The house is spectacular. The decor, the garden and the pool are very well maintained, and the service from the owners and staff was unbeatable. The area is very quiet, and the house overlooks the Tepoztlán mountains. A weekend of 10. I'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Los Cántaros! The house was perfect for our family, with spacious bedrooms, beautifully maintained gardens, and open areas. The pool was a highlight—its temperature was perfect, even with the cooler weather, and we enjoyed it a lot. Carmen and Irving, the staff, were incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. The place exceeded our expectations, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway in Tepoztlán.

The house is very nice both inside and out. The mountain view is spectacular, very privileged. Irving, Carmen and Iris were very friendly and respectful during our stay. The house is very well equipped, we didn't know there was a playpen for our baby and it was offered to us without a problem. The pool and jacuzzi were at the right temperature, since the weather was cool and we were still able to enjoy them. We thank all the service staff for making our vacation very enjoyable. The house is beautiful, with a very nice pool that is always at a pleasant temperature and also has a divine Jacuzzi. Carmen the cook is a 10 and her brother Irving is very friendly and takes great care of the guests. It's like being in a luxury hotel with everything included. I highly recommend it.

The house made us feel right at home, it is very nice and comfortable. The most beautiful thing is the view of the Tepozteco from below. They have two people at our service who are extremely friendly. It was always very clean, the property is very private and beautiful.

Great house! To rent without a second thought… the staff is welcoming and very useful. The house is very large, true to the photos and the pool is beautiful. Same for all exteriors. One thing to know, however: the room with the most beds is separate from the house… info we would have liked to have.

This house is beautiful you can truly see and feel the magic of this town. The staff was friendly and attentive, its a place to relax and not a party house for sure. Be attentive to the rules of this home if you are looking for loud pool parties this is not it. However, if relaxation and slowing down your life is what you are looking for this is it. My family and I enjoyed every day we booked here and will for sure re visit.

Very nice house, good size for large groups, the 3 cooks and very friendly assistants. Pool water and hot and nice hot tub, although it looked a little murky since we arrived. The well equipped kitchen.

Ingrid and her son Gerardo were always attentive to us and our stay, but the ones who made it more practical and very pleasant were Mrs. Carmen and Irving, who were attending to us at all times, being very attentive and helpful, in addition to giving us very good local recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay at the house we rented. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful the house was. The interiors were very well decorated and everything was very well maintained. In addition, the surroundings of the house were simply incredible. The scenery was breathtaking and we loved spending time outdoors enjoying nature. It was a truly relaxing experience. Last but not least, Carmen and Irving's service was exceptional. They treated us with a warmth and attention that really made our stay even more enjoyable. They helped us with anything we needed and were always available to answer our questions.

The house is lovely. It’s quite elegant and there is is both a chef and handyman on premises who are extremely nice and make delicious meals (breakfast and lunch). The house is behind a large gate and features a beautiful pool and ample space. It’s very clean. I would recommend definitely. Here are a few tips: make sure you get clear driving instructions. Uber and maps aren’t reliable. The town is generally very safe but not as much when there is a yearly festival. Be mindful of your belongings if you do go into town. Ingrid and her family were very helpful. A great getaway from Mexico City.

Perfect. Beautiful home, pool, yard, and view. Every detail in the house is beautiful. The pool is a nice size. The yard is huge and beautifully landscaped. You can't even see the wall behind the yard because it's covered with plants, trees, and flowering vines. The pool temperature was perfect all weekend. The people who work at the house really helped to make it a great stay. Normally we would be spending half of our vacation shopping for food, cooking, and cleaning the kitchen. The house staff went to the store for us to get the food, prepared it, and served it. The food was great. It takes about 20 minutes to drive from downtown Tepoztlan to the house on bumpy cobblestone streets. The staff has to open the gate for you every time you come and go. They are always available and willing to do this whenever your want, but it feels kind of weird to have to ask someone to let you out. It's worth it. I didn't like to town as much as I did 10 years ago. There is a lot of loud music on the main street, and it gets too crowded on the weekend. Fortunately, the house is far away from all that. All you hear at night are birds and insects. From the house you can take a nice walk to a park called Los Venaditos and hike up a hill to a view of the town (mirador). There is a sweet old dog who lives on the property. If you're a dog person, you can let the dog wander around in the house and hang out with you on the patio. Some of the people in my group didn't like that, so the staff was helpful in keeping the dog on the other side of the property.

We loved the house, the common areas are very nice, the garden is very nice, the pool is warm, Carmen cooks very well and is very friendly. We hope to rent it again.

Lovely home with a huge amount of space. We stayed out doors most of the time in the perfect sized swimming pool that we didnt get a change to utilize the living room or the indoor dining room. Marco and Carmen were great providing there services. Breakfast and dinner was perfect. We highly recommend.
