What a wonderful place to stay for an unforgettable trip to Mexico City. Octavio’s home is beautiful, comfortable and in the perfect location for short walks to Condesa’s fine restaurants. Our trip was planned at the last minute, and Octavio was very kind in sharing many excellent recommendations for our stay. So many in fact that I am itching to get back and visit again.

Really beautiful space for a group - the windows, views and trees made it such a relaxing space to spend time while still feeling like you’re experiencing Mexico City.

We were a family of 8 including three children. We all had a wonderful stay. The fact Parque España is right in front of the apartment, kids could enjoy the park early morning. Additionally, to wake up and see the trees and birds around the apartment was absolutely amazing. The space and location was great. Supermarkets within 7 minutes walking. Cafes and restaurants all around. Octavio was available all the time. He bought us a new coffee machine. And fixed the water supply of the refrigerator efficiently. If I could suggest something to the owner for improving the rental would be better quality of towels, cooking utensils and better pots and pans . However, if you are not planning to cook this is not important. I forgot to mention that we felt very safe. There is security staff at front desk 24/7. We had a great stay and hope to come back in the future. Thanks Octavio!

Octavio was a gracious and generous host! He was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood, near two parks, lots of restaurants and shops, and very safe. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. I would stay again and highly recommended this property!

The photos are incredible and then the reality exceeds expectations. The location in Condesa right in between two main parks is perfect. Tree top views from the common areas in the oversized unit and the shared rooftop is an incredible spot too. Our group of 7 adults had plenty of space and Octavio is a very responsive and helpful host. Wonderful trip for a big birthday weekend in CDMX.

Space was even better than shown in pictures. It was perfect for our multigenerational family. Everyone had their own space. Apartment is a block away from Amsterdam Ave with many charming restaurants and bakeries.

Octavio was an outstanding host from start to finish. He accommodated us very quickly and was extremely responsive to all of our questions, which made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. He also shared amazing local recommendations that we absolutely fell in love with. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully detailed, you can really tell a lot of care went into it. The location is perfect: walkable to so many great restaurants, cafés, and spots around Condesa and Roma Norte. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment was just like the photos! Beautifully decorated, super spacious, with three big ensuite bedrooms (plus one smaller bedroom with a bathroom across the hallway) and a huge balcony overlooking the park. Felt super safe in the building with 24-hour security, and the rooftop was such a nice place to hang out and enjoy the amazing views. The location in La Condesa couldn’t have been better — we could walk to tons of great restaurants, coffee spots, and shops. Octavio’s restaurant picks were perfect — every place he suggested was fantastic! Octavio was great to communicate with — always quick and helpful! We’d definitely recommend staying here. Our only regret is that seven days just wasn’t enough time to see all the beauty Mexico City has to offer.

Beautiful apartment - great for hanging out with friends. really cool decor and a great deck (and rooftop!). The rooms were good sized and bathrooms were clean.

My experience with Octavio was fantastic! His apartment was beautiful (even better than the photos) and in the perfect location. Checking in was super easy, and he was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns that we had. He also provided several recommendations on food/bars in the area. I HIGHLY recommend staying at his apartment!

Octavio was the man! He gave us great instructions, apartment was very clean and well furnished, with a beautiful view of the castle and the park. Octavio also gave us all kinds of recommendations to do throughout the city as well as condesa. The building was awesome with 24/7 security to always greet us. There was so much to do around the apartment all in walking distance and we felt very safe doing so even late at night, everything was very well lit around it. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking. Even left my sunglasses at the apartment and Octavio shipped them back!

An absolute dream of a house. In the trees and a beautiful city.

Our stay was incredible! We highly recommend Octavio's place. It had everything that we needed. Bedrooms on either side of the living spaces for privacy, a nice open kitchen, and incredible sliding glass balcony doors to let the cool evening air in. Check in and check out was a breeze, as there is someone at the desk in the building lobby 24/7. WiFi was fast and reliable. The apartment is directly across the street from the park, and a couple of blocks in the other direction from another large park. Countless restaurants and boutique shops within walking distance and just a short Uber/tax ride away from other parts of the city. Octavio was incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations and instructions for the stay. We would stay here again without hesitation. Amazing stay!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The host was incredibly responsive and flexible, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable—including providing extra fans (which we didn’t even end up needing) and allowing us a late checkout. The location couldn’t be better, with Parque España and Parque México just a short 2-minute walk away. The place was exactly as described, and my family especially loved the cozy living room where we could unwind together after long days of exploring. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely return!

Octavio’s unit is gorgeous and was wonderful for my group! Plenty of space for five women where we didn’t feel on top of each other. Octavio also was kind enough to share his favorite restaurants and things to do — which made exploring during our short 3-day stay easier. I will definitely will book again with Octavio because I love Mexico City now! Thank you!

We had a fantastic time in Mexico City. Octavio’s listing was the perfect location to base ourselves. Fantastic amenities, coffee shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. We all felt safe in the neighbourhood when exploring. The apartment was a dream. Large double en-suite bedrooms. More than enough space for 5 people. Completely spotless and clean, it felt like being at home. Had all the necessary utensils and equipment you would expect. The best part was the balcony. Spacious with lovely views of the park, absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Octavia’s listing. Perfect place to base yourself when exploring the wonders of Mexico City.
