first time visiting tulum & staying in an air bnb & it was an amazing experience! my whole group enjoyed the stay, everything that came with house & really appreciated the driver Dorris, Rosa connected us with 5stars to her as well! Highly recommend this host & transportation!

Family of 6: 2 adults, 4 kids. Wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Rosa and team were very responsive. Great location! Safe area and the kids loved the place. Close proximity to Avenida Tulum and Calle 7. AC was lifesaving. Would definitely stay again

Rosa and her team were amazing host and very responsive! They had great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to dine. I would definitely recommend if going with a group of people or even just your family! We will definitely be back and will be booking with Rosa!

Stunning villa! Even more beautiful than in the photos. The pool is amazing. Rosa, the owner, is always available, and Gerard, the concierge, is more than helpful. They made our stay exceptional!

Rosa’s Airbnb was awesome! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Great hospitality and wonderful amenities, the pool is great and loved the daybed. A/C is 💯 and water station! Made my bachelorette even more enjoyable with the free bikes that we utilized everyday 😊

My wife and I had the most amazing stay at this home. The privacy was perfect we had the entire backyard and pool to ourselves which made the experience feel really special. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and the space was comfortable enjoyable and fun The vibes were truly immaculate! If anyone is wondering yes we had plenty of sun which was one of my wife’s main requests The pool was big enough and the outdoor space was stunning especially at night when it lit up. The host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay Someone came to clean the pool every two days which we really appreciated There was also the option for massages through the house if needed for an additional cost which was amazing The area felt very safe and quiet yet still close to town For anyone Jewish it’s also just about 15 minutes from Chabad of Tulum We loved our stay !!

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tulum! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described — super comfortable and in a great location. Rosa was truly incredible — so kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming, which really made a difference. The cleanliness of the inside and outside of the house was great!! . The staff was wonderful, polite, and always ready to help. Everything worked perfectly, and Rosa, our outstanding host, was incredibly helpful. Her responses were prompt and always ready to assist us. Each person she recommended, whether it was a car rental or an activity like a guide to the ruins, was always punctual. Rosa had someone for anything we needed, from massages to a chef! Overall, Rosa and her staff went above and beyond, and it was a truly wonderful experience.

One of the best Airbnb experiences of my entire life! Rosa is an absolutely amazing host. She responded to messages very quickly, professionally, and kindly. She also referred us to Doris, the best taxi driver in Tulum, who looked after us throughout our stay, was always smiling, on time, and at our service. The place was absolutely beautiful with great value for money. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!! Thanks, Rosa, for this memorable vacation!

They gave us an immediate response, everything was excellent, they saved us from a cancellation that another house made us.

Rosa's villa was fantastic!! We were a group of 6, the swimming pool, the large rooms as well as the terrace were very pleasant. The location is good, it feels safe and we are close to restaurants and cafes. The bikes were very popular for going further to the city center. The villa is about 45 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by taxi from the beach. Rosa and Vito were very attentive and responded very quickly when we needed them. The only small thing to improve would be to have a little more kitchen equipment, but we were still able to cook ourselves very good meals. Thanks Rosa and Vito! We'll be happy to go back.

Rosa is a wonderful host! Words cannot explain how accommodating she was. Due to flight delays, some of my group wasn't able to make the trip - but Rosa stepped right in to assist in making sure everyone was comfortable in my absence. I highly recommend Casa Dallas! The villa is beautiful and such a great couple's retreat.
