We had a very good time, the weather behaved excellent. The nearby beaches are beautiful Nearby there is a fisherman's market where you can buy fresh and clean fish financially. We would definitely be back.

While the building has nice pools, the restaurant/bar is closed 3 nights of the week. The road to/from the highway is full of potholes & feral dogs.

Ivan was not a good host. Always in a hurry to get away from us. Slow to respond. Out of town for a week without giving us alternate contact. Made promises that he did not keep.

Great condo right on the beach. I loved the pools and the restaurant/bar. I also liked that the condo complex is dog friendly. Ivan was very quick to respond when I messaged him. I would rent Ivan's place again.

Since we booked, Ivan's attention was excellent, very attentive and willing to give us the best experience on his property. The apartment is super comfortable, you can see the sea and the pool at the same time, it makes it super relaxing to enjoy a coffee or a drink on the balcony. The facilities are in excellent condition, the staff is on hand and available to help you have the best experience. We'll be back soon !

Good host. Good host, thank you for making our stay enjoyable. Everything was very good, the reception was quick, the complex as described in the photo. The only thing is that the complex is not Pet Friendly, just the apartment. There is a small area to take pets plus not the complex in general. Otherwise all good.

Ivan's apartment is located on a complete edge of Gorgona Beach, it has absolutely everything you need, multiple pools, full gym, volleyball courts and even restaurant, ideal for a few days of rest where you don't have to move anywhere.

When booking Ivan told me that the apartment I had rented was not available but he did his best to accommodate us in the after realizing the mistake, which we appreciated as well as the disposition to use the areas before and after check in and check out, The only thing that made the stay uncomfortable in one of the days was that we had to dedicate 1 hour and a half as guests doing the work of administration of the apt to come a Mr. to check the air conditioning that upon arrival was leaking, but stop dripping at the hour, even for Covid issues it is uncomfortable to have someone else touching areas of an apartment that was disinfected for our use and have to start cleaning and disinfecting after he left made us lose too much of a day of stay... Mr. Ivan, I agree that we will be 3 adults and 2 girls and we paid an extra fee of $15 for bringing pets, which we thought was flexible, but the experience of having to receive someone early to fix the issue of the air conditioning and then lose even more time of the reservation by cleaning and disinfecting the area that Mr. Taco was very unpleasant, if this had not happened maybe the stay would have been more enjoyable.

Lucía, agradezco tus comentarios y pido disculpas si en algún momento te sentiste incomoda, pero te solucionamos lo más pronto posible con un requerimiento q tu misma hiciste, que no era ningún daño, pero se hizo mantenimiento preventivo para q no volviera a suceder durante tu estadía el goteo. La cita del técnico se coordino previa autorización tuya y disponibilidad,, además q era día de caurentena total se logró contactar a la compañía para q realizara la revisión e hiciera una excepción. La hora y media que dices q perdiste de tu estadía creo q fue compensada lo suficiente con late Check out hasta las 5 pm..

Perfect location right next to the beach. Really nice pools and social areas. The building is quite and you can hear the crashing of the waves from inside the apartment. Balcony has amazing view of the mountains, ocean and pool. It was exactly what we needed to get away.

This is an amazing place to stay. The building has great and very complete social areas; and it is literally on the beach (you just need to go 4 steps down the social area, and you’ll be stepping the sand). Iván is a great host, responding very quickly and taking care everything is in place. We will for sure return

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is cozy and relaxing with beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. Close to town and has everything you need. You can enjoy the sun and the summer breeze! Ivan is very attentive and once on site the building staff is very friendly!

Excellent place to rest. The decor is very modern. High-tech electronic equipment and maintains everything you need both in the kitchen, bathroom, rooms. The social facilities are very nice. Ivan was super attentive at every moment with any questions. Super recommended.
