A beautiful house for total relaxation, although we couldn't walk to the beach shore because it's surrounded by rocks that don't allow access to enjoy the sea. However, we decided to stay one more day and visit the surrounding area. Thank you very much for your kindness. We will gladly come back!

This place is sweet. Not exactly walkable to the surf break BUT, definitely close enough if you have a car, and the privacy is unmatched. Freddy is the man, the cleaners are superb, and the amenities are perfect for a group of 8 looking to have a blast. The views alone will have you rushing back for more.

Wonderful stay in the villa in La Saladita. Luxurious, clean, quiet, safe, and with beautiful scenery. Impeccable service from Bryan’s staff (Gladys, Daniela, and Freddy). We were a group of 9 friends and we used Gladys’ food service. The food was excellent, fresh, and varied. We recommend it to all. Great location too. Close to the village, surfing, pickleball, and a small grocery store. We'd go back tomorrow!

4 women spent 5 nights at Bryan’s beach house. Daily maid service, we opted to have daily chef services and the house manager Freddy was always around during the day or easily reached via an app. Freddy arranged car service to/from the airport and also for a day trip to Zihuatanejo for us. The A/C in the bedrooms works great and the breezes coming thru the sliding glass doors kept the living room/kitchen pleasant. We felt very safe at all times. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us!

This air BnB blew us all away! We enjoyed our week immensely. The staff were so helpful and kept the property and house completely spotless which is hard to do in a tropical place with all the bugs! I felt so comfortable sleeping here despite my fear of tropical bugs because it was always SO clean! Freddy the house manager was always so helpful calling us taxis when needed or organizing transportation on our behalf. We also enjoyed cooking multiple times during the week for dinner by Gladys and her staff. I would fully suggest just having them come into cook dinners as we enjoyed this far more than going out to eat and found it way more affordable even! They bring the food, cook and clean up after! For a group of parents on a kid solo vacation week this was SO lovely! Thanks for having us, we made so many great memories!

What a wonderful vacation. The house and amenities were great and the daily cleaners and private chef were an excellent touch. We had a great time.

Our stay was fantastic! Freddie was super helpful, available and friendly. The house is very user friendly, comfortable and beautiful! The extra touches such as the fresh water in kitchen and upstairs were very nice. I highly recommended a chef. We used Gladys with Orange and Black, and it was fantastic. We had her back multiple times. Our massage that Freddie connected us with was wonderful too. The town is small but everything we needed was walkable.

We had a great time at Bryan’s home! The house manager Freddy was absolutely amazing. He helped with every little thing we needed. The house was spacious and clean with a gorgeous view. The home is tucked right on the ocean, making it quiet and private. I highly recommend this home for a beautiful trip to Saladita. Thanks!

amazing spot in paradise! Freddy was an excellent local resource and so helpful. the house was meticulously built and supplied a welcome home base for surfing, swimming and exploring all the tacos of saladita.

The house was incredible! Loved every second of our stay. We had their local chef come cook 3 of the 4 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Freddy the house manager was also excellent and made everything extremely easy to coordinate from arrival, renting surf boards and organizing dinners. Will definitely be back!

This was the perfect vacation for our two families with kids. The pool and the views and the hammocks made staying at home relaxing. The house was immaculate. Bryan was a great host. Freddy organized transportation, massages, a boat trip and home cooked meals. Everything was perfect. We will be back!

Excellent location, especially if you are a surfer. We had a good swell that week and you could short board surf right in front of the property. The listing is very accurate. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We hired Bryan's cook and they cooked us breakfast every day and dinner twice, and the cost was about $100 per person for the whole week to include all the food. I would highly recommend this property and I hope to come back soon. Dan

We enjoyed our vacation in this house. Good fit for a group up to 8 people, first row, great ocean view, very big patio with pool, grill and hammocks. Everything is brand new and stuff is welcoming. Commute to surf spot is around 15-20 mins walk along the beach, but it's how it is in Saladita, you can get accomodations closer, but it won't be the first row with this quality. The only downside is that there's only one main bedroom which is far bigger then the others and has a better view :)

I've been to Saladita 5 times with a group of friends for surfing and unplugging. Collectively we've stayed at about a dozen different houses. Bryan's is the best of all. The level of design, quality of materials, and overall aesthetic that he created with this house surpasses any we've experienced in town. Also, he could not have been faster with his responses or more helpful. Also, his staff are exceptional. You'll be well taken care of. Definitely hands down the best trip we've had there because of this house. We'll be back.

Casually Luxurious is how I would describe our stay at this property. You know when you rent a house on air BNB, and you arrive and its half the size, the towels smell weird and there is just a general strange eeriness to it? This place is the opposite of all that. Everything about it felt deluxe, comfortable, easy and convenient. It is truly RIGHT on the beach. You the hypnotic and relaxing sound of the ocean is omnipresent. We comfortably fit 7 people, three couples and a single without a single hiccup. There was so much space it never felt cramped. Everyone had their own bathroom. There was no dainty tip toeing around one another. I was worried we were too far from the wave but it was a 7-10 min walk. Not bad at all. This place is lovely but the true highlight are the staff like Freddy, Gabi, and the Chef Gladys who are all incredible, kind, and attentive. They made the trip special. Do yourself a favor, hire the Chef, tip everyone well, and enjoy a small slice of paradise.

Bryan’s house exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, just outside the main surf area/town, so nice and quiet but very walkable. The house had beautiful details, comfortable beds, amazing views, & everything we needed or wanted was available. His staff were amazing, extremely accommodating, kind and thoughtful. Bryan’s communication was quick & super helpful - any questions we had before the trip, he had answers and fast responses. We really couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and home. We were able to have a chef during the trip and the food was amazing. The house was super clean and inviting. Freddy his maintenance man was so great too. We hope to return!

Casa Perla del Mar was awesome!!! I think it was 2 weeks or so after construction/furnishing was completed, so everything was new and in amazing shape, exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Our favorite features were the outdoor showers, the pool and pool terrace, the gorgeous wood dining table, and the views from the outdoor and rooftop patios. Sunset on the rooftop deck was awesome. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Bryan was easy to communicate with and the staff working there were very friendly. We had Gabi prepare us some garlic shrimp and fish, which were delicious! We surfed the Saladita surf break, a leisurely walk down the beach, and at the Ranch, which was a short drive away and so much fun. We highly recommend this beautiful home and will be back for our next surf trip to Saladita!
