This is the third time we’ve stayed at Armando’s place, and once again it was a wonderful experience. This time we noticed some nice upgrades, including a new stove and oven. The house was very clean and has everything you could possibly need to cook. It’s a great place for large groups. The pool is beautiful and I’m sure it’s perfect during the warmer months. Armando responded quickly every time we needed him. We highly recommend this property.

Armando's country house is very nice. It has enough space to comfortably accommodate 12 people and also has some beds if needed. It has many amenities, inside and outside the house. It was tidy and clean and the people who take care of the place were attentive. I would stay there again.

Armando's home is very large and beautiful. Close to everything León has to offer. Very clean, and the pool was my children's favorite spot; they spent most of their time in it. I definitely recommend Armando's home. He's very attentive, and the staff, who live in a separate area from the main house, are always willing to help with anything you need. If you don't need their assistance, they'll give you your own space to enjoy your stay.

We were a group of 15 people, all comfortable to sleep. The house is in excellent condition, clean, we loved everyone!. The pool, the garden, pool table and pinpon, all available and in good condition. It was worth what was paid, definitely recommended. Thank you Armando!

The staff at the house were also great—friendly, professional, and respectful of our space. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’re glad we chose this place. A beautiful place, everything very comfortable , has everything you need just to remember to carry repellent since it has beautiful gardens and the place is surrounded by greenery so it is normal for there to be mosquitoes We had a great time just not having control of getting in and out of the property we were sorry to wake up the candy in the early morning to go out to the pharmacy for a medication Other than that , everything is incredible and clear that we will be back !!

Can't say enough. My Family and I were very satisfied with the accommodations and the property itself. Perfect spot for our family stay. All the amenities' were on the property as described, all we did we bring in any food and beverage we were going to consume, there was also an ice chest to keep our drinks cold by the pool. We were in need of a cook to assist with some meals and Armando hooked us up with someone local and she was perfect. She cooked and cleaned up after the meals, she made a big difference as we were a large family. All in all a great stay, would definitely look to stay again.

We recently stayed at Armando’s property in Leon, GTO, and it was fantastic. Our family of 12 had a wonderful time, and the listing exceeded our expectations. All amenities were as described, and the home was spacious and well-maintained. The expansive grounds were perfect for relaxation, and the doorman and his family, living on-site, were incredibly helpful and kind without being intrusive. The interior was comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, spacious common areas, and tastefully decorated bedrooms. Armando was an excellent host, offering great local recommendations and quick communication. The location was ideal for relaxing on site and Uber eats was a great resource we used to not leave premises and enjoy the home and property fully. We highly recommend this listing and look forward to returning. Thank you, Armando, for a memorable stay!

Armando was an amazing host very responsive and he ensured our stay was great. The home is beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean. You have an indoor and outdoor kitchen there is also an option for a personal chef which is amazing when traveling in a large group as we did. You can also ask for house keeping at an additional charge which is very well worth it as they wash your towels, sheets and ensure your stay is comfortable. They have a large laundry room with two washers and a dryer which is also amazing as we came home with clean clothes and no dirty laundry when we got home. I will definitely stay here again next year.

Fantastic Accommodation :D I would definitely choose it a thousand more times, we went a family group of 12 people, we fully enjoyed the pool and the external amenities, we spent afternoons as if we were at home; and not to mention the pool table, I will never forget all the disruptions playing pool :) I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to enjoy and relax, my family and I were delighted and we definitely plan to return next year. And the host of the best, always attentive and really everything was in the house; we just went out for our personal mandate and everything cooked there, seriously it was fabulous days and the people who took care of the house supported us in everything and always super helpful. Unforgettable days :)

It hasn't been our first visit. Little things get added over time, improving what was already good. This time, with two young kids, we enjoyed the newly added kid's playground, conveniently located in the shadows of big old trees at the back of the house. For the older ones, the bar-styled cooler was an excellent addition. We'll be returning soon. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, giant, green place with a fantastic pool in Leon to spend a weekend or week with your entire family, this is the place to be. Also, you can now order food if you get bored of the big outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. Uber Eats didn't yet deliver into the area on previous visits, but now it does.

Absolutely breathtaking home and grounds. From the moment we entered the gated property, and we’re greeted by the caretakers, we felt at home. The home was immaculate and was so traditionally beautiful. The rooms were large and open with the most amazingly comfortable beds. The pool was warm and surrounded by comfortable seating for outdoor dining. Armando was very accommodating and quickly answered every question we had. We could not have asked for anything more. I would not hesitate to return.
