The place is great! The whole family was very satisfied. The house was very spacious and beautiful. Looking forward to not going out to explore 😁. And just enjoy the house.

We stayed at the villa for 4 weeks. Two weeks with friends and then two with our kids and grandchildren. The house was perfect. Very clean, open spaces, well ventilated and a beautiful yard with a great pool. The pool has three sections so the little ones could play in their own area (very shallow). Yoli, the house keeper would come check on us daily and clean up the yard. She was a pleasure to deal with. Erendira was always attentive an accommodating. We would happily come back and stay at this house again!

This was a wonderful family Airbnb—my family had such a great time! Yoli was amazing, so kind, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

We had a great time and we appreciate the stay, the place is very nice and it's worth it, the patio is very nice and the pool is very nice, the location is very good, you're close to many things, beaches, restaurants and in a quiet place. Cons: the house is old, and some things are not appreciated in the photos, the living room is worn and the armchairs in the movie room too, the kitchen appliances are old, the coffee maker did not work, only a very small one, the bathroom in the main bedroom, very dirty, the bathtub (jacuzzi) does not work and is in very bad condition, it is a little disgusting, as well as the shower, there is mold. The mattresses are very uncomfortable, in general all of them, and the main room (king bed) is very uncomfortable to sleep in, it has a type of memory foam mattress but it does not help, on the contrary. Those would be the cons, but there are more pros and the time we spent as a family was very good and that's what counts. I thank Erendira for being very kind.

Beautiful spacious home in a private neighborhood. It is only a 20 minute walk or 3 minute car ride from a beautiful beach with calm waves. We loved it and hope to come back. Highly recommend.

I just spent a few days with my family at this fantastic property and the photos don't do it justice Super comfortable and spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and beautiful garden. The pool is heated and super clean, so the children we carry enjoyed big. The beach can be reached on a relatively short hike and around the house there are restaurants and shops on hand. Erendira is an excellent host, always available and ready to solve any problem, super quick and easy communication with her The house is worth every weight that is invested, we will definitely be back.

The house is very nice and spacious. Excellently located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything you need to have a good time. The pool is very soft, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the comfortable beds. Very good option for large families. Any situation that appears, I'm sure Erendira can solve it, she is an excellent host.

Erendira’s place was a beautiful private place to enjoy with our family. There was eight adults and it was very roomy. Each couple had their own ensuite. We enjoyed the pool and the rooftop hot tub. It was close to some really great restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach. Anytime we messaged Erendira, she was quick to respond.

We very much enjoyed our two week stay at Erendira’s house. We had six adults and 4 children, ages 7,5,4, and 2 years old. The toys, pool toys, games, stuffed animals, and crib were so helpful to have available. Everyone was comfortable with their bedroom space, the big dining room table and equipped kitchen. The kids loved playing in the backyard and the pool. The first few nights were chilly so depending on the time of year you might want to bring a light blanket or throw as mentioned in a previous review. When it’s warm, the mini splits in each room were awesome to keep each room comfortable. Yolanda (Yoli) comes most days from 11-12 to do yard work and water. You can arrange with her to cook a meal or clean the house if needed. She is very pleasant and friendly. With her little English and our beginner Spanish we got along great. We would absolutely stay in this house again if we were in the area!

Everything was liked by the whole family, a super comfortable house, spacious, everything is not missing. Erendira was always very attentive to all my messages, restaurants and Oxxo very close and above all the beach we also enjoyed the pool every day. We loved 10 of 10

Very cute place! Corresponds to the photos, the amenities he has are amazing so as not to want to leave the condo. Ideal for families with small families, it has TODOOOOOO what you occupy. The Zona is in Nuevo Vallarta, near amenities and delivery access without bronzes, impeccable rooms. My serious recommendation: stocking toilet paper and soap already what was the only extra we had to buy. Thank you!

A house with plenty of space and amenities, of course it is for resting.

Pictures do not do the house justice. We loved the house and all amenities. Only thing I would say is bring a warm blanket if you run cold at night . All blankets are like sheets. Was too hot without AC and cold with AC and thin blankets made it hard to sleep. Eréndira was Very responsive to all messages and Yoli was wonderful. Definitely recommend renting a car to get around.

We had a lovely two-week stay at Villa Bismarkia! As a four-generation family we appreciated the quiet, walkable neighborhood, the stunningly beautiful grounds, the multiple pools ( including a roof top jacuzzi) the wonderful open living arrangements ( allowing us to easily transition from indoor to outdoor spaces, the very cool TV room and the comfortable beds! We had more than enough space for the 6 of us, and each of the bedrooms allowed us plenty of privacy. Erendira was very responsive to any of our questions, including a plumbing issue, with a plumber arriving within an hour of our call! One of the highlights of our stay was getting to taste the delicious meals cooked for us by Yoli, who also managed the house and grounds. There were good restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was an easy 20-minute walk, or 5 minute car trip. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Bismarkia, and hope to return someday!

This place is spectacular! We stayed with 5 adults and 2 kids (4&6yo). We appreciated the kid amenities like toys and kitchen wares which made the stay easier. The yard is a dream. Thank you Erendira! We would love to return someday.

We were a group of 8 people and found the accommodations to be luxurious and spacious. Everything was spotless and the backyard lovely. We spent a lot of time on the covered porch and in the heated pool. The kitchen was well stocked and accommodated all of our culinary needs. We often walked to the beach and it took us about 20 minutes. A lot of restaurants are within walking distance. We went to La Dolce Vita, Mr. Cream, and Buonissimo with our favorite, being Buonissimo but they were all great. The market on Tuesday at Riviera Marina was excellent. Get there around 8:30 to avoid long lineups for seafood which was very well priced. Erendira was very accommodating and quick to answer all of our questions before and during our stay. Yoli, the lady that cleans up the grounds daily is also a great cook and we had her do a meal for us. The Wi-Fi was amazing! Bring your fire stick if you want English-speaking channels. Overall an excellent stay!!

The house is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice. It is very beautiful and has EVERYTHING, absolutely EVERYTHING you need to have a very comfortable stay. The house is very spacious, the garden is very nice. The pool and sky are beautiful, I only recommend traveling in the hot season, since I traveled in December and I could not enjoy the pool or the sky, the water was a bit cold. Erendira and Mrs. Yoli are very good people and super friendly, they are quite accessible.

This home is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The hosts are very communicative and helpful. Perfect for bigger groups and/or families with kids (of all ages). This home is in a great location for local travel, and about a 45 min Uber drive to Zona Romántica. We would love to revisit!

I loved the house! Me and my friends enjoyed it so much, the house is as big as I expected so we had no problem with the amount of people. The attention and communication from Eréndira was excellent and her recommendations as well. We didn't know how to turn on the heat on the jacuzzi, the pool always had a lot of leaves and the big TV didn't work this weekend. Those would be my only observations, but in general was top of the line! Thank you we had a wonderful time!

Our stay at the Villa was great! We enjoyed our stay there. The photos in the listing were accurate with the place. I had a little bit of trouble checking in, but Erendira and her team were helpful. I recommend this place if you’re looking for quality time to spend with friends and family.

Excellent place, impeccable and super conveniently located

Great host. The home looks so much better in person. Very large and welcoming for a big a group. The host has great recommendations as well. We used the chef services for a dinner and it was to die for. I recommend using the "InDriver" app for transportation. Uber does not have a lot of cars available in the morning or late at night. The home is close by to things. Farthest ride to attractions was about 25 mins. There are restaurants/stores walking distance (10-15 mins) The host was flexible about my requests to have things in the home prior to my arrival. You get greeted by someone and they even provide a tour of the place. Con: The home uses a key. It would be nice that the door has a digital pad instead. This makes it easier for all members to have access to house instead of being responsible for keys while doing activities. Also, the neighbors mentioned music being "too loud" although it was being played during acceptable hours. The backyard has speakers so just be aware of the volume. The host was great about the situation and let me know politely about it. The technology is a bit out dated. The speakers require an aux cord which is difficult when everyone has updated phones without an aux input. The host was able to bring over an Alexa device for us to utilize the Bluetooth option. The Bluetooth connection is very spotty, so the device has to stay near by. Overall, I recommend this property for you and your family or friends. 9/10

Erendira was a fantastic host and communicated well. The villa is beautiful and well taken care of.

There were 4 of us (2 children and 2 adults). The house is better than the pictures. We stayed for 1 month and it was just great. Erendira is always available to help you and answer questions, even if she is not there. If not you have Yoly the lady who takes care of the maintenance that comes every day and you can ask him anything you want too. You can even ask her to buy good meat for you for the barbecue. She knows a good butcher. We enjoyed ourselves. And the heated pool, the movie room, foosball, etc., etc. There would be too much to say, but I can only recommend that you go and see for yourself. The internet connection is 1000 Mbps (no, you're not dreaming. I was able to play on the PlayStation without any problems while my kids were watching Netflix). I recommend 100%

This home was just as pictured. The pictures does no justice. Everything was great from the communication to any help we needed from finding a chef and transportation for 10 people. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay are Erendira’s beautiful home in Nuevo. The home is bright, clean and has large rooms. Air flow is great so we didn’t need the AC. Beds are comfortable and showers were great. Kitchen has most things needed to cook meals but you will need to buy some basics depending on what you cook. From the laundry to the TV room and the big beautiful heated pool, we had a great stay. Communication with Erendira was both timely and very responsive. Nothing was ignored. She was super helpful and accommodating. One of the best hosts we have dealt with.

Beautiful house and the host was great at getting back in touch quickly if we had questions. The place is about a 20 minute walk from the beach, although it was very easy to get an Uber or taxi whenever we wanted to do a day trip.

Erendira was the best! This house was amazing and beautiful. 10 of us stayed here for 3 days and enjoyed this house to the max. Arrived and Paty greeted us and showed us the house and how all worked. An amazing house with plenty of room for the whole family or all your friends. Amazing Pool and sky jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully stocked and the house has all you need at your disposal. Plus we asked for recommendation for covid testing for our friends who were leaving soon. She shared the best recommendations that even went all the way to the house to test us all and received results so quickly. Amazing!! All of our friends were in love with this house and so were we. Villa Bismarkia was AMAZING. My wife and I stayed there with our family for our month and it felt like a home away from home. My son learned how to swim in the pool, we learned how to make tortillas from Yoli, and we spent wonderful night debating the world in the rooftop pool. For whoever stays here next, we thought it would be helpful to have a list of all the things we learned while there! 1. A great find was a place called Kiddou which is behind Mr. Cream: Pancakes and Waffles (also excellent). Kiddou has a day care program from 9am-1pm for about $15 per kid per day, which was great for that day by the beach. 2. The pool in the back of the house is AMAZING and there's a way to connect to the speakers outside and in the garden. Took us a week to find out we could but once we did it was a game changer. 3. If you want to go the beach, several of hotels nearby offer all-inclusive day passes. Our favorite was the Marival which has an awesome kids section as well as very chill adult section. 4. Their is a grocery store nearby called Chedraui which is about 5 mins away and WAY better than the Walmart. If you really want to live it up though go to La Comer which was as good / better than most grocery stores in the US. 5. The area of Villa Bismarkia is filled with stuff that will keep you busy for a weekend, but if you want to go longer or want to get around you will need a car as it's almost impossible to get an Uber out there. Net, net the owners Alfredo and Eredira are WONDERFUL! My family and I are already planning on how we can get out there again. Strongly recommend this place as it's an amazing home and an amazing value!

The house is very clean and everything worked ok. We got quick response for any questions and someone came each day to take care of the house, she (Yoli) was very sweet Also instruction for how to work everything. Beds are Comfortable and each room has private bath which is nice for 4 Couples . Pool was nice and clean. The beach is a good 20 minute walkthrough a neighborhood and on sidewalk. The only place we found near to go to beach was Coca beach restraint which is nice place to hang out and have drinks and snacks. Other then that any Other place to eat on the beach a Taxi or Uber was needed. There are a couple restaurants and OXCO about a 10 minute walk. We also asked to check out at 2 and there was no issue! thank you!!! The only issue we had during our stay was dogs barking a lot when we slept

Beautiful, immaculately clean house and private yard. High quality beds and furniture. Big warm pool. Many sitting areas to relax. We spent a lot of our time in the roof top jacuzzi soaking up the sun. Well-equipped kitchen. Erendira was very quick to respond, check in/out was easy, helpful if you know a little Spanish. Nestled in a residential area, we walked 6-8 minutes to Oxxo, a taco truck, and a little stretch of restaurants. This is also where you can grab a cheap taxi to go and get some groceries or head into PV. Would stay again, thanks for the great accommodations.

We spent our annual family vacation (12 people) at the house and we found it to be a very comfortable place for our group -- to the point that it was hard to get away on our excursions on some days. It was as advertised and expected (except for slow wifi). It was super clean and Erendira was great checking us in and even finding a cook for our group. The location was good for going both directions on day trips, Riviera Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta. We recommend the place and would definitely stay there again.

We just returned from spending a month in this beautiful home. The lay out of the house is great, it accommodated 7 of us very comfortably. The pool was perfect. The house is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Erendira is a caring, attentive host. We had a couple of very minor issues which she had attended to within an hour of my calling her. The public beach access is a 20 minute walk and the Paradise Village Mall is also a 20 minute walk. There is a small shopping centre with great restaurants only 10 minutes away. Renting a car would be a good idea if you want to venture further than Bucerias or PV. This is the perfect house for a quiet, relaxing vacation. You won't be disappointed!

We loved the house. It was large enough for our family of 8 to stay there. We definitely felt that a rental car was needed and we were right. Most things were a quick drive away, such as gas stations, Oxxo stores and even Walmart and it's mall were quite close and easy to get to, assuming you have a vehicle. This is set in a residential neighborhood after all. Accommodations were excellent and all beds had plenty of linens, pillows and were very comfortable. Fresh drinking water was provided with delivery on two of the days we were there. The large swimming pool was refreshing and a good size with plenty of shade from the sun which was great. The roof top hot tub was cold and we couldn't get it warm. Not the end of the world as I quite enjoyed it cooler than hot anyways. The yard was kept very clean and tidy with a worker there nearly every day at some point to water the lawn and clean up any fallen branches. There was a small coffee machine provided but a larger one would be better for a larger family that likes to have their morning coffees. Also a toaster would have been very handy for our group as well as a baking sheet. The host was very quick to respond to us when we contacted her with any issues. She would have someone over quickly to help out when needed. I would definitely recommend this house if you're looking for something this size. We would stay here again if we were to return and rent an AirBnB but not without a vehicle.

This house is Amazing. Erendira was so caring and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Perfectly suited for our three families and 4 babies under 2yr. The layout of the house is great for enjoying the inside and outside. The yard was well kept and the pools where so relaxing and clean. The host treated us so good and was always available for anything we needed. Thank you to Paty and the team who were there to check on us and make sure we had a great vacation. Couldn’t have ask for a better host or house for our Vacation.

The house is beautiful and very clean, the neighborhood is very safe and calm. The Christmas tree is a great touch and the prompt answer to my questions was excellent. Many thanks to Eréndira and Paty for everything. I recommend making sure to rent a car if they want to leave the house a lot or go with the elderly, although you can also count on Uber sometimes there are no cars available.
