Third time we stayed with Malena. Everything is pleasant and beautiful, and the staff is very helpful.

The place offers a very pleasant experience in every respect. The service provided by the support staff, Víctor and Delfino, was particularly noteworthy. They were attentive, helpful, and very respectful at all times, making our stay even more comfortable. The facilities are very well maintained, clean, and convey a sense of safety and peace of mind. It is certainly an ideal place to rest and enjoy. As something to consider, although each room has fans (some even have two), on hot days it can feel a bit warm, so it is advisable to keep this in mind when planning your visit.

Malena's house is simply extraordinary. I think it's one of the best, if not the best, options we've found in Morelos. The value for money is more than fair. The gardens and the way the building is laid out allow you to do a lot of activities with children. Simply a great option. A huge plus was the service provided by those who helped us prepare food and were so attentive to our needs in such a subtle way.

A lovely place to rest, magical and full of nature with beautiful views, impeccable cleanliness, large and excellent temperature pool. Excellent property, the land is huge, the building is very well preserved, the distribution of spaces allows you to enjoy the entire area of the property, the barbecue and wood-burning oven are fully functional, children's area with trampoline and tree house very well maintained, each room has a full bathroom, the rooms have plenty of space, we went at the end of February and we did not feel hot at bedtime, The air circulates quite well if you have windows and doors open, each room has fans, there are mosquito nets on windows and doors, the pool is kept at a fairly pleasant temperature for children, hot water in showers and with enough pressure for a good bath, to highlight the attention of the service staff, they were very helpful for cooking, serving, lifting, carrying things and so on, always ready and very friendly. Totally recommendable. As for the host, she is always attentive and open to changes or requests, quick response and very kind.

The orchard is an extremely quiet and beautiful place, highly recommended for a family trip. Everything is clean and tidy, with the bare essentials in the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms. It is recommended to bring mosquito repellent.

I washed the house to celebrate my birthday, and together with my family and friends we were DELIGHTED. The house is huge, the services are impeccable, and the attention of Tere, Mr. Delfino and Victor extraordinary, are very nice and friendly people. It's definitely an incredible option to spend a few days at ease and happy.

Our experience was excellent, we were a group of 16 people, what we liked the most were the gardens where we could run and play, the pool that has a part of chapoteadero for the children and a part more wave for the adults, we took advantage of the basketball court and in general we had a great time at the weekend. All windows have screens that help it can leave the windows open and the rooms have a fan. The dining area has 2 tables inside the house and outside you can put some outdoor tables under some trees to be able to make some roasted meats. There is also an oven so you can cook a Pizza. His staff can help you to light the charcoal, accommodate the tables, etc. Highly recommended for large groups who like a green environment and like to swim.

The property is very nice, very spacious, and extremely suitable for large families with children, as it has many green areas, a swimming pool, 6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, an outdoor barbecue, a fire pit, children's play equipment, etc. It’s worth noting that the service staff are super friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything you need… Cooking, bringing groceries from the supermarket, setting up tables/chairs, etc. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home and to ensure you have everything you need… they are definitely the highlight of this place. The owner was also attentive and answered my questions… I would say we had a great weekend, no doubt about it, and we would definitely come back to this place…

The place is spotless, you can see that they invest in maintenance, it is very large and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, all the furniture, appliances and services in the house work well. The pool is large and the water is a good temperature. We felt right at home thanks to the staff who were always attentive to our needs. The rooms are very clean and each one has its own bathroom. The house has a basketball court, a place to light a fire, tumbling, a tree house for children and a great area of fruit trees. The host Malena is always attentive to what is needed. We had an amazing time at this house, my family was delighted and we are already planning when we can return. The house is as advertised. The communication with Melena is excellent. The staff is absolutely amazing in making your stay as smooth as possible. They are always looking to help out. The location is isolated from everything in the area, but you don’t need access to anything, as there are shops nearby and the staff is happy to shop for you. Do not be discouraged by a bit of a tricky entrance, the house is great to host up to 5 small families. Wifi never failed us, as some of us had to work from there. Beware of the magical ponies walking around the best green areas.

One of the best places to stay in Cuernavaca. We have stayed here several times because of the service and the size of the property. The kids always enjoy walking to the orchards and running around in the grass. If you are looking for a pool and something more, this place is perfect. You can make pizza, it's easy to find mariachis, and anything you need from the supermarket. The staff is always very dedicated to serving their guests. Highly recommended.

I will start by briefly describing the accommodation which I highly recommend for family gatherings with children where every weight one pays is worth it. The living area is divided into two naves , the largest where are most of the rooms (5) is two floors and the second one-story has a large room with queen size bed, living-dining area and the kitchen , all rooms have their own full bathroom It is the ideal place to keep children and adults away from so much technology , the house only has a small TV which we use only once to watch a football game. We gave the minor children the rules of not using cell phones or video games and it really worked because they were entertained with the cottage, brincolin, soccer, pinpong, basketball court, pony ride for the little ones, bonfires and the pool that was always at a very pleasant temperature Great distinction to the staff who take care of the house Delfino, Víctorino and Sra Eva who are well directed and trained by the owner of the house Sra Malena . Malena was always attentive and in constant communication with me , there was a small detail with the internet signal which was out of her reach to solve soon due to a general failure of Telmex in the area, however that did not affect the stay in the least

The house is amazing, the food very rich, the attention and the helpfulness is top notch, I didn't have to worry about anything all weekend just to enjoy. Everything in the house works perfectly the delicious pool, super comfortable water for swimming and spending hours there without cold. Mrs. Malena is always attentive to any situation, Don Delifino and Doña Eva a love at all times. I would definitely come back, the amazing pass, I was warned by Mrs. Malena of mosquitoes, they don't take it lightly if there are many mosquitoes outside and you have to get quite repellent, and at the entrance I have to have to have to go through a mini river (due to the rain I guess) and if it put me half tense, nothing from the other world. But due to this, the arrival is complicated in a sports car.
