This is the second time I have stayed at Villa Caracol. The place is very nice, very close to the Main Plaza and Plaza del Reloj. Ana Patty is always attentive to making sure everything is OK, and she is very helpful. The whole group of us really enjoyed our stay, and we had a great time at the Villa.

It's a very nice and well-kept house. All the rooms open onto the central patio that has tables, a barbecue and super nice lighting to enjoy at night. Everything was impeccable, the kitchen was very well equipped, there were many board games and both the host and the person who is attending directly at the property were excellent people 100 out of 100!

Villa Caracol is an excellent place to stay, it is very spacious, comfortable and pleasant, its rooms with bathroom are very nice, the garden and common areas are perfect for spending time, apart from having an excellent location, very close to the main square. Paty is an excellent host, she is very friendly and helpful at all times, she surprised us with some amenities to celebrate the end of the year. This place is ideal for large groups and to enjoy a comfortable and carefree stay. Highly recommended.

We felt right at home, Patty’s place is an amazing choice to explore all things Parras has to offer. It situates walking distance to the downtown area where many attractions, restaurants, plazas, churches and stores are located. The home is ideal for large groups of people, it perfectly accommodated my family of 9. Very comfortable beds, all amenities in the kitchen that you need, an amazing outdoor set up for bbq and more. We truly enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend it. Paty's support and the cordiality of Mrs. Olivia who prepared breakfast were very valuable. The house is very nice and cozy!! The rooms with bathrooms are very nice. We were very well organized in each room. The kitchen felt like grandma's warm kitchen... We loved it! We'll be back soon!

Our stay in Parras was fabulous thanks to this accommodation since we were able to live together as a family in a very comfortable, clean, spacious and very cozy space...without leaving aside that even and when it is a country place, it has WiFi, Netflix, Alexas, etc. In addition to the services offered to us as breakfast, it was very rich and homemade without leaving home after a holiday...Without hesitating we will stay there again

We were 12 friends celebrating friendship and birthdays. The truth is that Villa Caracol is the ideal place to go to live and rest. We hired a barbecue chef who took care of us wonderfully!!! And everything he cooked was spectacular. To liven things up, the host helped us hire a duet... they played and sang amazingly!!! The truth is that we will return, every year we travel to Parras, and this place will be our headquarters. Beautiful house, all areas super clean, 100% comfort and tranquility. Excellent accommodation, always attentive to our needs. The accommodation is large and the rooms have private bathrooms. Everything is clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. Very kind and gives very good recommendations. Totally recommended for a good trip with a large group of friends or family. The comfortable rooms have several details (board games, bathroom accessories, full tableware, etc.) that make an unforgettable experience.

Excellent place for a getaway with family or friends, it can easily accommodate up to 12 people, six independent bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room, the stay revolves around the central courtyard and the tables/chairs that are there. It has a barbecue, very convenient if you want to have an evening one day of your stay, fully equipped kitchen, TVs in each room and living room, internet throughout the villa (somewhat slow but it is there), clean rooms and toilets, sheets, towels, mattresses in good condition. Welcome gifts in all rooms. Space to park 2 vehicles in the garage (another 2 can be parked in the garden if required) because there is no place to park in the street, very narrow. The host Patty was always very attentive to what we might need, check-in and check-out were very convenient, she even offered to give us extra hours if we wanted. Highly recommended, don't hesitate to stay at this place!!

This accommodation is definitely the best I have visited on Airbnb so far, incredible spaces, cleanliness in detail and a place that makes you feel completely at home. There were minor issues with the electricity, but completely unrelated to the property. I will definitely consider this place for future occasions.

Great place to stay in Parras. Easy walk to main square and good restaurants. Place is spotless with tons of amenities and space for a large group. Loved the patio with the large grill, outdoor heater and oversized seating area.

From the first contact with Patty, she was very helpful in making this vacation splendid. The villa, she and her team helped us with everything. The rooms adjoin the patio, which is the center of activities. When the temperature dropped, we continued inside in the dining room, which is also very well set up and has enough space for everyone. Staying at Villa Caracol turned out to be a very wise decision. The Villa is extremely nice, comfortable and Ana Patty has it impeccably and superbly equipped. A couple of blocks from Plaza de Armas, its location is perfect. Ana Patty deserves a separate mention, she is an excellent host who was always attentive to ensure that we were well taken care of. She provided us with very useful information for our stay in Parras de la Fuente. But most importantly, she made us feel right at home. The place is so nice, perfect for a weekend getaway to get to know the beautiful town of Parras. The rooms were spacious and clean. The patio is perfect for having dinner with all of our friends after spending all day in vineyards. 100% recommended. Amazing place, super clean, spacious, comfortable beds, everything you need to use in the kitchen. They even surprised us with typical Parras sweets and complimentary drinks. The towels and sheets smelled clean. They leave you shampoo and conditioner. Every room with TV, Internet and Netflix. It's really like being in your own home with all the amenities. We used the barbecue and enjoyed a super nice afternoon with some roasted meat. They have a trampoline where the kids had fun! The house is very tastefully decorated. You should definitely stay here.

My family stayed at this Airbnb while we were visiting Parras for a wedding. We loved the space, since it encourages family togetherness with its central courtyard and many rooms. The location is great for walking to restaurants and weekend markets. It has a large garage for up to 4 cars, 2 of which are covered. Ana Patricia and her team are excellent at communicating with and supporting their guests. We wanted to enjoy the barbecue and garden more, but our stay was only 3 days. We will definitely return.

It was a wonderful stay. The house is very nice; we all liked it; it was part of the trip. We roast meat in the garden grill and the house is so equipped, that anything you have forgotten, there you find it. There were grilling utensils, plates, cutlery, everything… And the host was very thoughtful, leaving us complimentary sweets and water in each room, plus a surprise of roasting chocolates, which, of course, both the kids and the grown-ups loved.
