Extraordinary place!!

The view here is the best part. The ocean and beach are right off your balcony with a sweeping view. Sunsets are amazing. The location is next to a mall and across from restaurants which is easy. The complex is very secure, almost too secure as they ask you who you are and make sure you have a wristband. Ubers can’t easily pick you up. But super secure. You are about 20 minutes from downtown by Uber. We also took an Uber to Sayalita for the day which was very fun. You are close to the port for boat excursions. The concierge is nice but not super responsive. Definitely go down to the gym and get info on the massages. They will do an hour massage in your unit for about $20. The WiFi issue has been fixed. One of the bedrooms is quite small but it worked for us. Overall a great stay. Tim the owner is very responsive.

We were very happy with our stay here at Puerto Vallarta. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and we have all the items we needed for our stay. The security guards are very friendly and we felt safe staying here. The pool was enormous and very clean, and water temperature very comfortable. The beach area was a not as pristine but the pool makes up for it. The condo is in a good location with shops and restaurants around, but you could easily get cheap Uber service to check out other areas. Would highly recommend getting a massage from the ladies at the spa. Patricia is amazing and the massage is very reasonably priced. I liked the fact that we could purchase distilled water from the basement also. I would highly recommend staying here and would consider staying again when we come back to Vallarta.

Great place for my family of 6- very responsive host and concierge. Beautiful building and grounds. We loved best just sitting in the front room with sliding doors open and the ocean breezes and watching the bay.

We had a great stay at Tim’s place! This is our second time staying at the Peninsula and we would definitely book his unit again. He checked in with us before and during our visit and provided us with a great list of recommendations.

Great location, mall, very close

Beautiful home and great location. Some minor issues with the AC unit in one of the rooms but Timothy was very prompt about fixing the problem. We will definitely be back. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

If you’re debating between Timothy’s place and another, definitely choose Timothy’s! Pictures don’t even do it justice, it is absolutely beautiful and so homey. We went as a group of 6 girls in our 20’s and felt super secure and safe the entire time. Security guards were kind and easy to deal with. Everything you could ever need was provided in the suite. (Beach towels, beach bag, cooler, water jug, pots, pans, etc.) There are tons of restaurants within walking distance and Walmart is a $8 CAD Uber ride for groceries. The building provides shuttles services to and from the airport and in suite covid testing (both for a reasonable fee). Timothy was extremely responsive and answered all questions in a timely manor. We have absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend this suite to anyone looking. We cannot wait to come back!

This is a wonderful condo, very comfortable to be in, very widespread. It has an amazing view looking straight into the ocean. The bedrooms are very nice, we were all very happy with our reservation. It is also very equipped with many things that can be useful for your stay; the kitchen, bathroom, and everything else is very equipped. Also, almost everything related to nightlife is located walking distance or a very short distance from the Peninsula, which means that the location of this condo is perfect. The hosts are also very attentive to your stay.

Tim's place is great! Central location, easy to catch a Taxi or bus to anywhere you would want to go in the city. Veiws are fantastic... and the breeze throughout with the doors open is amazing!!! Highly recommended.

Tim’s condo is excellent and exactly as described. Very clean and in a great location. The pool is amazing as well as the people who work in the condo. They were all so nice and helpful. Tim is a great host. He gets back to you very quickly with any questions that you may have. We highly recommend this condo we will definitely be back. Lisa Lucas

Tim was awesome with responding to all questions we had. The condo is perfect, better than we had expected. Amazing sunsets right off the patio. The pool was also wonderful, we spend a lot of time there. Look forward to returning again sometime.

We enjoyed our stay so much. My parents, my husband and our 2 children had a great time here. The Peninsula Towers pool and beach area was fantastic with a fun little bar for pina coladas and smoothies . The beach was quiet and each day we loved watching parachutes land right in our area. The view from the balcony is amazing, sunsets unbeatable! The condo had everything we needed, enough space for the 6 of us, great kitchen with all we needed. The area was very safe, we walked to a lot of places nearby to eat, shop, grocery shop and tookthe bus easily everywhere else. We were met at arrival by Jorge, shown around and he met us again at the end. We had zero problems while there. Definitely recommend this place for families and we would all love to return, thanksTim!

A five star property with all the amenities. This the first time I have used air bnb and I would definitely use it again. We had a good host who was on hand when we needed answers. Spotlessly clean and lots of facilities. Would return in a heartbeat. Thank you

This condo was beautiful, clean, and in a great location!

Tim's place is wonderful. The view is spectacular, the condo is luxuriously decorated, and the other amenities (pool, "cabanas", beach access with chairs, exercise room, etc.) are a great addition. The infinity pool is the biggest I've ever seen; it takes up the your whole view! The concierge Catalina was very helpful in helping us get taxis and letting us know the expected rates, as well as pointing out some of the best places to eat and shows to see. This is a private gated condo building of 3 towers, so upon check-in gate security directed us to the basement of the tower we were staying in to get wristbands, which we were told we should wear during our entire stay. The wristband had the name of the building on it so it was easy to communicate our destination when hailing a taxi when we sampled too much tequila! There's plenty of places within walking distance (less than a kilometer or two). There are 3-4 banks and a Starbucks just outside the security gate in the adjacent plaza and more shops appear to be in the process of being constructed in the same area. Though a Walmart is nearby, we took a taxi so we didn't have to carry our groceries and it was only 80 pesos each way. Having a full kitchen in the condo to cook in was fantastic. Though the restaurants have fresh food and are mostly cheaper than the average US restaurant, we wanted to save a little money by grocery shopping locally and cooking in the unit. Overall we had an excellent stay. It's bit far from the hustle and bustle of old town but it's an easy taxi ride if you want to go downtown. It's the perfect location if you want a quiet, private and relaxing vacation get-away. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Timothy's space is both gorgeous and in a great location. It's a short cab or bus ride to the downtown Puerto Vallarta. The view from the main balcony overlooking the ocean is stunning. We watched pods of dolphins from the balcony as we ate our breakfast. The space is clean, the kitchen is fully stocked and it had a very comfortable "home-y" feeling. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Views and experence was wonderful. We walked to stores and dinners, taxi's did try and take advantage of you -know what prices of things should be! The beach water has a lot of sand turnover may be from the river that flows next to condos.the pool was wonderful!! It was relaxing and privet. Loved that it was not over crowed like the all inclusives. It was a great area, Timathys place was clean and very comfortable. We bought two water jugs to wash, drink, brush teeth and make ice with. We felt very safe and at home. Timathy was very quick to respond to any questions! We will do it again!!!!😁
