We spent a few incredible days at this beachfront Airbnb. Everything was perfect: the place was very clean, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful ocean views as a family. The hosts were very attentive and friendly throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a family vacation.🌴☀️🏖️

We LOVED this home! Patricio was super communicative and Eva was very helpful and available. The photos in this listing are okay but it was so much more beautiful in person. So well appointed with everything we needed and even things we didn't know we needed. Initially we thought we wanted to be closer in to either Chicxulub or Progreso, but the privacy could not be beat. Will definitely return.

The house is excellent for resting and relaxing, it also has a wonderful view of the beach, it is very comfortable and pleasant, the pool and the jacuzzi are excellent and all the facilities are very beautiful, the people who are in charge are very attentive and we thank them very much. It is a very quiet place, nice clean beach, and an excellent attention from Cirilo (they take care of the house ) and his wife Tere who cooks excellent! Highly recommend!

The groundskeeper, Cirilo, and his wife met us on arrival and gave us the tour. He also touched base with us everyday via text to see if we had any questions or needed any help, as well as cleaned out the pool, cleaned up the beach, and refilled the hot tub every morning. Wonderful service. GORGEOUS view. Everything was in working order, and aside from one night of partying neighbors on one side and some intermittent construction on the other, it was super quiet and peaceful. Our whole party loved it. Recommend renting a car, makes it easy to get to and from Progreso and the airport in Mérida. 10/10, and we plan on visiting again! Thank you!

We loved our stay at Patricios ! Beautiful home and grounds, lovely beach. We watched the sunsets on the roof and did some sunrise snorkeling. There is a nice little market just a few minutes towards Progresso. Restaurants and shopping 15 minutes away in Progresso. Cyrilo and Teresa, the caretakers flagged us down the evening when we first got there because i wasnt certain i could find the house at night. When we got close they were out waving a flashlight for us! That was so nice...and they made us feel so welcome. Patricio, Cyrilo, and Teresa...thank you so much for our wonderful vacation !

we had a great time in our stay. the only thing I would say is that the room that is downstairs does not have a/c which is a bummer because with the Yucatán heat it gets really hot. other than that the house is beautiful and the location is amazing. if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay with a pool and private beach this is it.

We had a great time in this beautiful and quiet place, the only issue we had was the hot tub by the pool that didn't work. Special thanks to Cirilo for all his help and attentions. Highly recommended!

The place is really comfortable, great for family visits, maybe need a new renovations on the kitchen but in general was great. Mr Cirilo and his wife take care of us, all the things needed they manage with urgency, I really recommend, for my next trip if I have a plans to go to the beach again for sure I try to reserve with him. Water on this season still cold, but the kids enjoy a lot the pool they didn’t care about the cold. Maybe just a new bbq and bigger than actual one.

The grounds keeper was there every morning to clean the pool and did not bother anyone. He was very responsive and I appreciated him being there. This place was on the water and lots of shade near the pool. Quite a few restaurant choices a short drive from property. Bring your own water because the water there is very salty. I would stay again.

The house, the jacuzzi and pool, were all fine. The 5th bedroom in the separate building didn’t have hot water though.

Great, peaceful place. Adolfo was great and attentive. Felt right at home. Very safe and the beach was serene and quiet. No crowds! The rooftop lounge was a nice touch.

We loved this airbnb. It was the perfect size for our huge family get together. The ocean view was gorgeous and the back porch was perfect for relaxation. One advise I would give the owners is to put AC units in ALL the rooms. There was ONE room that didn't have an AC unit in the downstairs área next to the kitchen. Otherwise, it's the perfect vacation spot ever! The groundskeeper,Adolfo, was kind, hardworking and always quick to respond to our questions. Thank you!

Awesome house. We had a great time. We enjoyed the palapa, the pool and the ocean view. Had everything you need to relax and enjoy the sun, the sand and the sea.

An amazing place, I really recommend it.

WOW. You don't want to miss this place. Skip the beach clubs in Progresso and enjoy your own private beach club, complete with a pool, hot tub, palapa, and access to the beach. We loved having the space to spread out and relax! It's great to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we could have asked for, and more --- juicer, blender, microwave, toaster oven, and every gadget you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the sea breezes were magnificent. Patricio is a very responsive host and made sure that everything was cared for. We are already dreaming about returning!

The house is very nice and spacious, it has everything you need to cook, it is very well equipped. It is perfect for families with children as you have the pool and jacuzzi and a good space for children to play. There is a person who supports you to turn on the jacuzzi and is attentive to help. Communication with Patricio was very good from the start until our stay was over.
