Beautiful view and nice area

Awesome stay, private, cozy, and a Beautiful beach crossing a sidewalk and a lovely swimming pool!!! Will definitely come again, Gabo was great and recommend His lovely apartment/Penthouse fully, I prefer a private place to a huge hotel any day of the week!!!!

Ideal place to rest the PH is fully equipped with amazing ocean and lagoon views. It has two rooms (1 king- queen) each with its bathroom and a studio with a sofa bed that fits perfectly to be a 3 bedroom. Since it also has a bathroom overlooking the lagoon It has a large shared pool and is located next to the sea. Inside the condominiums is a store to buy basic things. The place has 24/7 security and you can take the truck quickly. Gabo was in touch with me at all times. We didn't have any problems when we arrived. They were waiting for us. I would definitely be back!!! l

The property was exactly as described on the listing. Loved the balcony view of the ocean front and lagoon. We watched both sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped with all of the essentials. Everything was super clean. There was ample space for our party of 5. Easy to catch a bus or Uber or taxi to restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely plan to stay at Gabo's place again in the near future.

I’ve never in my 30 years of travel around the world had a better experience than like I did with Gabo, and I’ve traveled a lot. Impeccable communication and the actual place we stayed at was better than anticipated. Air conditioning worked perfectly really everything was great. That feeling of that “ ok , I can rely and feel protected through my host “ and therefore relax on the vacation was totally there. This is not paid advertising, it’s real. Thank you again Gabo

This is a wonderful location with beautiful views . The penthouse was beautiful and me and my friends enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the sunset. I would highly recommend this location it was worth the affordable amount to rent. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Also there is a mini mart on site that was great to go to and get essentials for our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

The stay was a dream! This penthouse will disrupt your language. On one side sea on the other the lake. Modern facilities, sparkling clean and in a few meters on the fantastic beach. Everything was wonderful and the welcome super warm. Thank you for everything!!

Such a beautiful and accommodating place to stay while in Cancún! The views were breath taking and the apartments are beautiful! Communication was perfect and we will be coming back :) I recommend to friends or families!

Gabo and Kevin were very accommodating during check-in when our flight arrived late at night. They were both also thorough and prompt communicators and were super helpful when giving us tips that made our first time in Cancun very smooth. We had 5 people in our group and the Airbnb was very spacious for us. The views from each room were also incredible, the property was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Gabo and Kevin let me and my family check in last minute at their place. We had arrived to Cancun to another AIrbnb which was NOT what was pictured so we had to look for another one ASAP. I had my 1 yr old so I needed to find a new place fast. Gabo approved our request within minutes and allowed us to check in last minute. Kevin came out that day on a short notice to help us check in, he explained everything to us. He went above and beyond by making sure we liked what we saw, he made sure the home was clean, AC’s we’re working, etc. He was very friendly and communicated with us the whole stay. They offered covid test where they came to you which was perfect!!! The pool closes late and you have an amazing view of the beach! There is security around always which made us feel safer.Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and AC was perfect. I definitely recommend this penthouse and will be coming back. And thank you to Kevin and Gabo for allowing us to check in last minute and making our stay in Cancun better than expected!!!!

Very nice apartment and great host, he himself proposed a better apartment with a better view so we changed it, great communication and on-site help in organizing trips, We recommend this apartment and the host 🤩
