We spent three wonderful days as a family with our children and grandchildren. The house was very functional for us to stay together and enjoy an excellent beach in the middle of the bay. Arturo welcomed us at the place with all the necessary instructions and in a very friendly manner. The Captain was very attentive to making sure we didn't need anything.

Great place to stay with a beautiful view of the ocean. Very peaceful and quiet. My kids had so much fun in the pool. Very comfortable for our family. We will be staying here again hopefully soon.

It’s not worth what you pay for. I have rented the other house and this one was more damaged, missing lots of kitchen utensils. When I rent an air bnb I always check the bedding, it looked like they just did the bed with the old sheets it had hair. When the man who gives you keys was notified he asked what wanted him to do. I told him I took pictures and that I didn’t feel comfortable laying in those dirty sheets. I politely asked him to change the sheets where I noticed dirty pillows as well.

We take every observation from our guests very seriously, especially when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. Regarding the bedding, we want to clarify that our procedure establishes the changing and washing of sheets between each reservation. After receiving your report, we immediately reviewed the situation with our cleaning team and reinforced both the procedure and the supervision before each arrival. Pillows, mattress protectors and bedding were also checked to ensure that everything is delivered in proper condition. We also perform a general review of the property and kitchen utensils, replacing and supplementing as necessary. The house receives ongoing maintenance and we have staff available to handle any situation that may arise during your stay.

My family and I had a great time. Very nice house and view, spacious and clean. The only two issues were: 1- The washing machine was out of service. 2- The pool seemed to be lacking chemicals, as there were many mosquitoes on the surface.

The laundry room remains closed as a protective measure, as there have been times when some guests have brought in clothes with excessive sand, which has caused damage. If you need to use it, just ask Arturo to open it and he will explain how to use it to avoid any inconvenience. Regarding the pool, it did have the proper levels of chemicals and maintenance. The insects observed on the surface usually appear at certain times of the year due to the proximity to the sea and the natural areas in the area. Even so, we have increased cleaning and supervision to keep it as good as possible. We really appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness, and location of the property. I look forward to welcoming you back on an upcoming visit.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect — just a short walk from the beach with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

The place was just as expected. Was really spacious and clean only thing was the WiFi was in and out but that’s not the host fault. Beachfront was really nice.

The house was very nice and overall we had an excellent stay. Unfortunately, during our visit it rained and the house flooded, but other than that everything was great. Mr. Arturo was always willing to help and was very helpful. Your support made a big difference in our experience.

Our experience was uncomfortable. The host came in person to ask how many people were staying and how many cars we had, and said he would be coming inside the house in the morning to check the pool. That made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable — it’s not okay for a host to enter or plan to enter without notice. We didn’t feel our privacy was respected during our stay.

At check-in, it was reported that the maintenance staff cleans the pool in the morning to keep it in optimal condition before use, always with prior notice and for the convenience of the guests. It is also completely normal to ask how many people are staying and how many cars there will be, as it is a control and safety measure; sometimes the number allowed is exceeded and that affects the facilities and the neighborhood coexistence. There was no disrespect or invasion of privacy; everything was done in accordance with established policies. We appreciate your feedback, but we believe this review does not fairly reflect the experience or effort of our team to maintain a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for everyone

The place was nice and for the size was a good value. We did have communication issues. We were told by Capitán Barboza we could check in early, which was one of the reasons we chose this place. However, on the day of our arrival we were told by Barboza's helper we could not check in early and that we would be notified as soon as the cleaning was done as they wanted to do a thorough cleaning after the last party checked out. We were never notified, we arrived around 3pm (check in is at 4) and we texted/called the helper whose number we were given but they did not initially answer. Luckily there was public beach access so we were able to wait on the beach for the guy to get back to us and finally come and let us in. Despite being denied early access due to cleaning, the place was not that clean. There was a wad of gum stuck to a bedpost on the bunkbed and a few other things that would not have bugged me except we were denied early check on the excuse of cleaning. Good but not great.

We always try to offer early check-in when cleaning allows, but this time it was impossible since the team had to do a deep cleaning after a previous group. The official check-in time is 4:00 pm, and although you arrived earlier, you were allowed to check in as soon as the property was ready. Our staff always notifies you by message as soon as the house is available, and we will review the communication process to avoid delays. As for cleaning, we have a team that checks each room, but we take note of your observations to reinforce supervision. We appreciate your visit and look forward to welcoming you again to provide you with an even better experience

This home is a great place to stay. Whether you prefer the beach or pool you have everything in one place. The pool is not too deep and very kids friendly (with a safety vest) which worked wonders for us. Internet is fast and the whole house has a strong signal. Hosts were great and responsive. I’ll definitely come back.
