It was an amazing place with a great host. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Exactly like the pictures and private, clean and perfect for my family and friends. The casita was so useful! And the pool was the best. Thanks for a wonderful time.

A group of 7 of us stayed at Federico’s Airbnb. It was beautiful! Extremely clean and Federico had amazing hospitality, he had amazing communication and I would definitely book with him again!

Excellent place

It was an amazing place!! Beautiful home with plenty of space. The pool was perfect, and everything about the stay felt like a true luxury experience. It’s close enough to Tamarindo to be convenient, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Can’t wait to come back next time!!!

The listing exceeded our expectations. We spent a very comfortable week as a family, enjoying a clean, well-appointed space that was exactly as described in the listing. The location was ideal, and the setting was very quiet, perfect for resting. Also, communication with the host was excellent at all times. We would definitely recommend it and return in the future.

Fede was the best host that we’ve had yet! He was extremely responsive, helpful, and made everything very easy from start to finish. We were also traveling with babies, and the space was perfect for it—Fede went above and beyond to help make the stay easy and seamless for us. The Airbnb itself was beautiful, very well maintained, and incredibly spacious; it’s even better than the pictures. The guest house was a fantastic addition to the space and worked perfectly for our group. The saltwater pool was amazing and such a great feature, especially in the heat. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend it!!

Everything was wonderful at this house, the pool was amazing and the location from town was only a ten minute walk. We arrived after dark so we had a little problem with the the lock because I was trying to use the lock on the gate itself (which was an old one ) when the lock that worked was on the post of the gate. Also our excursion driver ( one hour late) and our shuttle driver (thirty minutes late) couldn't find our Airbnb. There are no street signs in Tamarindo, they go by the property name. But everything else was wonderful.

The place was beautiful. We rented out the full property (guest house included) and it was perfect for 3 adult couples. The place was extremely clean & had everything we needed. You're about a 10-15 minute walk to the Tamarindo Beach & all the restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the night market on Thursday evenings. The pool & the property were lovely. Thank you again!

The location is very good, within walking distance of the city center, however part of the way there is no sidewalk so have good walking shoes, the villa is very safe, I would go back without problem
