Honestly our stay was great and Mark did a lot to make it that way! He was really easy to communicate with even on a larger group trip and his recommendation of the private chef was a 10/10 - the food was delicious and it was a great experience to all be able to eat together in the dining area. It was the perfect place to relax for a quick weekend friends trip

The house was in a great location, very clean, and well-maintained. Communication with Santana was excellent he was always available and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and even helped us find transportation and get around Puerto Vallarta. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again

Mark was very attentive and responded to messages very quickly. He welcomed us in person, which was a very nice touch. The house is absolutely beautiful—he took care of every detail so we could have a wonderful vacation. A big plus is that there’s a bakery and a restaurant right across the street, which makes you feel right at home. Thank you very much for everything.

Marks place is convenient being close to the airport, grocery stores, local attractions and the beach-of which Mark provided us umbrellas for! If you like something unique, Mark’s is a great choice! The roof top pool and “crows nest” make it a great place for connection with your people. There are also many areas within the house to either socialize or find solitude. The beds are comfy and the entire place was squeaky clean. We made use of the kitchens, visited some restaurants and also had Benjamin cook one night. We were due to leave Mark’s the morning of Feb 22, when there was unprecedented unrest in PV. Despite, we felt safe in this “fortress” of a house. Mark was kind enough to let us stay as long as we needed to at no charge, which was very generous and gave us incredible peace. Within a day, things had settled and we continued on to our next Mexican destination. We’d recommend Mark’s place for the reasons mentioned, and as he is so wonderful to deal with.

The place was clean, the kitchens were very well equipped. The whole house is very nice, it has all the amenities, everything worked and what did fail was fixed by Santana, the person who was in charge. Mark was always attentive to what was required and solved it immediately. The only drawback for our group of 14 people is that there are two houses with separate entrances, but overall everything was great. Highly recommended to stay there!

The host provided someone to show us the property and respond to answer any questions and cover any needs that arose during our stay. He responded to special requests promptly. The location is close to transportation (buses and taxis) and a large grocery shop that also included many other goods. There is good wi-fi available. Multiple rooms with private bathrooms made it easy for our largish group to make themselves comfortable.

We had a wonderful time staying in the house! Mark was very responsive and incredibly accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. Santana welcomed us on arrival, showed us around the house, and was always easy to reach if we had any questions. The house itself is huge, with plenty of bathrooms, which was so nice for our group. We loved the outdoor space, and the location made it easy to walk around. I celebrated my 30th birthday here and we had an absolute blast. Mark and Santana made our experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable - we would definitely stay here again!

Mark's place was awesome for my group of 12 friends! Better than expected, even though the photos are accurate. Santana greeted us at the front of the place and showed us how to enter with the keypads, gave a tour of the house and made himself available for questions. He dropped off new sponges and water jugs when asked and sent an electrician to fix a broken light switch. Each bedroom has a bathroom, which was awesome. All rooms had king beds which was neat, but it would have been nice to have some rooms with two smaller single beds so that friends didn't always have to share a bed. We hired a chef to come to the house, per Santana's recommendation, for our final night, which we enjoyed. The rooftop was really fun for relaxing in the morning under the umbrellas and hanging out at night with the mini fridge and bar area. Overall, great value, super cool and clean house, and responsive host/concierge! Would stay again!

We had a large party staying, and the place itself had 3 floors with multiple bedrooms and living rooms. It was incredibly spacious. Mark also was very responsive, and Santana, the concierge was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location. Would definitely stay there again

Had a great stay here over 4 days. Great location 10 mins away from all the bars and restaurants. Amazing grocery store right around the corner We were 9 guys and all had our own space. House is great. We had a chef come in to cook our catch from a day. Recommend for a bigger group

Mark and his team were so responsive and accommodating to our large group. We went to celebrate my bachelorette and we felt the space met all of our needs. The dipping pool was a nice place to lounge and have a few drinks though if you’re wanting to swim I’d recommend another place. It worked well for us because we enjoyed using the swim up bar, lounge chairs and speaker. We connected with a chef Mark recommended and he did an excellent job! The rooms are large and each have their own bathroom which was a plus. We had some issues with Uber getting us there when we were out and about but mapping it to the lovely bakery right across worked well. Make sure to check that out! They had a steamer, washer and dryer, they provided us with drinking water and were very attentive to make sure our stay was going smoothly. I would recommend this stay for anyone wanting to spend time together with a large group while still having the opportunity for some alone time as they are 2 villas in one.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Las Palmas! The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and in a great location close to so many restaurants and attractions. Mark, the host, and Jorge, the concierge, were both amazing. They were always available, super responsive, and made sure we felt taken care of the entire weekend. One of the AC units wasn’t working when we arrived, but they quickly provided a portable unit and kept checking in with us to ensure everything was comfortable. Their hospitality really made a difference. Would definitely stay here again!

Wow!!!! We had an amazing vacation in PV. The Airbnb was just so magical. The layout was unusual which made our stay so special. We loved how the house had different floors and sections that made the adults and kids find their own special space. We had family time and alone time all in comfortable surroundings. The neighborhood was fun and easy to access any of our many adventures. The host was readily available when we needed him and went out of his way to accommodate us. Overall this was a family vacation we will remember for years to come. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you are planning to visit PV. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Excellent place, highly recommended and I'm looking forward to returning. The house is perfect, very different architecture but very beautiful, each room has its own bathroom and that is what makes it more comfortable, every detail thought of for the customers is excellent, it has everything you need to spend the best time with friends, the pool is a little small, but to be at peace and talk while listening to music is perfect. Super grateful for more attention from Mark and Santana, too bad we couldn't hire the chef, but hopefully next time we can. IF YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY WITH A LARGE GROUP OF FRIENDS OR FAMILY, stay here.

Great place to stay thanks for everything

This place was perfect for our group there for a birthday celebration. Everyone enjoyed having their own rooms with attached bathrooms, and all of the local cafes we could walk to in the morning. The location of this place is prime, and the place itself made us never want to leave. We will for sure be booking this place next year and make this an annual trip. Santana was amazing with all of our questions and his recommendations were spot on.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta! The location is perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Mark and his crew were kind and easy to work with. The chef who came to make us dinner (recommended by Mark) was amazing. The place was beautiful with the upper outdoor area the best. Less than 5 minutes walk was cafe por favor, which we went to daily. Great coffee and wonderful food. The place is near a number of hotel/resorts so beach access wasn’t the best. There is a small sliver of beach so bring your own beverages and umbrellas otherwise take a quick car to Zona Romantico.

This location is very beautiful, a lot of room/privacy for a large group. Centrally located next to the beach, a lot of restaurants, and the Puerto Vallarta Malecon. The check-in process with Santana and Mark is very detailed.

Beautiful home, there were 7 of us who rented both sides of this property. This gave us access to a lot of space and a beautiful rooftop with a plunge pool. The House was very clean and Mark and Santana were there for whatever was needed. Highly recommend this home

We loved our stay here. We had 10 people stay comfortably in the house and really enjoyed the common areas, especially the rooftop. We also had the private chef, Benjamin, cook dinner a couple nights and would highly recommend him if you’re staying here! Throughout our stay, Santana was very helpful and responded to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again! One note for arrival - for some reason the address in the listing sent us a to a location down the street from the house, so I would just navigate to the bakery across the street when taking a taxi or Uber to the house (Panadería La Chiquita).

Amazing stay! Tons of room for our big group, whole place is very spacious. Beds were comfortable and gave our crew plenty of room. The rooftop pool and gazebo were a highlight for sure, offering extra space for contemplative thinking and/or group gathering! Would highly recommend this Villa!

We love the stay in Mark's house, we went for a bachelor party, 12 people, VERY WELL ACCOMMODATED . 7 REAL rooms, each very independent, each with its own bathroom, large king size beds, air conditioning, towels included ... nothing missing! There are 2 kitchens + the roofgarden's! Small pool, but more than enough , the VERY large and super nice terrace with an incredible viewpoint. Very quiet area but close to everything ! Clean nothing to say, all spotless, super easy arrival with code for entry. We were attended by Jorge Santana , super attentive to everything and very pleasant ! He offered us activities and tours which we took and highly recommended ! We had an amazing time and it was a memorable bachelor party:) Thank you very much to Mark and Jorge Santana

Mark has been very kind and very responsive. The house is very nice and very well furnished - Swimming pool, barbecue, bosina The house is well designed and the terrace is very nice. There are many details, each room has its own bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was really clean ! I recommend it 100% because it fits a lot of people at the house.

Just had the absolute best time celebrating my 30th birthday with friends and family thanks to the amazing hospitality of Mark and his property manager, Santana. The house was perfect for our large group of 12 from all the bedrooms to the spacious family rooms for gatherings! With the house being so central to everything, we really took advantage of walking everywhere and exploring the city. We found an amazing little taco stand around the corner that our group ended up walking to 5 times through out the weekend! The Panaderia right across the way is an absolute must try when you’re staying here! Since we traveled during storm season, we got to hear and watch the thunder and lightening storms every night from the rooftop balcony. It was perfect! My group had the best vacation and we are already talking about when we can plan a trip back!

We had a large group including our 5 kids, my mother and father -in law, sister and brother - in law and my husbands tio, plus our niece. This house was perfect for all of us! The pool was used constantly. The kids would wake up and jump in, it's not huge but it's perfect to cool off in. All the rooms were perfect size and they all had bathrooms which was perfect. The store, beach, and bus were all walkable. The host was accessible but not intrusive which is what I look for in a host! We would 100% stay here again and I hope we can one day! Over all we all had the most amazing vacation!

Our stay at Mark’s place was amazing. From the moment we booked until the moment we checked out, we were provided with clear instructions, expectations for our stay, and great recommendations. The concierge, Jorge, took the time to give us a tour of the house, show us the ins and outs, gave great recommendations, and even booked some excursions for us. Anything we needed, Jorge was able to provide it or knew where to get it. The house is very spacious and the two living spaces are able to accommodate big groups. They were noticeably clean and well maintained. Our group was comprised of couples and the king beds in each bedroom were perfect. No need to fight over bathrooms in the morning or to get ready in the evening to go out on the town. The house is located just a block from a supermarket and not too far from the beach. Access to the beach is not the best or cleanest but it is nearby. Overall, our stay was great and Jorge was of much help. Definitely would recommend.

A group of 12 friends plus my fiance and I stayed in Marks gorgeous property. The house manager Santana went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to have a great trip. Wow, what a wonderful place to stay and fantastic host and property manager (Santana). Truly the most magical vacation I've ever had in Mexico (I've been about 12 times), hugely due to the amazing value for this property. You get what feels like a multi-floor presidential suite from a resort, for the price of a two bedroom suite. Mark and Santana were very welcoming and contributed to the awesomeness of the trip. Santana was great with recommendations and getting us anything we needed. Our entire group of 12 would love to come back again. Cheers!

We stayed at Mark's place with a group of 10 to celebrate my 50th birthday. The property was beautiful and well laid out. There was plenty of room for each couple and/or single to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The terrace with the pool and the gazebo above were great spots to gather and enjoy the weather. The kitchens were stocked with essentials and it was great to have a fridge on each floor. Santana and Mark do a wonderful job of making sure you feel at home during your stay. We'll definitely be back!

Our group of 8 adults and 4 kids had an amazing time at this Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta! Plenty of space, clean, and very pleasant to spend time in. The roof was a bit hit - the kids could play in the little dipping pool while adults sat with our feet in the water drinking beers and chatting. Mark and Santana were very helpful and Santana got us a a deal on a humpback whale tour- we saw 3 pods of whales with babies. The beach and Malecón are within walking distance. All in all a great visit! Thanks!

Great house! Tons of space for large groups. Not as close to the beach as I would’ve wanted but very easy to get there. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping. Santana was very accommodating! Any issues we had were resolved immediately. Would stay here again!

This place was home. I had 13 people who I hold dear to me for my 40th birthday, and there was more than enough room for everyone. Everything was so comfortable and well taken care of. The concierge was wonderful and helped us with anything we needed. I HIGHLY recommend this place even if you don’t have a large group of people. Very walkable, restaurants and the grocery store are really close by. Ubers are easy to get also we took the bus a few times and that was really easy as well. We will definitely be back next year. Mexico is my HEART.

Great place! You are in the middle of a true Mexican city block. The aroma from the panderia (bakery) across the street was awesome. Walkable, but definitely a quick taxi/Uber ride to the most popular areas of PV. Was awesome for our family of older adults to young kids. Would love to come back. Mark and crew were very responsive and easy to deal with.

Great house. The all suite set up was perfect. It's proximity to the main street and beach were great. The upper level sitting area and rooftop pool was awesome. The value was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend Mark's house.

Perfect place to stay for large groups, the attentions from the host is impeccable!

We were about 15 minutes from zona romantica, but I loved that the house was really close to a grocery store so we could just walk to get food. It was such a nice space and with 10 people it didn’t feel crowded. It felt easy to communicate with the host, and the house architecture was beautiful!

Mark’s property was truly a gem at an incredible rate. The location allowed us go be embedded in the culture, especially the cute bakery across the street. Each floor was specious enough to accommodate the 9 people there. Even the concierge, Santana, made sure to be super helpful. He was attentive and ensured he was accessible for any additional need. I would definitely come back again !

We stayed here for my fiancé and I’s joint Bach trip and we cannot even begin to describe how incredible our stay was. The house was unbelievable and it was private yet right next to everything we needed. The home is split into two townhomes where our friends stayed in their own suites. Mark was so responsive and the house manager Santana was SO INCREDIBLE! This man goes out of his way to give you recommendations, make reservations, drive you as needed, just overall the most incredible stay we’ve ever experienced. We’re already planning on going back.

I cannot speak enough about how INCREDIBLE Mark’s place is. 8 of some of my closest friends and I visited Puerto Vallarta for my bachelorette party and we could not have found a better place to host us. The home is just like the photos - and far exceeded our expectations! Spacious, clean and very well decorated - we loved having two large kitchens and lounge space and took advantage of the rooftop pool every time we could. Mark’s communication leading up to the trip was proactive and responsive - whenever I had a question, he would be able to answer. Once we arrived, Santana the property manager was there to help us with anything we needed. There were some internet issues that were out of anyone’s control (storms) and Santana worked diligently to get things fixed (unfortunately, it took a bit of time but again, that was no one’s fault). I LOVED this space and will most definitely be back. Thank you, Mark!

We stayed at Mark's place for a long weekend with a group of friends; for some of us, it was the first time in PV. Mark was responsive to all my requests within minutes, and gave some insights to what to expect. I had requested an early check in, and Mark and his concierge Santana were more than accommodating. The welcome book showed a nice list of local recommendations. I was blown away with the accomodations and so was our party. We especially enjoyed the outside amenities, the two kitchens, and the electronic lock that allowed us to not have to worry about "who has the key". There were more than enough kitchen gadgets to allow us to cook all the fish we caught Each room had its own AC unit so we were incredibly grateful to come back and beat the August heat and humidity, and lounging in the pool was a great way to wrap up a long day. Thanks for making our trip incredibly memorable; I will be sure to re-book with Mark the next time travels take me to PV!

Casa La Palma was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! It all starts with Mark who’s an excellent host and his concierge Santana. They’re both VERY responsive, and helped my group and I plan the details of our trip down to the last minute. Theyre extremely flexible with us as our flights were delayed and moved around, and was more than happy to accommodate us at every turn. Santana was the highlight of our stay! The property itself was pristine, the rooms were spacious, the villa itself was massive (more than enough space for 12 of us), the beds were super comfortable, and the roof was stunning! The pool and gazebo on the roof was used every day and night by our group, the view of the mountains was beautiful. The bnb itself is tucked away on a quiet street, and is located just a skip away from the Malecon/Romantic Zone (where most of the nightlife is). Easy to access via Uber/taxi, and is very conveniently located from an OXXO (convenience store) and the Soriana (grocery store).

What an amazing place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. The house is huge and allowed us each to have our own room and bathroom. The 3rd and 4th floors were the true gem of the house- we spent most of our time up there in the pool and the gazebo. This is a perfect spot for a large group of people. I highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Marc's home in Puerto Vallarta with a group of 11 friends, and it was an amazing experience! The house was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for all of us to comfortably relax and enjoy our vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Marc was also an excellent host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering great recommendations for local activities and attractions. The highlight of the trip was definitely the rooftop terrace, which provided stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding area. We spent many evenings up there enjoying drinks and watching the sunset. Overall, I highly recommend Marc's home for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

If you’re looking for a place stay with a large group in Puerto Vallarta, look no further! THIS IS THE BEST SPOT WITH THE BEST SERVICES IN THE BEST LOCATION. I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to this review because there’s so many great things about booking this place with Mark. When it comes to the place: The bedrooms are all large with their own bathrooms and showers. There are two large kitchens. And the rooftop is beautiful. We partied on the roof every night and didn’t get a single noise complaint or anything like that. This was the perfect place to celebrate with friends. When it comes to the area: If you’re looking to be a little bit away from the super touristy areas and get a more immersive cultural experience, this is the spot. With that said, you’re only a quick 10 min Uber ride from those spots. Bonus: You get a personal concierge that will go above and beyond for you. Jorge was incredible and so was the place!

The house was perfect for the 14 of us, lots of room for everyone. Close to everything, bakery and taco stand across the street. Grocery stores, 1 block away.

We can't say enough about Mark's place - we had a wonderful stay! The house is supremely comfortable, with everything anyone would need. It's a beautiful, peaceful environment, with space for everyone to do their own thing. Everyone had a great bedroom (very comfortable beds, and every room has its own bathroom). There are many places to gather together - the outdoor spaces on the third floor and the gazebo level were our favourites, and some of us stayed up there long into the night. We celebrated our mother's 80th birthday in style, with a delicious meal cooked by Ben, the house chef, whom we very highly recommend. We enjoyed several local restaurants and the bakery across the street. Mark gave us lots of tips before arrival, and Jorge was very helpful whenever we had questions or wanted advice. There are so many thoughtful touches in the house and its amenities, too many to mention here. Don't hesitate to book this if you can - our whole family hopes we can come back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. We can be a loud family so it was nice to be in a place where we could play music, talk and laugh out loud without worrying about waking people up. The location is a little industrial, but you can easily get a taxi. I would suggest using a map app when returning becasue many cab drivers did not understand where the location was and would get lost. Mark and his manager Santana met us on the first day do go through the house and let us know how everything works and where things were located. Santana always checked in with me via text to see if we needed anything. We really apppreciated his help, especially upon arrival we realized we needed a wheelchair for a family memeber. He was able to rent one for us. The split level lay out worked well for us. The older kids who had to work during our stay were able to do so in peace while the other family members would enjoy the third floor patio for morning coffee. We reccomend this place.

Marks house was beautiful. Lives up to the expectations. The rooftop terrace was awesome with great views of the city and dense jungle mountains. Taco stand across the street open on weekends was delicious late night snack. Property manager Jorge was great, helped us with plenty of recommendations and so much more. Could not recommend enough.

Mark's place was fantastic - spacious, clean, and comfortable. he was a very friendly and communicative host and Jorge was always available quickly to help with any questions or needs. You may want to bring an eye mask if bright morning sun is a problem for your group.

The home is beautiful. Our family had a really fun time in the house and around the area. It’s very spacious and pretty much everyone got their own room and bathroom. The decorations are really unique. Santana is a very sweet guy, who was very helpful. He hooked us up with some awesome contacts for activities. I am very pleased with our trip here overall.

The place is amazing. Very spacious for a group of 9, clean and lovely and has a nice cultural feel to it. The rooftop with the pool and gazebo is very comfortable. There is a grill, a fridge for drinks and speakers already in place to simply connect with your phone and have fun times. Mark and Jorge were excellent. They were not only super accommodating but they are also super responsive. They went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. Jorge referred my group to some events in PVR and even connected us with a few people. Mark checked in on us every now and again to ensure we had everything we needed and if there was anything more he could help with. Supermarket is literally 2 blocks away and the beach is right behind it. Without a doubt, this is the perfect place to stay for any size group. Most people who worry about only staying in la zona romántica please not that the house is only a 10 min uber/taxi ride away. Please also ask about the chef Benjamin! A MUST stay!

Mark was above and beyond what we could expect as a host. His concierge, Santana,was always available and ready to help. We loved the bakery across the street. And the walkable local restaurants were inviting as well.

Eight of us were down to celebrate a 25th anniversary. Everything was excellent from start to finish from the cool towels upon arrival, the graciousness of Mark, and the amazing support from the house manager, Santana. The deck was wonderful and we spent a majority of our time there. Very convenient for local eats or to get to the Malacon and Zona Romantica. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay here was excellent! We happened to book for the weekend as hurricane Roslyn was barreling towards Puerto Vallarta as a category 4 storm, and we got constant communication from Mark and his local property manager Jorge about what we might want to do to prepare and stay safe. Mark even offered for us to stay an extra day if our flights got canceled due to the storm. All that and I haven't even mentioned how great the accommodations are. 7 rooms, all with huge beds and connected bathrooms made our stay so comfortable and easy. The house was in great condition, the terrace was the perfect hangout spot, and the kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook an excellent meal together without any problems. Mark and Jorge recommended local restaurants close by and we didn't have a single meal that disappointed. I will definitely stay here again given the chance.

Wonderful house to stay in the rooftop dipping pool was very nice great for morning coffee and evening drinks. Great having private bathrooms in each of the bedrooms. Well-stocked kitchens on both floors

Had a great time, the place was perfect for our 10 person family get together. Spacious, clean, all the kitchen needs, and with thoughtful touches everywhere. The beds were super comfortable. Chef Ben’s dinner was excellent, rave reviews from everyone. With the rooftop terrace, dipping pool, and gazebo, the place had everything. Thank you!

The place was so gorgeous. Mark was such and amazing host and had great communication. It is located in a great area and walking distance to a lot of places. The house was so clean and just overall amazing. My group of 13 felt small in the house. Overall great time!

What a fantastic home! We were a group of 13 and had room to spare in this gorgeous property. The house was better than expected. Jorge was very gracious and provided us with the tour of the home when we arrived. It was so nice to have private restrooms within each bedroom. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was so convenient to have washer and dryer available, especially after beach days. It’s a close 20min taxi ride from the airport. The property is located walking distance to several restaurants and you get the irresistible aroma of fresh pasties baking from the panadería right across the street! I mean what else do you want? :). Our evenings were so chill sitting in the terrace while enjoying great conversation. We were able to arrange taxi service from this property to all our destinations with no issues. Mark was a great host. He communicated with me throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Checkout was a breeze as well. I would highly recommend this property!

Look no further & book this place!! We had an incredible time staying at this airbnb. The house is BEAUTIFUL and very spacious. We took complete advantage of the pool and gazebo and the kitchen. The house has everything you need- all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. The location is super convenient and is in the heart of the city. Mark and Jorge (property manager) were incredibly kind and attentive; they made our stay worthwhile and can't wait to be back!
