We had a wonderful stay at Alejandro’s Airbnb with our group of 10 people, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable base in Cancun. The house is very spacious with tons of personal space for everyone. The layout worked great for a big group — multiple living areas, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and room to spread out without feeling crowded. It truly felt like a home away from home. There were a few common household bugs and an issue with the water filter in the kitchen to report to Alex but overall they were minor issues and not deal breakers. Security was excellent, which gave us great peace of mind during our trip. The property felt safe and well-protected, which is so important when traveling with family. The pool was clean and refreshing, though we found it a bit smaller and shallower than expected for adults — it was still nice for cooling off and the kids loved it.

The place was beautiful!! Alejandro was super responsive, quick to correct any issues! We loved it so much that we extended our vacation an extra night! It will be our go to next time we come back!

My family and I had an amazing time at Alejandro’s villa. It’s located in a gated community surrounded by beautiful villas. Safe, quiet and peaceful. The villa was bigger than expected, lots of space. We enjoyed the private pool and the outdoor space. It was convenient having beach towels and thermos available for use. There are coffee shops, markets and restaurants close by. The villa is beautifully decorated and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely return and recommend👍🏻

Excellent place !

Very nice space! We had plenty of room for our party of 8. The place looks a lot bigger in person than shown in pictures. The pool area was pretty and the water was perfect temperature. The loft style rooms were also a plus. The biggest issue we had was opening the front door. It was a struggle to get in the door sometimes. Outside of that we had a great stay.

The property is spacious, impeccable, and extremely comfortable; all four bedrooms feature high-quality king-size beds. The pool is a very good size, and all the spaces are perfectly maintained and designed for a carefree stay. The bedding and towels were impeccable, and the kitchen was very well equipped, which made it very easy to enjoy the place and to cook. Communication was always prompt and efficient. What's more, the location is prime, in a quiet and safe residential area. I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!

The house is very comfortable, the beds are ideal for resting, and it's great to have a bathroom in each room. One area for improvement would be the water pressure in the showers, and to remove the step in the middle bedroom. everything is very good, super recommended.

We loved the house, my kids and family had a great time in it, we relaxed so much after being in a hotel, It felt like home. Area is so peaceful, if we come back to Cancun we would totally come back to this home. Thank you so much.

Alejandro was nice enough to accommodate me and my dog, we both enjoyed the house and the space. The gated community was very safe and the location was perfect since I needed to catch a flight near the airport the next morning. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and ready to assist if I needed anything.

The house is very nice, comfortable and safe. We had a great time. Alex was always attentive and communicative. The area is outstanding and you have everything you need nearby. Definitely a very good lodging option.

The house was exactly as described, and we felt right at home during our stay. Everything was comfortable and welcoming. The only downside was that we had to notify the host every time we had a delivery or Uber in order to grant access to the community. But we understand this is for safety reasons, it was just a little annoying because it added extra steps each time. Overall, we had a great stay at Alejandro's house.

This stay was magical! From the moment I walked in I knew I chose the right one! Spacious! Clean! And so much fun!!!

We stayed at Alejandro's with 11 people. The house is large enough to accommodate additional people. The check-in instructions were very simple, and Alejandro himself always answered our questions and requests as quickly as he could. The villa was clean and had all the amenities. The service also cleaned the pool and the area next to the pool. Quiet neighborhood, you can go out day and night, without any worries. A place worth its price!

Alejandro is very nice! We had a couple of issues but he was very helpful and accommodating ! I would say the master betters are very spacious and huge. The jacuzzi in the bathroom is a bonus ! The pool is cute and small. I would say room 5 is very tiny and not the best but if you’re okay with no windows. Overall great location, and very responsive host.

We absolutely loved the home. The hosts were awesome and attentive. The home is surrounded by other beautiful homes and trees. It's super quiet. The layout is exactly as pictured. Also, the mechanisms of getting in and out of the property definitely added an additional sense of security. As a bonus our mothers enjoyed themselves and raved about the home. Definitely will rebook with you again.

Location was great! About 15-20 mins to downtown! Lots of rooms!!! And each room has its own bathroom! The house has 3 floors, the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor so if you don’t mind climbing a lot of stairs it is great! House has everything you need. Location is walkable to local restaurants and stores. There is a Walmart, McDonald’s and 7 Eleven within walkable distance also. Host was very responsive and it was a great stay! Highly recommend!

Alejandro is an incredible host, he is super friendly, very proactive, he wrote to see if we needed anything, allowing this to characterize him as someone very attentive to any need. The place is exactly as it is in the photos. A fully equipped house where you can feel at home. Located near very good restaurants, close to supermarkets and shops, as well as strategic points to take the tours easily, and additionally, located in a fairly private and quiet area. Both I and all the members of my family were very happy on this vacation and very comfortable. Alejandro knows how to "chinea" his guests and make them want to come back soon and stay right here Thank you very much and pura vida 🇨🇷🫶🏽

This home was absolutely beautiful I love how clean and big and safe ! This home was and can’t forget how close everything was to it and the fact that even if you’re there with groups of people the rooms are set up for privacy so it’s like you have your own home inside of the home every room has its own bathroom. The only small inconvenience was one of the toilets in the bedrooms did not flush so had to keep taking the top off to flush. But amazing and beautiful and host did amazing job responding with questions.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Cancun! The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, definitely a 10/10 experience. Everything from the amenities to the ambiance exceeded our expectations. The only minor inconvenience was the gated security asking for ID every time we entered or exited, but we understand it was for safety. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return!

Alejandro was a very attentive host and the house looked just as described in person. My five friends and I enjoyed our stay here and had no complaints! Also if you book and are in need of a private chef, Alejandro has a great contact who provided us with tasty food our whole entire stay!

A dream castle! This property is absolutely wonderful: perfect location, private and safe. The pool, although not very large, is ideal for relaxing in the sun. Each room has its own private bathroom and shower, a luxury! And the master suite on the third floor is simply charming, with its spacious bathtub and details that make it special. Everything was impeccable, we fell in love with the stay and we will certainly be back. 100% recommended!

Beautiful place to stay , safe neighbourhood!

Alejandro his co host were both responsive and friendly. We were staying here for a bachelor party of 12 people. We were as loud as we wanted to be and had fun indoors, while respecting quiet time after 10 pm when outdoors. But we had no issues being indoors as the place was large enough for 12. The hosts were flexible when they could be. The location was in a residential area that felt safe, nearby Costco, convenience stores, cafes, mcdonalds, taquerias. Some of those places were 10 minute casual walk away. The place was stocked with enough towels, kitchenware, and other things. He had some decent recommendations for places as well. Only thing I would say is the pool could’ve been cleaner. I will take into consideration is there is a large tree near the pool so a lot of tree debris and leaves can get in if its windy.

The place was extremely beautiful and spacious. Though a little hard for us to find once inside the community & the gate people speak little English but that was our only issue besides that it was amazing and peaceful. We did hear a fight go down at the neighbors house but we get that people are on vacation & get wild so no biggie. The place itself 5/5 the pool was nice the plants everywhere was so pretty to look at and really gave that Mexico vibe. There was also a lot of helpful stuff there like soap/towels/water which was thoughtful. Alex was also a very good communicator

A beautiful stay!

If I could describe my stay in one word, I would say it was AMAZING! Alex was very easy to communicate with from start to finish and had quick response times. The house was even more beautiful than in the pictures and we wish we could've stayed longer to explore and enjoy it more. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and the kitchen was stocked. Every single room was great and everyone enjoyed their stay. I had seen some reviews about the air conditioning in the common areas but that was truly not an issue for us, it has great air circulation. Our only qualms were with the pool's cleanliness and the trash disposal. Other than that, we wanted to sincerely thank the team for an amazing stay and birthday celebration!

Exactly everything expected. This stay was perfect for my birthday and has more than enough space to accommodate. Only annoying things was the constant barking of dogs through our the night but The host met all our needs even down to helping with extra blankets. very responsive. location is good and cool for family vacation. if you came to party that would be a 20 min drive but we enjoyed that we were able to call a Uber whenever needed. Bed were extremely comfortable and TV on every room . smelled clean when we arrived and the waterfall just added to beauty of this home. I can't get over the space it was amaz with big windows and serene views. we also felt extremely safe with gated community and security. Looking for the perfect place 😀 this is it . thank you for my my birthday the best one yet

Very responsive, great neighborhood. We brought two toddlers and we asked if they could have milk in the fridge as we arrived late at night and they didn’t have to but they had two cartons in the fridge waiting for us! Very kind.

The place was spacious, perfect for our large group. It's not in the hotel zone which is where most of the tourist activities happen so it took a 20min Uber drive into town. It's also in a gated community and you require a code each time an Uber has to enter and we were reliant on the host responding in time. Which sometimes we found tricky when we were trying to go out late at night. Overall we enjoyed the space and the additional services and recommendations provided by the host.

this property is large but 3 story with a roof top deck and pool. location is excellent, perfect house for big families with room for everyone lots of stairs every floor has bedroom and bathrooms. 2 in suites walkable area and close to restaurants.

The host was very responsive, a minor issue, however, they fixed it immediately. I just shared the place with my friends, who are going there in a week.

The stay was great and the hosts were very responsive. My friends and I had a great time and enjoyed the pool and the easily accessible stores.

Place was awesome, would definitely stay again. Kitchen was easy to use and cook in, beds were super comfy. Bathrooms were great, and had laundry facilities on bottom and top floor. The rooftop was perfect for getting some sun and the pool was very relaxing and refreshing after lounging in the sun.

Alex’s home is beautiful and spacious. Is located in a very beautiful and safe community. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Home is as described. Only hiccup encountered was that the pool guy wasn’t able to clean properly until the last day but Alex did compensate for it and was in communication with us about it. If I had the opportunity I would stay at Alex’s house again.
