Very quiet. Great place

The house is very nice, the pool is a perfect size and is always at a very good temperature if you follow the instructions for use. You can park up to 4 cars, the view is incredible, the area is quiet, and you can get to downtown Tepoztlán very quickly. Lety's service was super good. We would definitely stay again!!!

The town of Tepoztlán is magical. Alberto’s place was just like he described it in Airbnb and like in the photos. Great view of the mountain. I wanted to watch all the World Cup matches and Alberto was nice enough to ordered VIX so that I could watch all the World Cup matches. Thanks again for that Alberto. Lety (cooking and cleaning) and Pedro (pool and garden) they were great, professional and very friendly with us. Alberto always responded to all of our questions right away. We had an amazing vacation there! We totally recommend it! Thank you Lety, Pedro and Alberto!!!

We had a great stay at Alberto’s place. It is beautiful and really well equipped. Alberto was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. We stayed with two little children and they loved it, great spot for families! We will be back again for sure!

The scenery is incredible, the pool was at a very good temperature, and Leticia took excellent care of us. My family was very happy. The kitchen is missing some amenities.

Overall, a good experience. Everything was very clean and tidy. In terms of communication, Alberto answered my questions almost immediately and was very friendly. Communication with the hostess was also very good. The only downside was that in one of the bedrooms, there were a lot of scorpions (more than two each night), but other than that, the stay was very pleasant.

Communication was very quick and clear from the start. The house was super clean and the person in the kitchen who helped us was very friendly. The view is spectacular and the location is quiet, ideal for spending a few days relaxing.

The house is beautiful. Nicer than in the photos, the view is spectacular. Very good fumigation. Although the pool is heated with solar panels, it is not enough in winter but it is tolerable. Lety and her sister Isabel helped us with cleaning and breakfast and everything was spectacular.

Our experience was great. Clean beautiful and comfty home. Comfty beds! The best feeling. Lety the lady in charge of the house operations was extremely friendly helpful and professional and so was Alberto. They were flexible and were very responsive to our questions and needs.

The house is very nice, comfortable and with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. It was a bit difficult to access the area because it is not paved and it had rained a lot, but the location is very good and within walking distance of downtown and tourist places.

The house is perfect for resting, it has everything you need, Mrs. Marta is very friendly, flexible and efficient, Alberto is always attentive and answers very promptly to what is requested, the pool is excellent, Pedro came to clean it and he was also very friendly and efficient. Great place to chill out as a family!

Great house with everything you need. Ample parking, 3 cars fit. Despite the rain, we were able to enjoy the heated pool. Everything for grilling meat and cooking. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped. My 2 dogs ran in the big garden. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Both check-in and check-out were simple.

Very comfortable, Mrs. Martha was very kind and accessible when I sent her messages with questions I had about the accommodation... and the host was also always attentive to my requests... the house was very nice... the pool was amazing... it was two in the morning and we were still like this without any problems... it was a very good choice for the weekend we were there

The house is very well equipped to have a comfortable stay without having to leave, the view is incredible towards the mountains and it feels like a very quiet environment to disconnect from the noise of the city. Everything was great, except for minor details that were resolved promptly. Some small things could be improved, but overall it was perfect. The Location and the Landscape is very nice, everything is in perfect condition. The house looks very well cared for as well as the swimming pool and the garden, EVERYTHING, just keep in mind that it is close to the tepozteco and there are many insects, we got 2 mini alacranes, but it is understandable by the area in which it is located, in general everything was very good. Recommended

We had a great weekend at this place. There were seven of us and the house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The three rooms, each with two beds and its own bathroom, offered us privacy, although there were no curtains to block daylight, which made it difficult to rest completely. The best part was the pool and the spectacular views of Tepozteco, which really make it worth staying here. Although we didn't spend much time in the house, we really enjoyed those areas. The host was very friendly and allowed us to check in before the scheduled time. However, the person in charge of giving us the keys arrived a few minutes late and, upon arrival, there was no cell phone signal, which complicated communication. In addition, the address provided did not exactly match the one on the platform, which caused some confusion. The beds are not the most comfortable, but they do the job. It's a good place for a weekend with friends.

Wonderful place, the view to the mountain is breathless. We had a great time place is quiet away from noisy streets … just be ready for unpaved road (which should not be a big problem and definetily compensated by the view). Alberto is a great host, good communication and flexible to accommodate client’s request when possible, I would be more than happy to stay again highly recommended.

The house is beautiful, has all the amenities described, with a well-equipped kitchen to cook everything you need. It is a quiet area, with a direct view of the Tepozteco, it only has an unpaved path that makes it difficult to access by car. The pool was fine, the big rooms, and there was a lot of natural light. The lady in charge was very nice and communicative. My family, me and our dog had a very nice time together in this house.

Beautiful house, the pool cold but it is understood by the time. The view is unbeatable, the terrace, barbecue, garden and kitchen seemed to me the most beautiful and comfortable spaces to spend with family and friends. Communication is very good as well as the location

A beautiful house with a spectacular view. The pool is the maximum, perfect temperature. I went with two babies and they have a cot and everything needed to make my trip easier. We pass it padrisimo. Mrs Veronica is very attentive. The area is very quiet to spend a few relaxing days.

Alberto's house matches the photos and description, it is comfortable and quite central, the heated pool is a super plus, because you can use it at all times, there is a water filter in the kitchen that is filled with water from the key and this seemed very good to me because we did not have to buy garrafones, the only thing to consider is that there is no air conditioning and at least on the weekend that we were too hot and it felt very hot inside the house, especially on the second floor, we solved it by opening the windows and leaving the mosquito net and turning on the ceiling fan and this way the air would run a little, there is no black out in the bedrooms, so if you want to sleep late it takes an antifaz. We were greeted by Vero and was super friendly, he showed us the basics of the house and was attentive. Alberto gave us many local recommendations, which we value a lot. I would stay again, we enjoyed the stay.

We really enjoyed the house. Thank you so much for your attention. The only thing is that the pool is at our quite hot taste and on hot days, it needs cooler. The good thing is that there was a solution and we enjoyed it from the second day.

We had wonderful time at this beautiful place, it felt like home, we had everything that we need for a family vacation, we enjoyed every spot, and just be there enjoying the peaceful garden and surroundings. Very nice house, we really enjoyed the stay and very close to Rincón Meztitla for our event! I highly recommend it, you just have to consider what are several insects such as spiders and larks but it is normal because it is in the middle of nature.
