The Space
Welcome to Casa Ibiza, a brand-new home completed in 2022 and designed by Archit Tulum. This unique villa embraces the sought-after Boho style that reflects the magical atmosphere of Tulum.
The house features four bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Additionally, there are five futons distributed throughout the living areas and upstairs loft to accommodate extra guests.
The open-concept kitchen and living area create a spacious environment perfect for socializing. The private pool offers a resort-like experience, enhancing relaxation during your stay.

Location
The villa is situated in the southern part of Tulum, in the developing neighborhood of Colonia La Veleta. It is approximately 3 miles from the beach and 1 to 2 miles from some of the most beautiful cenotes. Supermarkets and fruit stores are less than a mile away.
Downtown Tulum is within walking distance (about 1 kilometer), and the ADO bus terminal is a short taxi ride costing around $3 USD. The area offers a vibrant local vibe with a mix of residents and visitors. The location provides easy access to the town center while maintaining a peaceful environment for restful nights.

The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and looks exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed the private pool and the overall relaxing atmosphere of the villa. Everything was kept very clean and the open layout worked perfectly for our stay. Rosa was incredibly helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for great places to visit. She went out of her way to assist with our reservations, making the entire trip much easier.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The king beds in every room was super nice to have. Place was perfectly spaced out for our big group and lots of bathrooms. Pool was really nice, and even though hot tub an inflatable one it worked great and was definitely a bonus. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of beach towels to use. Bikes were nice for getting around. Rosa & Gerard were both super helpful and responsive.

My friends and I loved staying here for my birthday! Rosa was very responsive and super accommodating! Very flexible with our delayed arrival. Loved the space, great house and nice pool and hot tub! Would come back!

A beautiful, big home for our group of 7, in the lovely area of La Valeta. 5-15mins walk to cafes, restaurants and bars. We were so busy with wedding events, that we didn't get to enjoy it to it's full potential, but it would make a great space for dinners both inside & outside on the terrace! The very good: Rosa & Gerard were very responsive and helpful with all our questions and concerns, and were quick to help with solutions. Gerard was a super friendly, on-the-ground host, who met us at the property, showed us around and helped with logistics throughout the week. The only bad: We were a group of 7 adults (3 couples & a single), and only given one set of keys (no door codes/lock boxes), which was an issue with us all having different plans. Another set of keys were lent to us for the rest of our stay, but we still encountered issues and felt we didn't all have the freedom to come & go with ease.

We enjoyed our stay with Rosa. Her place was great, clean, well furnished. She was very communicative and helped with everything. The bikes were a highlight and we loved riding them to breakfast around the corner and up to Calle 7. The villa was a bit away from the main drag but we appreciated that as it was generally quieter and allowed us to be more relaxed. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
