We love this condo and have been back many times. Rossini and her on site manager, Patricia do a top notch job and are helpful and readily available. Since we were last at the condo, it has been greatly updated with all new bath marble and tiling and updated showers. The kitchen has also been updated and the furniture. It was nice before but now….WOW. And the view is to die for. It is even better than the pictures show. We arrived on Saturday night right before the “troubles” on Feb 22. Which means we had no food. Patricia sprang into action and dropped off food (not sure where it was from but it may have been either cooked by her or friends/neighbors). Either way, she kept us fed for two days until everything went back to normal and the grocery stores and taxi’s started running again. It was a once in a lifetime event for Puerto Vallarta, but the town rallied quickly and we felt very safe in Rossini’s gated condo with condo security.

The area is nice - away from old PV - which we liked. The pool, the food served at the pool all wonderful. The place is light and bright and wonderful views with decks galore! Patricia, who helps get you checked in is lovely, and is a wealth of information! The help around the condo buildings, and the security are great too. Easy to get a Uber to the place, but confirm your building. 1-2 or 3. As mentioned before, there is a club outside on the beach and it only operates 2-3 nights on the weekend and only until 9 pm, 6-9 I think, but it is loud. It did not bother us. If you go out go dinner, it seemed to work out for us.

This is a beautiful condo, in a safe, clean, easy to find location. The staff at the front desk are incredible, security is very tight and friendly. The area is wonderful. The condo itself has unbelievable views! The sunset is beautiful, watching the cruise ships come in, the beach, parachuters landing on the beach in front. It was amazing. The location has quick access to restaurants and grocery stores. The host and her assistants were always available quickly to answer any questions and gave some great recommendations. The bag of fresh ice on arrival was a nice surprise. We hope to make it back again!

What a wonderful location. Beautiful condo. Well equipped...Amazing views...it was everything like what the pictures depict. Host was very good at responding. Property manager was amazing. Answered all our questions and made us feel right at home. The only issue we had was some dirty showers. There were large clumps of hair in 3 of the 4 showers. The second master shower was not draining until we found a plunger and cleared the drain line. A little gross, but nothing to get too worked up over. Just want the host to know the bathroom showers could have been a bit more clean with a little more detail to the clumps of hair before our checking in. Other than that, the condo is amazing...It had everything we needed...We felt safe and at home all week. The pool and staff were so friendly. Security was very helpful. A wonderful visit and we will be back!

Our entire group would agree that Patricia was the most valuable asset to our whole stay. She set up the unit for my wife’s birthday before we got there. Went shopping before we got there, and made several runs for us for additional items that we needed. My wife even needed a heating pad and Patricia was so kind to bring one over that evening. I think this whole place is ran great by Patricia. Rossini definitely offers a beautiful place. We watched whales every morning, unbelievable sunsets, skydivers land right in front of the condo central times a day, huge pool. This is also a very secure place with guards to get in and out. The entire group has already agreed to stay there again.

Beautiful condo with incredible views! very comfortable for 7 women. the location is perfect, an easy bus ride or taxi to Centro or walkable to many shops and restaurants. The pool area and beach are fantastic! would absolutely stay again.

The place was really spacious and views are stunning. I agree with other comments about the place can use a little TLC cause it looks dated. Noise from the club can be too much at night but other than that we all loved the place. Excellent location, walking distance to supermarket, mall and amazing restaurants. Patricia, the manager, was really professional and always one text away ready to help us with whatever we needed. We will definitely come back.

This was one of the best stays we've ever had as a family! The views of the ocean and mountains were incredible. The staff and security at the condo were friendly and made it easy to get a taxi or Uber driver in to the area efficiently. The pool was amazing, with views of Zona Romantica and fireworks in the evening, also on the weekend some music from the club next door which ended at 9pm was a plus! Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed ever bit of our stay

Spacious and great apartment with amazing views all over the bay. Nice welcome by the host and she went through the apartment and amenities in a good way. Common areas and lobby are well taken care of. The security personnel will make sure you feel safe in the area. The pool is great and the kids had a lot of fun. It was easy to get both sun loungers and space by the pool. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay. Air conditioning in one bedroom failed but they came to repair the same day we reported, the service was excellent. Only thing we can put our finger on was outdoor furniture on the balcony especially sofa. It was somewhat worn and should be changed as we love to sit outside watching the sunset. Would love to come back if the opportunity offers. Recommended.

The apartment is beautiful, super spacious with an amazing view. We were 6 adults, we were all very comfortable and with privacy, the kitchen is very well equipped so we were able to cook without any difficulty since it has everything to prepare and serve any dishes. In general, all the facilities of the condominium are very nice and in perfect condition, there is a lot of security and the location is unbeatable. We really felt right at home.

Beautiful condo with great views and exceptional pool. Pool even has a small menu of good food and drinks. Waiters walk the pool area serving, which was a nice surprise. Weekend nights there is a club nearby with loud music that detracted from the experience, but it closes around 10pm and was not an issue during the week. Otherwise wonderful place.

Excellent apartment, very complete amenities and very large social area for families. The terrace with a double view made the sunsets look especially beautiful. 100% recommended.

This is a return trip and this stay was just as wonderful as our last stay. We are already planning a return visit. The location is great, quiet, and very secure. The condominium is beautiful and the views are incredible. The grounds are immaculate and the pool is very well maintained. We love everything about it. The furnishings are very nice. The condominium is very clean and well kept. The complex has security and is gated and very private. The owner Rossini is extremely responsive and very helpful. Patricia does a fabulous job overseeing the property and is extremely helpful and very nice.

The view was spectacular - especially with the wrap around balcony on this end unit!! The open kitchen, dining and living room allowed us to enjoy the beautiful breezes and watch the whales! The property is gorgeous and the pool is amazing. The services and staff were professional and very friendly! The only down side was the loud music Fri-Sun from the club next door.

This is a great condo! Very comfortable and large. Patricia, the property manager, has great recommendations for the area - she has a wealth of knowledge! Patricia and Rossini were very accommodating and provided us with smooth transitions during check-in and check-out, which was very much appreciated when traveling with a small child! The tower reception and security were friendly and helpful with calling taxis. The variety of pools were great for the adults and our toddler. Beach towels are provided. The pool restaurant/bar drinks and food were tasty. Rossini provided one jug of water and you can buy replacements from reception for 35-40 pesos (be sure to have exact change). We did not run over the allotted electricity limit, had 4 adults and 1 toddler, ran air conditioner in toddler's room a couple of times and did a few loads of laundry. There are grocery and convenience stores close by for stocking up on food. We were happy to find reusable grocery bags in the cupboard!

Wow. This place is beautiful and just incredible. The view is gorgeous and the wrap around patios are stunning. The living room / dining room / open kitchen has a real wow factor. The rooms are all comfortable and the condo complex has spa, a great gym, and food and drink service when you’re on the beach at the enormous never ending pools. The sand at the beach is lovely! I always worry about that but not here. Soft and not rocky at all. They set us up with private chef service (delicious!) and a maid. So easy and relatively inexpensive. The chef service even bought us whatever groceries we needed. All in all, an excellent stay and I will be back!

We have stayed at quite a few condos on the beachfront looking for the perfect one. We have now found it! The location is perfect for us and our sons. So much to do and all easily assessable. The Peninsula has a lively vibe with friendly staff and owners. We felt safe at all times. The staff took care of all of our needs. Patricia was very responsive to any requests. Rossini is amazing and so accommodating. The condo is incredible. The views are unbelievable. A problem we have had at a few of the other condos is the furniture is uncomfortable. No so with this condo. VERY comfortable and accommodates all of us. Thanks Rossini and Patricia!! Hoping to be back again next year!!! I have read concerns with the sunset club beside the Peninsula. The club operates on weekends only. They start up in the afternoon and are usually closed down early for a club. On Saturdays they do fireworks on the beach which is a treat to watch from the balcony! We did not find the club an issue at all.

Very comfortable, modern, clean, and superbly located. The views are unbeatable at sunset and at night. When you open the doors, the air comes in very comfortably. You don't need the A/C.

Rossini's place was absolutely beautiful. Everything was so organized and had all the amenities. There was 7 of us that stayed for my 30th birthday and we couldn't have been happier. The pool area was amazing, however part of it was under construction/remodeling but it did not take away from the fact how fun it was and the beach access was a huge plus! Pool service also extended down to the beach area. All the rooms were very comfortable and having 4 full bathrooms was just what we needed. Truly can't say enough about this place. Patricia the manger was also extremely helpful upon check in and check out. If we have a large group of us going back I do hope this condo is available because it had everything we needed and more.

We had the best time and most amazing stay in the 12th floor condo. The pictures are exactly how it looks. The wrap around balcony encompasses 1/2 of the entire building, it’s actually 3 sides. The view is spectacular. There is a skydive business next door that is very active. Almost every hour there were parachutists (skydivers) landing 2-3 at a time. Some were connected to an instructor while others were solo. Made for some exciting landings on a thin strip of beach. One of them even did a baby sex reveal with pink powder on the way down while the whole family were on the beach looking up clapping and congratulating the pregnant one. In the morning you can watch the local fishermen casting their nets and getting haul after haul of fish. The cruise ships at night leaving PV are as beautiful with the lights as some of the fireworks shows we watched on multiple nights from the balcony. The beach club next door has music playing during the day that really gets you in the mood to party or maybe dance a little on the balcony. The building is very secure, having multiple layers or security guards whether at the front gate or out on beach. The Parking is under building and it’s immaculate. Elevator was always waiting with doors open on garage level. With 24 floors I was worried we would be waiting for elevators for long periods of time but that was just the case. They also provide a 5 gallon jug of water in a dispensing cooler in the kitchen to prevent any worry of using the tap water for cooking or drinking. When it was empty it was only 35 pesos ($2 usd) for a new one. The beds were very comfortable and each room had its own A/C unit, perfect for sleeping at night. The infinity pool was amazing. I think it is 300 feet wide. Perfectly clean and warm enough to be very refreshing yet not shocking to the system. There was waitstaff at the pool and beach every day. Full Menu of drinks and food. Very reasonable prices. You were also allowed to bring your own drinks to pool (just no glass). Patricia was our main contact for the unit and building. She would respond in minute with very helpful answers and advice. Definitely book as many massages as possible during your stay. $25 an hour and just a short minute walk into lobby to the spa. Beautiful tables and facility was very clean. The masseuse was amazing, very relaxing and professional. We were close to everything, the location is perfect. I can’t wait to go back with my family and have another amazing stay.

My family of eight stayed for 6 nights and the stay was amazing, with spacious areas and amazing views from living room and bedrooms. April was the perfect time to go with no ac needed. Grocery store was just 2 blocks away. Felt safe with the security and staff.

This place is fantastic. It is 100% as advertised, and the pictures (although mesmerizing) don't do it justice. The property manager Patricia and owner Rossini went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Patricia even helped us find a lost bag on a Taxi which would have likely not happened without her help. Highly recommend. Will definitely return. You won't be disappointed.

Great spot, with a great view! No complaints at all.

We had a fantastic week as 3 couples traveling from Canada to escape our winter. There was plenty of room for all of us and each of us having our own bathroom was great. We stayed a week and found the location was awesome in that there were many restaurants within walking distance that we went to for supper and the Malecon was a short 15 minute taxi ride away. (Taxis can be arranged to meet you right outside the lobby.) There was also a large grocery store a 10 minute walk away to the North and a large mall a few minutes to the South. We spent most of our days relaxing by the huge pool and enjoyed the pool service. The drinks, food and service at the pool were great and reasonably priced. The kitchen in the condo was well equipped and we made our morning coffee and breakfasts and a couple of other meals there. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this resort style condo! Thank you Rossini for sharing your place with us! We hope to be back some day!

Wonderful place with amazing views! We just got back from the Peninsula and had a great time. The rooms are very big with beautiful views. The kitchen/living room area is very large (more than enough space for us 7). There is one room without windows though. We spent a lot of time at the pool which looks over the beach and ocean. The pool itself was clean and very big ! Uber/taxi to Malecon area is cheap and under 15 mins to get there. Rossini and Patricia were super helpful all throughout our stay and were extremely responsive. Highly recommend staying here!!

Great apartment, breathtaking sunsets, perfect location and fantastic facilities, definitely One of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. If you stay here, Please make sure you fill up all the security documents needed before your arrival so that your check in can be smooth and easy. If you are a little bit sensitive about noise, bear in mind that there is a beach club next door playing loud music from mid day until late in the evening.

My family of 10 stayed in Rossini’s condo for 14 days and it was more than amazing! The pictures don’t do the condo justice. Sunsets are amazing every night from the balcony. Great location as well. Rossini and the property manager were great at communicating everything we needed to know for our stay. Highly recommend this condo for big or small families. We will be back!

Great Location and the views are amazing!

Great location with great views. I definitely enjoyed my stay at this spacious condo with my friends. One of my friends left his cell phone on mistake and the host promptly mailed the phone back to us the same week. I would for sure stay at this location again.

This is a beautiful condo--the views are breathtaking! There were 7 of us, and the condo was large enough that we all had our own space. There is an extra charge for electricity if you go over the KW's that are allotted for the week. We didn't want to be miserable, so we turned up the AC during the day and lowered it at night for sleeping. We ended up paying an extra $75. Just plan on being comfortable and allow for extra $. It was so humid it was worth it. The location was good--about a 10-15 min Uber into the Romantic Zone. The Ubers varied between $2-3, unless there was a thunderstorm that flooded the streets, then prices jumped. We were here during the rainy season and we had thunderstorms everyday. They usually started in the evening, and were done by morning. We got plenty of sun, so don't let the weather forecast of thunderstorms all week bum you out. The mornings and afternoons were partly cloudy with plenty of sun. It didn't affect our activities at all! This condo was spacious and comfortable and I highly recommend staying here.

A clean and safe apartment with a phenomenal view. This is also located in one of the best areas with access to all sorts of fun things to do in Mexico

It was our first try at airbnb for our vacation to Mexico. It was a very nice place and it many ways exceeded our expectation. Rossini and her manager Patricia were very responsive and communicated well during our stay. Building security was very good. Perhaps it's a lot tighter than any resorts and hotels that I've ever stayed in. The staff at the pools were great but the foods are well below par. Also, be mindful about the electricity costs. We had to pay an extra $107 for the 5 night stay. Definitely turn off your AC when you are about and about.

The host Patricia was amazing as well as the property. The place was in a great location, less than 15 minutes away from downtown and 10 minutes away from the Marina. When we checked in she was well prepared and informative about the regulations. She provided a binder filled with restaurant recommendations, grocery stores, and other essential information that was extremely helpful. The room was spacious and the ocean views from the outside patio was breathtaking. We enjoyed eating breakfast, watching the sunset and listening to the ocean waves every day during our week stay. We didn’t have any issues with appliances and everything worked well along with the kitchen being fully stocked. Overall, me and my group would highly recommend this beautiful property. Great service and such a spectacular stay.

Where do i begin! I have traveled to many places in the world: Europe, Caribbean, US and when Covid came i thought it would be nearly impossible to get anywhere with no hassle. I started researching where it is safe to go from Canada without any testing and additional quarantine once we arrive. I have been to Mexico before but never to Puerto Vallarta. I have heard mixed reviews about this destination about the beach and food from my friends and colleagues. I have asked the owner Rossini and she was super responsive with all the questions that i had. The arrival was a breeze as the manager of the property, Patricia managed to get us into the building while asking us for IDs to check in. She has also showed us around the building and place. This is a gated community building situated right on the beach. The pictures dont do it justice. I suggest to post new ones cause the view of this place is one in a million. There is a 360 degree shot of the ocean, river and the city with perfect height to have an outlook of the entire bay. There are 3 balconies and the space is breezy and spacious with 3200 sq feet and plenty for everyone to be comfortable. There are several securities on site who manage to assist in anything you need. There is a fabulous underground parking that is fitting for any car and right near the lobby. The condo has everything you need for cooking and the rooms have great bathrooms with showers and bathtub and big closets to fit pretty much anything. You have access exit to balconies from each room and there is a nice patio furniture to accommodate. Plenty of pots and pans. There is a gym in the building and big infinity pool that was cleaned every day. My kids enjoyed swimming in it. It has perfect shallow and deep end and lookout to the ocean. You re able to order big jar of filtered water for 35 pesos which is amazing to the room and massage for only 25 US via concierge right on the balcony. The condo is amazingly cleaned and cleaners came by one time to make a thorough cleaning since we were staying for 2 weeks. There is a laundry and detergent available in the condo which made it awesome to keep the towels and our swimwear clean. There was a restaurant on site which provided tasty food and good service. I cant talk enough about the overall experience. Me and my family is super pleased. There re plenty of beach chairs and the beach is spacious and long with white sand. You cant find it anywhere in Puerto Vallarta since we explored the whole town. Peninsula tower 3 is the best building out of the 3 with amazing views and closest to the beach. Checkout was easy and fair. Dont loose your bracelet you would be charged 150 pesos. You re also charged for electricity if you go over your allowance per day but there is more than enough so we were under our allowance. In any case, this place is totally worth the money even if it was just for the views but tower is located in the center of Puerto Vallarta with access to best neighborhood and Marina close by along with Costco and Walmart for your every day needs. You wont regret this vacation. Enjoy! Rossini and Patricia will take good care of you. We re so grateful and thankful. We ll be back. Travel with ease. P.S we re from Canada.

Truly a great find on Air B & B, amazing condo, in the right location with everything you could have wanted for a week or two. Great facility with an incredible pool and beach access, plus the most amazing sunsets (ever!)! Staff is incredibly helpful, considerate but the best is Patricia, who seemed to have an answer or recommendation for everything! Great value!!

This is our second time staying at Rossini’s condo. I can recommend it HIGHLY and hope to come back again. Everything you need for a vacation is provided including toilet paper, zip lock bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Truly first class. Rossini’s condo overlooks the bay and we watched whales breaching every day. It was amazing. There is a new club next door that is pretty loud but is only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Keep this in mind when you’re making restaurant plans because you will want to be out of the condo those nights if you can. Other than that, it is genuinely a five star experience. Rossini’s property manager, Patricia, was available immediately if we had any questions and she was even nice enough to pick us up at the airport. Again, it was our second time there and hopefully not our last.

The amazing view and location of this condo can not be beat. All the patrons are very nice and everyone is very helpful and friendly. It has everything you need and we especially appreciate the cleanliness. This is a place for families and/or quiet calm relaxing.

This is a wonderful place to stay in while visiting Puerto Vallarta. Rossini's home is amazing! The views are spectacular. She has everything provided for a perfect stay. The grocery store is walking distance, restaurants are walking distance or a quick taxi, Uber, or bus ride away. This home is relaxing, quiet and beautiful! The check in and check out was simple and Patricia, property manager, was very prompt and helpful with any additional services we needed. The grounds, pools and beach are wonderful. We were a family of 8 with a little 16mo toddler. The decks with the spectacular views were perfect for our toddler to safely explore. Pool areas are so beautiful with many options for sun and shade. We can't wait to visit again!

The view here is absolutely incredible . Unbeatable really ! Laying in bed with all of the doors wide open and listening to the ocean all night was incredible .The furnishings were lovely and the unit was very well stocked . The twin beds were very very firm , my teenage boys didn’t like that at all but if you like firm beds then i guess it would be ok . The blender was powerful which was great because I made smoothies everyday . Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The pool was incredible and huge , we hung out a lot at the pool and never had a problem finding chairs . Loved the round sun lounge beds too! Rossini and her manager Patricia were very communicative and responsive to our questions . Security guards were always present and we felt very safe the whole time we were there . The concierge in the lobby was super helpful too.

This place was great for our 2019 family vacation! Comfortable space to host my family of 6, with beds and bathrooms to appeal to my teenagers. The kitchen and living room view and relaxing space was great. We enjoyed the pool, beach, and secure aspects of the location gave us confidence to allow our 7 year old to easily more around with her new friends she made at the pool.

The space is outstanding - just like the pictures. The location es great and only a $3.00 USD Uber drive to the romantic zone but within walking distance of the Marina. I liked the fact that you have a private beach. If you are anywhere else, you get swarms of sales people so having a beach to relax was great. It’s the first time that I stay at a place where you have a specific electricity allotment and you are charged if you go over. So it’s hard to know what or if your use is appropriate. Aside from that, the property is amazing and I would recommend for anyone to stay there if you want a great experience.

This condo is in a great location but the views are million dollar views. We loved the condo and it’s location. Everything about it was perfect. It has floor to ceiling windows on 3 sides, which makes for fantastic views and the cross breezes keeps it cool even during the day. The complex is very nice and the staff are very friendly. The condo is adequately supplied with all the basic necessities. We would only leave for a few hours each day because we enjoyed it so much. The owner and the property manager were very responsive and answered all our questions. We are already checking schedules so we can return again.

Our stay at Rossini´s place in Puerto Vallarta was incredible! The condo exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed every moment of our stay whether it was relaxing by the incredible pool or under the palapas by the beach or falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Highly recommended!

The Peninsula Vallarta is a beautiful place; Infinity pool that wraps around all three towers, complex amenities such as the Peninsula spa, gymnasium, Library/Board room and many more. But imagine a place to stay within the Peninsula Vallarta. What if one of the condominiums you chose to stay in was perhaps Tower 3 12d. But imagine a place big enough for not only to accommodate your family, but relatives as well? 12d in tower 3 is over 3000 square feet and has a large living space with a TV (cable and DVD), modern upscale kitchen equipped with accessories, as well as four good size bedrooms and bathrooms; each with amazing views of either the calm blue ocean or lush green mountains. But just Imagine being able to have everything that you need on your vacation so close by. The Malecon (downtown) is just 10 minutes away via Uber/Taxi from the Peninsula and even Grocery stores are a 5 minute walk. My family and I had the wonderful opportunity to stay in 12d, and the experience was amazing- we enjoyed every second of it. Every day we decided if we would want to go to the pool or the beach (each place fixed with chairs/loungers and umbrellas.) We were also lucky to see dolphins out in the ocean from the balcony and enjoy beautiful sunsets. We’ll be back 😊

Rossini and her on-site property manager Patricia were very responsive and helpful. The condo was very nicely equipped, the views incredible. We felt very safe there - the security took their jobs seriously which made our comfort level even better, although I thought the area where the condo was located felt very save, even when we walked to various places nearby. Lots of shopping, banks, restaurants (even a Starbucks) right there. There was plenty of room for our party of five - we each had our own bedroom and bathroom (one had to share but the grand master bedroom was more than roomy for two). We would stay again if we return to PV.

Is a beautiful peaceful condo in a perfect location!

We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this amazing condo. Four beds, four baths, and amazing views from a HUGE wrap around deck. The basics were all provided so we didn’t have to buy toilet paper or paper towels which was really nice. The condo was so incredible that we couldn’t decide whether to sit on the deck, at the pool, or on the beach near a hut. We saw whales every day from our deck doing full breaches! And dolphins too. As a matter of fact, we saw better whale watching from the deck than we did doing a whale watching tour (which I would still recommend but not necessary during the winter months). There were only four of us there during our stay (two couples) but the property can easily handle four couples or couples with children. I think this is the first time I can remember, actually tearing up a little bit at the end of a trip, thinking about leaving that view. I would also recommend a trip to El Set restaurant for a nice relaxing dinner and sunset. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. Great host and excellent on site management help.

Beautiful place! Loved it!

We would definitely stay here again. This place comfortably housed 2 families of 4. The view is amazing, the pool was accessible and fun, and we had beach access when we wanted. Everything here was kid friendly. The location was superb, with taxis available at all times.

Absolutely amazing! My family (5 adults, 2 children) spent Christmas 2018 at Rossini's amazing condo at Peninsula Tower 3 and we all loved every minute of it. The condo itself is in a perfect location! We made trips to Costco, Walmart, Old Town, The Marina, grocery stores etc and everything was very close and easy to get to (walking distance or 50 peso taxi). The beach is fantastic and perfect for nice long walks on the beach. The pool is definitely one of the highlights, it is massive with an incredible view. We spent every day either on the beach or poolside. Inside the condo is even better than the photos indicate. The balcony is unbelievable! We spent our mornings having coffee on the balcony, and were fortunate enough to watch whales 5 of the 8 mornings. The sunsets were amazing every night and we were able to watch fireworks from the balcony 4 of the 8 nights. The condo is on the 12th floor which is the perfect height in my opinion, as you can hear the waves but are high up enough for amazing views. The rooms are all great, especially the two large rooms at the back. The kitchen worked great for us for our meals, and we cooked up a large Xmas dinner with no problems at all. Patricia, who manages the location, is very easy to deal with and was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The security guards and concierge are all very friendly and helpful, and we took advantage of the on-location spa with 5 massages and a pedicure collectively among our group. I've already recommended the condo to a few friends/families, and my family is already planning on renting it again! LOVED IT!

The views are amazing and the location is just steps away from everything you may want. This condo is perfect for a romantic get away or a family vacation.

Probably these have been my best vacations ever. I can describe the facilities, location, level of service and comfort of the place with a simple word: Superb. Located at floor 12 in the best of three 24 story towers within a luxury private condo, with an immersive and hypnotic view of the whole Vallarta bay. Very spacious and comfy areas with nice furniture and enough dishware and silverware. If you want to spend some unforgettable and wonderful time in Vallarta with your significant other, family or friends, this is no doubts one of the finest locations you can ever find. My entire family loved the place. I’ve returned home highly pleased. Highly recommended.

Rossini’s place is beautiful. It had an Amazing view and is in the middle of everything you might possibly want to do. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is spacious and contains everything you need. All of the bedrooms had their own a/c except for one, but it was no problem because there was a fan available for use in there. Patricia met us up to help us check in, and was absolutely great & very responsive. She was quick to help us with any questions or issues we had. The location was great. We used Uber to get around with no problem. There is a market, a Walmart, & a Costco all within a 5 minute drive. Downtown is a 10 minute drive which is great for walking in the day & nightlife. There are a couple of bars & clubs super close to the place which are about a 5 minute drive & also close enough to walk to. The pool was really nice & big, hardly ever busy. The beach is right next to a river which makes it look a bit brown but still nice to swim in. The security is always alert and take extra precautions to ensure guest safety which makes you feel safe! This was a great place to stay in & will definitely come back.

The Peninsula Apartments are a great place to stay. Rossini's apartment has breathtaking views being on the 12 floor. The most wonderful thing was the cross breeze when opening all balcony doors and windows in the apartment (Just make sure the door stops are securely placed in the doors). The pool was great and had a perfect wading pool for kids, especially for my 8 month old baby. The staff and maintenance people are great in the building. They helped us with taxis, key cards, and any other questions we had during our stay. Patricia (the condo manager) was also helpful during our stay when we had question or doubts about what to do or where to go. She answered all our texts in a very timely manner. The apartment was located close to grocery stores, the Isla shopping center, restaurants, and banks. It was a quick drive into the old part of Vallarta and boardwalk. The only concern I had was that there was no air conditioning in the single 4th bedroom and the person with us who stayed there felt that it was a bit warm in the room at night with just the fan. Overall my whole family LOVED our stay and we will definitely be back to reserve again with Rossini. Rossini was great to talk with and supported us prior to our trip when we ran into difficulties with the reservation. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation!

Recommended 100% spacious and stylish security to enter the condos of the first-class condos. The pools are very large. Always keep an eye on us for everything we needed. Thank you so much!

Everything was amazing! An impressive view and great facilities!

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo. We had 2 small children (under 2) and 6 adults. The views are absolutely amazing and the pictures are exactly what the condo is. We will definately be going back! There's everything you need for your stay.
