Excellent home for family and friends. We were fascinated by the house in the wooded area. We arrived at night for which we felt sorry for Magda who had to wait for us, but it is one of the great plus of the house because she is super attentive and helps you to settle better in the house. This is incredible that there are almost no neighbors although it is a bit far from area with shops for sale. But we fascinated with the attention and communication so effective.

Raul's place is simply spectacular. Raul is a great host, Magda is super responsive and helpful. Every space in the house is designed to leave something for you. The contact with nature with all amenities is unique. Everything, absolutely everything, is well thought out. Down to the last detail. Two plus: Pilar and her massages and the possibility of cycling from 4.2 km to 15% inclination average in total safety.

Without a doubt, the house and service far exceeded our expectations, everything is better than what you see in the photos, every detail makes it unique. Raúl and Magda's attention was super good, they took advantage of the entire stay from the beginning to the end. The house has large spaces, a lot of flexibility for both check-in and check-out time, not in other places, which is barely noon and they want to take you out to continue the business. Our dogs with great space to enjoy, the pool is super nice, with warm water. The entertainment center is super good, screen/sound and in case it was not very internet/netflix/Amazon prime open. In the subdivision you can walk and run without any problem, a lot of security. It's definitely my best experiences.

All super clean, the house is new, the pool with delicious hot water, also the bathrooms. The view is spectacular.
