Great stay! Sandra and Lina made the check in very smooth. Breathtaking views and very clean home! Close to town so easily walkable but golf carts made the weekend so easy and fun to run back and forth to town quickly! 10/10 stay, hope to come back again!!

This place was amazing!!! The views were beautiful, the people of Sayulita were kind and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were clean, and the house had everything we needed. Lina and Sandra were the best of help in getting us accommodated and settled. My girlfriends and I had a lovely time and we highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re in Sayulita! Best ladies trip ever!

We loved this house! It’s better than the pictures, the co host Lina, was wonderful with reaching out to us before our trip, organizing our airport transportation and having our golf cart dropped off when we arrived. Any questions we had, she was quick to answer. The house is amazing, the perfect location, close enough to town but still felt private and safe. We loved hanging around the heated pool everyday watching the wales. can’t forget to take advantage of the rooftop bbq and kitchen area. Great place to catch the sunset and have evening cocktails. We loved every small thoughtful touch like the fully equipped kitchen including the upstairs kitchen and the welcome bottle of wine. Having the cleaning lady every day was a great touch too. We can’t not wait to come back to make more amazing memories.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Therese’s Villa. It’s clean, safe, secluded, but close to everything we needed.

We stayed here for a girl’s trip and it could not have been more perfect ! The views were absolutely stunning from every angle and we felt safe the whole time! The property team was very kind and attentive when we had questions.

Can’t say enough about the amazing-ness of this house. Private, gated, remote from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk, every room has an amazing view! The pool is lovely and heated which we appreciated. Rooms and house were cleaned everyday-bonus! Beach is super close but was nice having gold carts to shuttle people/things around. The hosts were very responsive with everything we asked for and cared when we mentioned something wasn’t working etc… Also, my husband needed to see a doctor and they connected us with an english speaking doctor who came to the house and brought an IV and meds;) We’ve felt pampered all week! We love Sayulita and now we love this house. Stay here you won’t regret it!

My whole group(8 of us) thought the Airbnb was better then expected. The views were incredible and the pool was so refreshing. The top floor with the BBQ is super scenic. Like in earlier reviews, having a golf cart or two is a must have. A little rustic getting to the Airbnb from the cobblestone roads but it adds to the charm and adventure. We felt safe and our belongings felt secure the whole trip. Very responsive host!

8 of us stayed at Theresa's place for a wedding in town. It was perfect with 4 separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The pool was great to lounge during the day and views are incredible from the house and pool. We rented 3 golf carts and it is a must - it's only a 10-15 minute walk to town but its a very bumpy dirt road that would not have been pleasant if you plan to bop around throughout the day. Esteban was the house manager that checked us in and helped us throughout the stay - he was very accommodating and great to work with.

Loved this house! Such gorgeous views and had everything we needed. Definitely rent some golf carts for access into town.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need! I enjoyed spending time by the pool and on the various decks viewing the ocean and sunsets. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about our trip here. Although it was a little tricky for us to find our way back to the spot (after a few tequila shots) the first two days, the location was PERFECT. We went for my bachelorette party and definitely didn’t even bring out the heels since we walked/go carted everywhere. The pool, the air flow in the rooms, the views….just amazing. hosts were so responsive and kind. Would come back just to stay here again!

Very beautiful villa!

This was the most amazing weekend! We had a great girls trip here. The home was so clean and everything exceeded our expectations. Do yourself a favor and book this home! You will want a golf cart to scoot around town when it’s hot since you’re on a hill! We plan to be back again soon!

Villa Encanto was beautiful! The property was as described. Each bedroom has a view. The area is safe and private. Location was great and golf carts were very helpful. The entire house staff was excellent. Easy to communicate with! Would love to visit again.

Had a wonderful time at the home. The place is extremely beautiful with ocean and sunsets views. Gated community added extra security. Maid came every day which was a very nice added bonus. Lina was very helpful in setting up airport transport and golf carts to rent. Host was always very responsive within a few minutes. We are going to miss this place!!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Francisco was very helpful. The driveway to the house is challenging, so just park down the hill a very short way. Peaceful are away from downtown noise. Absolutely amazing view. No complaints. Would book again.

We were a group of 10 in our 30's that were visiting Sayulita to enjoy the beaches and culture. We stayed at the villa for 7 nights. The Villa matched the description well. The villa is spread over 5 levels (if you include the parking on the ground level), this gave excellent views no matter where you were. The pool is small, but perfect for unwinding after a hot day walking around. The top deck is superb with a large palm thatch shelter for watching the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to comfortably cook for the whole group on a few of the nights. The maids are excellent and visited twice during our stay. Being a larger group in hot & dry conditions, we did run out of filtered water a couple of times. During our stay, the property manager communicated to us via text. At times responses were slow, but overall helpful.

The views are stunning! Every room has its own bathroom. And 3 of the 4 rooms all had ocean views. On top of the great house/vacation home, the host made it easy offering pick up and drop off services to/from the airport along with a chef. We used the chef for a amazing birthday dinner and brunch. They also offered arrangements for golf cart rental which you will want to get around. They had them delivered to the house. All 3 services offered we used and would highly recommend. A plus that we did not expect is half way through our stay a cleaning service came and thoroughly cleaned all rooms and changed sheets. Not all Airbnb’s do this. Be aware there are several levels so make sure you are okay with stairs. The views are worth it! We worked with Frank the property manager and he was very responsive and great to work with! Appreciate all you did to make our stay comfortable!
